Fantastic experience: My mum recently had a dental appointment with Dr Grace Lee. She had a very pleasant experience, and didn't even feel the injection because Dr Grace was so gentle. Dr Grace also took the time to listen to her and explain everything, and was very professional. Highly recommend the Lumino Broadway Dental team! Thanks for taking such good care of mum :)

Negative experience: Paid for a crown after Young had done work it didn’t feel right . I phoned to advice and was worried as I was going overseas. Disaster on plane to Spain crown snapped off. Never been back ,to scared -consequently I am now minus a crown with gap . Should have stayed in Spain for repair . This is what happens when using cheap materials. And dentists wonder why we have a fear of them. This is why.

Negative experience: DO NOT COME TO THIS CLINIC! Don’t ever book an appointment for braces at this clinic; they’re a scam. Dr Bob Yang who discriminates against his own race. He told us he could fix my teeth, asked us to take photos of my tooth, and told us to wait about three weeks for a treatment plan. But it’s already been over a month, and when I asked the clinic, they told me Bob Yang wouldn’t be taking my case. The reason was because he was too busy to accept me. If you were so fully booked from the start, why did you even ask me to get the photos? He is just scamming for money, aren’t you? Don’t go to Bob Yang for braces. If you are his patient, be careful as he can cancel your appointment at any time.

Negative experience: Receptionist NO STARS! Dentist NO STARS! The blonde dental assistant for Allen Young can take all the stars! She was super friendly and lovely and was the only one to make me feel welcomed. Whatever she is getting payed it should be raised! - Wouldnt recommend Lumino for anyone!

Fantastic experience: Barbara is AMAZING! Very patient, happy to answer all my questions, and a real bubbly personality. Reception staff were lovely too.

Negative experience: The one star goes to the amazing receptionists, Dr Allan Young on the other hand receives none! Worst dentist I have ever been too, no bed side manner, no compassion and did nothing but judge and make me feel terrible, if I wasn't in so much pain I would have walked out! I had a root canal and filling done, two months later I have had to have the molour he did a filling on extracted and now also awaiting to see a root canal specialist to try and save the tooth a root canal was done on ONLY two months after treatment. Do not recommend!

Fantastic experience: I recently had dental work done and saw Crystal who is incredibly talented and super lovely. I felt looked after and in safe hands with Crystal. Highly recommend Lumino on Broadway. Great service from their hard working team and super affordable as well.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service! The reception staff were fantastic. I started getting wisdom teeth pain and I was seen by the dentist that same day. Everything was sorted super quick. So glad to have found a great dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had to find a new dentist and picked this one because it's close to work I was fortunate enough to get 2 appointments one yesterday and another today. What a great place with 2 very nice receptionists. Yesterday I saw Allan the dentist and today I saw Barbara. Great service from both. I am happy I selected Lumino Broadway.

Negative experience: Was only looking to book, but after enquiries. Specifically looking for AirFlow Hygiene Clean, which I've had at other places @ $150-$200 (including a hygienist examination). Not sure out they can justify $280+ for same treatment.

Fantastic experience: After a nasty experience with my old dentist, I was scared of booking an appointment. But with a good review from my Brother, I decided to put my trust in these guys. I have recently had Crystal do some work on my teeth and I can confidently say she was professional and very skilled in her field. Thank you - I am very grateful to you and the team at Broadway Dental!

Fantastic experience: Really impressed with this dental centre, Grace was fantastic, thorough and explained everything in detail that I could understand. Would highly reccomend Broadway Dental Centre and Grace as a dentist. Receptionists were also really good.

Positive experience: The nurses and dentists are amazing but the receptionist has to be the most insensitive human I have ever met. She should not be in any type of customer service at all. Horrible, horrible woman.

Fantastic experience: I have had a fear of the Dentist since my school days, but Grace is just fabulous at making me feel at ease with no judgement about my lack of regular visits! Also, completely pain free! It's nice to feel happy about going to the dentist.

