It is so refreshing to see a practice that put patients care first, and not money :) I have seen multiple dentists and hygienists here, and they are always super kind and informative, as well as the friendly reception staff. Fantastic experience: O'Brien Whānau - Greg, Dominique and the team are awesome and have been fantastic in caring for the dental needs of our kids. All the staff are always very friendly and keen to help. We have always felt super informed and supported to make decisions and it has always been amazing how they have always included the kids in the decision making journey. Rather than excluding them to talk to the grown ups. The only issue we have ever had is that our kids changed schools and so now we have to make special trips to the shore to see them, if only they could have moved with us. It is totally worth the journey though.

Fantastic experience: Earlier this year I unfortunately broke an old crown which was all the more upsetting as it was one of my very front teeth. Fortunately Greg and his Team were able to see me very quickly to assess. Greg as he always does very clearly outlined the recommended procedure to fix and the future benefits and risks associated with this. Two easy appointments later I had a replacement Crown in place thanks to Greg and his Team who as always treated me with great care and concern throughout. I can wholeheartedly recommend WM Dental, great people who will always do their utmost best for you.

We have a neurodiverse son who gets very anxious and everyone at WM dental has been wonderful, patient and reassuring for him. Fantastic experience: Greg Chiu has been doing my dental work for 5 years or more now. I am very confident with the treatment and advice I have received from him. I have now reached the stage of life when from time to time I need to get molar teeth crowned because of some poor dental work done by another dentist almost 50 years ago. Recently, I needed to get one of the back-most lower molars crowned - this would not have been a pleasant experience but Greg made used of a special dam which ensured that it was one of the most comfortable and stress-free dental procedures I have ever had.

Fantastic experience: McCoy family - Greg and his team have looked after our family’s oral health for several years now. They are always friendly, professional and considerate especially when dealing with children - taking the time to explain what’s happening and manage any anxiety. I’ve been particularly impressed with my recent experience of having 2 implants and crowns. I was half an hour late due to my own stupidity and the whole team were so friendly, welcoming and Domonique is great, talking through everything she is doing in detail which I enjoyed. I won’t be going anywhere else and will be recommending you to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say going to the dentist is ever a great experience however this team has managed to make it a better one. I have been going there for a few years now and even though I moved further north I’ll keep making the trip. Dr Domonique is the gentlest and best dentist I’ve seen by far. Her top priority has always been to let me know everything that is happening and that I’m comfortable through it. Kathleen is also quite amazing.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this family practice for 40 years. I cannot praise enough the kindness, service, professionalism, value for money and general loveliness of these folk. They are up to date with the latest technology yet still have those old fashioned values that are becoming hard to find these days. Like previous reviewers, one stand out factor is communication. You never feel like a number, or rushed through. Dominique and Greg always take the time to start the consult by explaining everything, even giving you a ball park figure of the cost ( which is always reasonable.) Greg has a wicked sense of humour and has me laughing each time I visit. I recommend them without reservation to anyone, adults and kiddies alike. They will always bend over backwards to help you. Jane at reception is just lovely and Soon, their super assistant is amazing. Thank you ! Ps , if you’re scared of the dentist, don’t be. Nothing ever hurts.

Fantastic experience: I recently cracked my tooth and had to have a filling. My experience with WM Dental was absolutely wonderful. I cannot speak highly enough about Greg. When Greg entered the room, he slowed down and took the time to talk to me. He answered all of my questions and I felt so listened to. He talked me through the entire procedure and made sure I was okay. This was my first time to use the dental dam and it made the experience much more comfortable! My tooth looks like it wasn’t even cracked. Greg did such amazing work on my tooth and I am going to go here from now on! I would trust WM with any dental procedure. 10000 stars. Fantastic experience: I just recently had two fillings & a clean and actually had a good time with it. The are using this dental dam thing as a hygiene protection with COVID but it's best bit was that it kept water pooling at the back of your throat PLUS it took the load of having to hold your mouth wide for an extended time so the result was a hugely more comfortable experience. On top of that the conversation was interesting and Greg & his team are really lovely people.

