Dr. Saud took the time to explain everything in simple terms which really helped. Honestly felt comfortable the whole time – def recommend if you’re looking for a good dentist.

Fantastic experience: One of the nicest practices I have been to. The staff are welcoming, kind and very knowledgeable. Dr Saud is great and is such an incredible dentist. He is a master of his field. I also get my Botox done here and I’m always happy with the natural result that I am after. Thank you Dr Saud, you and your team are seamless.

Negative experience: About a month ago I rang and asked about wisdom teeth removal. The receptionist from the get-go was very short and rude on the phone. I was explaining to her about how my dentist had taken X-rays and I had impacted wisdom teeth. In the middle of explaining this, she cut me off and started saying I need to come in and take more X-rays. Ok? I was prepared for that but not sure why she felt the need to cut me off mid sentence and keep repeating herself. On top of this, I started to ask about Southern Cross insurance and she cut me off again and asked me my age in a condescending and annoyed tone of voice? I guess I have a young sounding voice but really what has that got to do with anything? I'm in my forties, which I told her, even though it was none of her business. I hung up the phone and contacted my dentist who referred me to an oral surgeon who has now removed my impacted wisdom teeth. This practice should know this lady cost them over 10k in dental work. If she hates her job maybe time to get a new one?

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience!! These guys (Saud and Ali) are the best, efficient kind and pain free, and Helen (the Hygienist) is so lovely and gentle.highly recommend this professional practice.

Negative experience: You not alone she was rude on me as well , she talk like she’s the dentist and tired from us ‍♀️…… not your place hun at all if you cannot deal with patient and specially at dentistry’s as you made my feel to never ever a try to be there as a new patient

Negative experience: I called and enquired about some dental work and was completely put off even going here by the receptionist's attitude on the phone. She sounded annoyed and needs to learn some customer service skills. Because of her rude demeanor, based on that alone, I would not consider even going here for any dental work. People have enough anxiety with going to the dentist and to have her be the first point of contact was completely off-putting. I find it hilarious that the responses on the reviews keep referring to her as "lovely", makes me think she's the one writing these responses lol. In my interaction with her she was far from lovely.

Fantastic experience: I had an exceptional experience at Greenlane Dental Clinic with Dr. Saud Ibrahim. After avoiding the dentist for a long time post-childbirth, I was quite nervous, but Dr. Saud exceeded my expectations. He was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease. He, along with Dr. Ali ,Vanessa and others (I forgot the names sorry), provided top-notch care that was well worth the price. I truly appreciate his wonderful service and the generous discount. I was so impressed that I told everyone that I met at Uni about it! I highly recommend Dr. Saud to everyone, including immigrants and students, looking for excellent dental care.

Dr.Ali Murtuza explained the procedure needed and he did all required work on my teeth very smoothly, i did not feel any pain or restlessness during the entire procedure which took nearly over 2+ hours... Dr.Ali and his assistant were very co-operative during the entire procedure... They made me comfortable before starting the whole procedure... Thanks...

Fantastic experience: GREENLANE DENTAL HAS CHANGED MY LIFE. I have had braces for under a year, and what Dr Alfonso, Dr Saud and the team have done for me is unreal. Today was the day I finally got my braces off, and looking back at my teeth, I can't believe the incredible transformation that Green Lane Dental has done for me in such a short time. Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist can be daunting. Greenlane Dental have pristine modern facilities, efficient and welcoming reception staff and warm knowledgeable dentists & hygienists. This makes a potentially stressful & uncomfortable dental experience one that is surprisingly comfortable. Our family consists of school age children and adults, their service caters seamlessly for both.