Negative experience: Don't bother with this dental surgery. Service is appalling. Promises made to rebook due to lockdowns did not happen. A no show from the dentist. . Lucky to get one star

Fantastic experience: The best dental service I have ever had. Very friendly receptionists who made me feel welcome. Dr Juea was very clear in her communication and extremely meticulous but gentle during the scaling of my teeth. All staff I encountered were wonderful and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone as their general dental practice. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Fantastic experience: Dr Susan Ramirez and her team are just so amazing. The whole process of getting my oral surgery done was terrifying for me, however Dr Susan and her team were quite experienced and professional. They provided best care through my consultation till the day of my surgery. I would highly recommend Broadway Dental.

Fantastic experience: Went the extra mile

Negative experience: have had more issues with my teeth with the ones that have been worked on and a family member is the same. another dentist had to redo the same filling there a week later which costs me more money. Also the receptionist was really rude to me and i was a loyal customer. I also got an infection from Grace leaving my root canal open too long for my next apppintment and refused to treat it and demanding payment to FINISH treatment before the job was complete. then i went to ER for pain then got antibiotics and went to another dentist who was horrified at the treatment received by them.

Negative experience: Not recommended.

Fantastic experience: I don’t know why I get a little nervous with my dentist visits because every time I come out relaxed smiling and very happy with that dental chair experience. I always put my hand up for an injection as I’m not a Hero with pain and Alan always is so consistently kind and caring AND NO PAIN!! The financial cost is so fare and after 18yrs of Alan and Chai Young care I will be back Thank you Team

Fantastic experience: Doctor Allan is the one of the most amazing and patient dentist I have come across. He helped me with my root canal, fillings and wisdom teeth. He is so patient and make the whole process so easy. No pain, no discomfort. I will recommend him to anyone that need a dental treatment. He is absolutely amazing!

Fantastic experience: Came here for a routine check up and am so glad that my dentist Grace picked up a fractured tooth and recommended treatment early to save tooth. I was promptly booked in for a crown, and have to say that the entire process was smooth, efficient and surprising painless, including the local anaesthetic injection. I've had really bad experiences with local anaesthetic previously but Grace made it comfortable and I barely felt it. The treatment process was well explained, the staff were reassuring and friendly, and the best thing was that I could return to normal eating 2 hours after the procedure, and by the next day had completely forgotten that I just had a fairly big treatment - testament to a job well done! Keep up the good work team!! :) Will be coming back for future dental care.

Negative experience: Found Dr Young’s communication lacking during the consult. He also fails to communicate charges for seperate/ additional scans being done. I feel if anything extra is done the patient needs to well aware and consent obtained rather than being unpleasantly surprised at the end!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful place to go, if only there were more stars. Jeff Ong is a great dentist, thorough and calming. Grace Lee is excellent and caring. All the wonderful staff goes out of their way to help their clients with dental needs.

Fantastic experience: The most amazing and caring team. As someone who normally has sedation for fillings, a recent experience left me grateful beyond words. Went in thinking I'd need an extraction but the Amazing Grace filled the tooth with no sedation and just a local. No pain no discomfort and a genuine caring professional approach. I can't recommend these guys enough. Over the last few years they have restored my faith in dentists.

Positive experience: Dr Crystal Chow was absolutely fantastic. She is the first and only dentist I have been to who makes me feel relaxed and like I am in good hands. I had to have 6 teeth removed and opted for the IV sedation, which is a very reasonably priced option for those who are anxious at the dentist! I have never been so calm during a dental procedure. Crystal checked often to make sure I wasnt in pain and ensure that I knew exactly what was happening. Before removal of my teeth she clearly explained all of my options and their pros/cons. 10/10 Recommend seeing her! Dr Allan Young however, I regret ever seeing. He made me feel so ashamed and embarrassed about my teeth, and was incredibly arrogant and rude. He had a poor attitude and seemed to think he was the greatest dentist in the world, even though he messed up 2 fillings, which I later had fixed elsewhere, but it caused major issues with my bite and the way I had to eat. Overall, Broadway Dental is a good place but Crystal is by far the best dental professional I have ever met.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to have periodontal surgery; a root canal and a crown, Grace, Frances and the team did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. As an individual that has a fear of dentists, everyone was very gentle and kind to me. They explained what they did through every step of the process. Thanks Broadway Dental Centre!

