Fantastic experience: Such a warm welcoming place to come for all your dental needs! Staff are fantastic, even if you are feeling anxious! Lovely helpful reception staff. Never had a dentist so helpful and gentle! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Caring, professional, considerate, communicative, helpful and gentle. This practice is the best I have ever been to. Such a wonderfully attentive team. From the point of contact, the receptionist, care co-ordinator, through to the assistants, and the dentist I have been treated by, I can find no fault, and only have praise for this wonderfully dedicated and committed team. Not only is the team stunningly focused on their work and their patients, but the practice is relaxing and tastefully decorated, to put you in a state of calm before your appointment. Dr. Bomi Aum is truly an outstanding dentist, and the receptionist has been such a kind and gentle mannered professional in all our interactions. I could not recommend this practice more highly.

Negative experience: Not great service, went in for a repair but they only gave me half a tooth. Didn't talk to me only talked to the assistant.

Fantastic experience: Epic service from these angels. Every encounter with staff members straight from the receptionist (Sarah - I hope I spelt your name correctly) to all the other staff members that helped me. Reception was super key, great comms too and fro, and updates. And the actual surgery (initial) was epic. Turned up with a low self esteem and left feeling really good. Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Synergy. Everyone is super friendly and kind, and my dentist was very patient and gentle with me. I feel super safe and confident with them.

Negative experience: I wouldn't consider going here. I would give zero a score out of five stars. I have never experienced such intense pain And jumped in chair multiple times during treatment. Quick to take you in take your money. Not quick to sort out any concerns you have. Patient comes first before money. Think twice before going there not what they seem .

Positive experience: A simple teeth cleaning here costs about $180, which seems way too much. And they don't let you know at reception that there's an extra charge for paywave. And it may just be the hygienist I get, but it's always super painful. I've never had to ask for my mouth to be numbed for a cleaning anywhere but here.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough great things about my experience with Leeann the Hygienist and Bomi the Dentist at Synergy. Their attention to detail is second to none from the moment I walked in, I knew I was in the hands of true professionals. Leeann’s meticulous yet gentle care during my cleaning left my teeth feeling amazing and Bomi’s expertise and thorough explanations made me feel completely confident in my treatment. Both are not only highly skilled but also incredibly warm and friendly making every visit a pleasure. Synergy is truly lucky to have them. With their top of the line equipment it’s clear they’re committed to providing the best care possible. Even though their services are very affordable they also offer Afterpay which is a fantastic option for flexible payments. The receptionist was delightful too making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I usually really hate going to the dentist but the staff at synergy are really nice and gentle. For the amount of work they have to do the price is pretty good and from what I can feel the quality is perfect. I really appreciate the work and care Dr Bomi Aum and her assistant do. Plus they play some absolute bangers in the background. 11/10

Negative experience: Synergy dental was recommended to me for being professional and affordable. While they were professional and considerate, the prices were over the top. A $640 bill for two small fillings. A breakdown of charges was requested which was not provided. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone due to their prices being unreasonable.

Fantastic experience: Extracted my tooth earlier with doctor john, he’s very professional i dont even know that its done already☺️together with his assistant dentist or practitoners they are lovely,taking care with patient ,positive vibes thank you .. thumbs up

Negative experience: Great dentist Saturday. Unfortunately despite quick turnaround it was put down as a surgical extraction and cost $750 of the dental grant. It was not a surgical extraction.

Fantastic experience: I had 2 front tooth fillings done in just 30 minutes!! I felt really comfortable throughout the process, the dentist was so delicate and professional, she explains before doing anything. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful too! Everything was perfect, my first ever appointment here at synergy and I loved it!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a life long fear of going to the dentist but the team at Synergy have really turned that around for me. They have been so kind and accomodating, especially when I need emergency work done. Sarah was amazing at making sure I was seen so I didn’t have to remain in pain. I’ve seen most of the team there now and every single one of them took the time to listen to me and my fears, explained every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Fantastic experience: We are new immigrants and we have always heard that it is expensive to see a dentist in New Zealand, so we have always resisted going to the dentist. Until last week, Synergy Dental completely changed my mind. Whether it is the reception or the service of the dentist, they are very friendly and able to listen to needs of patient. Their prices are very resaonable because they understand the patient and provide proper solutions. We are happy to choose Synergy Dental to be our family's dentist for teeth caring. We also highly recommend it to those in need.

Fantastic experience: Look no further if you've ever been apprehensive in going to the dentist. I've been to quite a few different dental surgeries and have had good to bad service. Synergy rescued me in my time of need when I was left totally appalled and ripped off by another Dunedin dentist. From the initial phone call to walking in and walking out, my entire outlook on dental service and treatment did a 360° back to having faith and even to say I thoroughly 1000% enjoy my extraction lol. Seriously the best dentist in Dunedin. The office lady, the dental assistant (apologise but forgot names as it was about 6 months ago) and Michael the dental surgeon had humour, care and were relaxed. Michael put me in the gentle massaging chair and worked his hands with kindness hehe. Pricing is very competitive. After hours available which helps those that work. Best ever, no regrets and now is my go to dentist. Highly recommend hands down. Keep up the great work Synergy! See you guys again soon.