Negative experience: Front desk lady had a horrible attitude would not recommend(and I’ll appreciate it if the front desk lady did not make things up and said I pulled the middle finger at her feel free to check the security cameras) And thanks for spelling my name wrong as well

Positive experience: I want to give a 5 star because the customer service was brilliant only thing that got me was that in my last 2 appointments I got a bad pimple in my mouth in the spot where they were working on I'm not hating but please if you could do a deep clean with the tools through each patient would mean the world to me

Fantastic experience: Dr. Saud is the best dental surgeon in the country! Had a pretty difficult tooth extraction today and decided to forgo the sedation (not sure I would recommend this) but Dr. Saud made me feel incredibly relaxed in his more than capable hands. He also somehow made the surgery enjoyable with my choice of music and a lot of laughs! The rest of the team were so helpful and kind.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time with a dentist in NZ and that’s why I was extra cautious. I searched and went through a lot of dentists reviews and finally chose this place and I am so glad I chose the right. The staff here is extremely good from receptionists to dental nurse to dentist ! Everyone is really friendly and they treat you with empathy. I never had to wait long and appointment always started dot on the time given. I was treated by Dr. Alphonso - tooth fillings and wisdom tooth extraction and I am very happy with the job done. He is very soft spoken and cautious towards your tooth pain. I will not look for any other place in future

A very clean and modern clinic with a hard working team. I walk in confident knowing the team have the highest quality service and care with each treatment. I have gone to Greenlane Dental for my Invisalign which i hope to see results soon and to posT as a review. I also have gone for urgent dental care including, fillings, wisdom teeth and regular check ups.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ibrahim was recommended by a close friend whose wife is an amazing dentist. I needed some implants. The referral was made with “get it done right the first time, Dr Ibrahim is the best” I was happy at first to get my teeth sorted, but after the first 2 visits the emotions took over as the care and detail to my teeth was overwhelming. I don’t shed tears often but I couldn’t stop them rolling I really couldn’t. Dr Ibrahim and his amazing team provide fantastic, unbeatable, specialist care, but equally comparable is the humility of Dr Ibrahim and his team. It is a family environment with happy staff throughout, who care about ‘you’ just as much as they care about your dental needs. I can’t wait to get the work completed and need to wait as teeth have been removed, however I have relief and temporary settings that look real and it’s comforting to have a clear timed plan from the team. So so happy.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend Greenlane Dental Implants and Cosmetics more, the service was impeccable and my new teeth are amazing! I had 5 implants and needed a bone graft along with 4 crowns, quite major work which I was pretty nervous about however I was treated with kindness and caring every step of the way. The workmanship is of a very high standard and the implants and crowns look so real no one would ever know they aren't my original teeth, the shape and colour match perfectly. It's been a week since the work was finished and I'm enjoying foods that were just too challenging before plus I feel great being able to smile again with confidence. It's really changed my life!

Fantastic experience: Dr Saud A. Ibrahim are the one of a kind team I would trust with my life. The work he did to repair my smile (front tooth broke and went missing) was amazing. I never met a professional with such good mechanical but also service skills. In the time of COVID he managed to juggle me through 2 lockdowns and repair my tooth with a brilliant amazing result. Ingo Hahn who is probably the best dental technician I know did an amazing replacement tooth, which Dr Saud implanted on a tiny space. The tooth was difficult to implant as very small and needed a special custom fitting Ingo had to order in from the UK. Vanessa his right and left hand did organise everything in light speed in the background and both did create a welcoming, humourism and professional atmosphere. I did have no pains and was confident and happy through all 3 visits. The result is stunning. Thank you so much Greenlane Dental I come any time again and would recommend you big times. Fantastic experience: Not gonna lie, this is the best clinic i've been so far for injections, the staff were amazing, Dr. Saud is very professional and detailed, they really took care of me for the whole session. I got lip fillers and some botox, it has been a week and the result is absolutely stunning! there was no bruises, which I usually would have from other clinics, healed really fast. I could write an essay about how good the place is and the people are there, but I'm just gonna leave this here so you guys know it is worthy and safe to choose Greenlane dental.

The procedure went very well, the expertise and professionalism experienced was the best I have ever experienced over many years of international dental work.