Negative experience: Allan Young's service was the worst I've ever had from a dentist. No apology for being 20 minutes late, has NO bedside manner. Less than 30 minutes = $260!

Negative experience: Had an appointment to get my teeth grinding sorted. They wanted to sell me a $400 mouth splint for it. Furthermore, I was told I needed my lower wisdom teeth out, despite the fact that they have never caused me issues, due to the fact that they “will likely” start causing me issues in the next 6 months. The surgeon and dentist both talked about me as if I wasn’t there, and when I said I didn’t have medical insurance I was told to “stay in school and get a good job” to cover the $1500 bill to get the teeth taken out. I decided I didn’t want to give these people my money, and found a great dentist willing to fit me for a mouthguard to stop the grinding for $100, and would take the teeth out for $400. When it came to my appointment with this dentist, he told me there was actually no reason to get my wisdom teeth out. That I could quite happily live the next 30 years or even the rest of my life with no issues from them, as long as I practiced good dental hygiene. He also discussed with me the risks of having wisdom teeth taken out, which were not at all outlined by the surgeon/dentist and Broadway Dental. These included the possibility of permanent numbness in the lips and teeth if the nerve in the jaw is damaged. I was also told there was no real evidence to support the use of splints over mouthguards to stop teeth grinding. Would never recommend Broadway Dental. They were going to charge me almost $2000 for work I didn’t need, and were condescending the whole time.

Fantastic experience: Amazing, I was desperate to have a tooth extracted as I was in excruciating pain and leaving on family trip the following day. Emailed at 4am, reception called as soon as they opened, had tooth out at 11am, was advised of the risks of flying and that I may need to see someone on holiday if things went wrong. Crystal was exceptional and highly skilled, was called whilst on holiday to check if all was well, it was, and couldn't imagine the holiday going ahead without their help. Saved the trip for sure, highly recommend . Thanks.

Fantastic experience: Recently I had some dental work done including composite veneers, a crown and an implant at Broadway Dental Centre. On arrival, I have always been greeted by a cheerful and enthusiastic front desk team (Chai and Una). As a patient, the welcoming smiles have a calming effect especially when one does not yet know what to expect before meeting the dentist. The waiting room has magazines and newspapers as well as a very educational programme called “That Sugar Film”. My dentists Dr Grace and Dr Glenn and their dental assistants Anita and Karla are always so polite and professional. Dr Grace and Dr Glenn are so thorough and take the time to explain the treatment procedures in clear, understandable terms. The injections were painless and I hardly experienced any pain or discomfort after the dental procedures. A huge thank you to everyone for always being so professional. I highly recommend the team at Broadway Dental Centre for all your dental needs!

Positive experience: Had to get my tooth extracted. The dentist who extracted the tooth was amazing she was so nice and so good I didnt feel a thing. I would have given 5 stars but the rest of the staff were horrible. The receptionist was so rude I would of walked out if i wasnt in so much pain. And the first dentist who assessed me he was horrible. I have a auto immune disease that effects my teeth and he took one look and immediately judged me and made me feel like the smallest person in the world it was so intimidating I wanted to cry. I couldnt even tell him I have auto immune because I was fighting back tears. My partner asked for another dentist to do the extraction she made me feel so much better.

Negative experience: Quite common to have a delayed appointment, personally waited 40min. Felt acused when taking to dentist about flossing, would've been nice to have been asked. Would not recommend.