Fantastic experience: The best dental clinic in Dunedin by a mile. The service was exceptional starting from the reception to the doctors themselves. The receptionist was very warm and friendly and the clinic itself is equipped with strong, highly capable team. The procedure that needed to be done was performed quickly and efficiently whereas all other clinics made it seem an impossible task. This is definitely hands down the best place for all your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Got a last minute emergency appointment with so kind and supportive staff. Dr Michael operated on the tooth extraction and it was amazing. So painless and pretty quick :) great aftercare too. Being an international student here, found the price to be very considerate and affordable! Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!! Fantastic experience: visited Synergy Dental due to a lost gold inlay during our holiday in New Zealand. The service there is certainly on the same level or higher as in Austria. The solution was explained well and the procedure was quick, effective and professional. The communcation to arrange/shift my appointment was great and the price for this service is quite competitive. Many Thanks to the friendly team! Highly recommended to other travellers

Fantastic experience: Ich hatte ein Loch im Zahn, welches unbedingt einer Behandlung bedurfte, bevor sich dessen Zustand noch verschlechterte. Ich kam also als "Notfallpatient" in die Praxis und Sarah am Empfang tat ihr Möglichstes, damit mein Zahn von einem Arzt untersucht werden konnte. Ich wartete etwas und Dr. Michael B. schob mich kurzfristig in seinen vollen Kalender, untersuchte das Loch und behandelte es direkt. Er kommunizierte durchweg, was er an meinem Zahn tat/was passierte, gab mir Hinweise zu besserer Zahnpflege bei schlechter Zahngenetik und füllte das Loch, sodass ich damit zu meinem Hauszahnarzt gehen kann. Alles ohne jegliche Schmerzen. 10/10 und VIELEN DANK an Sarah, Dr. Michael sowie seine Zahnarzthelferin!

Fantastic experience: I have always hated going out, to new places. it's never been something i endeavour to do because social anxiety. So I am very happy to say that the lovely team at Synergy Dental have made quite the impression on me. The receptionist was nice to talk to and the Dentist I saw was understanding about my fears and made sure I was ok and also explained to me everything she was doing. All in all it was a great experience and I highly reccomend them.

Fantastic experience: I needed a lot of dental work after years of neglecting my teeth and being somewhat afraid of pain! It was the best decision I made when I booked with John. On that first 60 minute visit, I talked, he listened, and together we made a treatment plan. I had thought my teeth were beyond repair and was pleasantly surprised to learn that they could be fixed. I actually felt empowered with that knowledge! I could see a way forward. John has a kind and gentle manner which put me at ease straight away. He has a holistic approach to treatment - yes he fixes teeth, but consideration of how I felt about the process and the health & wellbeing outcomes I wanted were important. John always explains what he's doing to my teeth, makes sure I understand and can ask questions along the way. There was no pain with any treatment. He's the nicest, bestest dentist I've known! Front of house: I doubt there is a nicer receptionist than Sarah. She is so lovely and welcoming which makes you feel glad you came to the clinic :) Chairside: Michelle and Pippa are caring and attentive, both with an easygoing friendly nature. Hygienist: Leanne is wonderful! She is friendly and chats to me as she gently cleans/polishes my teeth. I highly recommend this clinic and the staff to anyone who is anxious about dental treatment. They are all truly caring and non-judgmental, and best of all there's no pain involved.

Fantastic experience: I have just today an appointments with Dr Daniel Du and his assistant Sarah , and I honestly have never felt so cared of in any other dental clinic. Dr Daniel Du has done an amazing and seamlessly job at fixing a broken tooth. His amazing attention to details and talent definitely shows ! He spent more than one hour with me and done perfect job , you can't even tell the tooth broke in the first place! And it feels very comfortable as well.

Fantastic experience: I have just recently had a couple of appointments with Dr Danial Du and Oral Health Therapist Ruby Tukia and I honestly have never felt as safe and as well taken care of in any other dental clinic. Dr Du has done an amazing and seamlessly job at fixing a broken tooth. His attention to detail and talent definitely shows and everyone who has seen me has commented on how perfect of a job he's done, you can't even tell the tooth broke in the first place! Now I have had a few check ups before throughout the years but none as thorough. Ruby had done a great job at explaining things and preparing an environment where I felt comfortable about asking questions whilst not feeling judged or dumb. The welcome at the reception and the actual appointments of Synergy Dental have portrayed trust for me to return and do the things I need done.