Fantastic experience: I had my crown replaced by WM Dental. The whole process was a wonderful experience in a very professional environment. The best part was that because they are down stairs from oral art (the makers of the crown) any changes could be made immediately. Normally this would take additional visits at other dentists but at WM dental it could be done in the same visit. It also meant that I could visit the maker of the crown directly rather than them rely on images alone. Gentle and reassuring throughout the process I completely recommend WM dental.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend W M highly enough, you're looking at some of the best dentists Auckland. I've had many dentists over the years and extensive dental work done in both the U.S. and NZ (Scottish teeth and a love of sugar alas), and both my wife and I consider Domonique from W M to be the best dentist we've ever had. W M Dental brings a lot of technology into their dental work and it's clear they really care about their patients and the work they do. They may not be the cheapest in Auckland (though certainly not the most expensive either), but I would never recommend cutting corners when it comes to teeth, you end up paying more for it in the long run (as I've learnt). W M has given me 2 crowns, a root canal, and 5 fillings. Pretty soon they'll have created more of my mouth than I have. I know that finding a good dentist can be tricky, but you'd be absolutely nuts not to go here.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to WM Dental by work colleagues. Greg was absolutely amazing, I had four fillings done in one go and it came in well under what he quoted me. He was kind and careful, I am very scared of pain and all the injections he gave me I didn’t feel, he kept checking on me to make sure I was okay the entire process and adjusted everything for my comfort levels. A very friendly and professional place, at a great price. I will be using them again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Last week I had a good hunt around on Google Maps for dentists that had great reviews. There are plenty of good ones nearby but these folks got my pick as many reviews said how friendly and knowledgeable the team here are. So I booked in a Hygienist appt (I was lucky someone cancelled that day otherwise it is a 6 month wait) and Dental Check up appt. I can confirm that other people's reviews hold true - these ladies are the friendliest bunch who explained everything to me (I told them I like detail!) so I could fully understand the importance of teeth and mouth hygiene. A stark contrast to the dentists who I have seen previously, like Smile Dental whose clinic feels depressing, unfriendly and didn't explain anything to me. Aarti did the most thorough clean on my teeth I've ever had (I probably needed it too), and Dominique also checked my teeth one by one in detail. I am amazed at my dental clinic experience! I find it hilarious to say my dentist amazes me, you don't hear that often haha. Thank you Aarti and Dominique!

Fantastic experience: Suberb experience. One daughter with braces - good price, excellent service, fantastic straight teeth. Another daughter knocked all her front teeth out - fantastic on going care and explanation of process and options. Another daughter used to suck her thumb - now no more thanks to a consultation with Dr.chiu who talked with miss 6 and showed her dental options and she stopped herself! Highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing, Greg and the crew are outstanding, they've looked after my daughter's teeth requirements for almost 3 yrs now and done some amazing work, my eldest daughters teeth are so straight now its wonderful, and my youngest daughters teeth are showing results after only so many months. Fantastic experience: H have been going to this Dental practice since I was a teenager and simply would not consider going anywhere else. AS an adult I have just completed the process of getting braces. This experience has been exceptional. Greg has fully explained every step of the way and there were no surprises at all. Options and payment plans were all laid out and easy to understand. I have recommended others who have used the practice and they have not been disappointed. My kids also go there and the care for them and service has also been great. WM Dental is a great option as it covers both dental and orthodontic. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Booked in with Dr Joe for a check up and whitening. She took her time to explain everything in detail and answered my questions, which was very reassuring. I took home custom made trays for at home teeth whitening and am very satisfied with the results. I've even had people comment on my whiter smile! Fantastic experience: Greg and the team at WM Dental prepared the braces for my teenage daughter. I did a lot of research on orthodontics on the north Shore and this option was both cost effective and high quality. Greg is extremely careful and conscientious, he talked us through the whole orthodontics process. The results are superb and my girl now has a beautiful straight smile, which is a huge confidence boost for a teenager. I will be going back for the twins in a couple of years.

Fantastic experience: Hygienist was best ever, if you are scared of dentists and the pain and the noisy tools and.... you haven't been to see a dentist for a tooth clean for over 12 months then you must visit this Hygenist has they have NONE of that scary stuff!!! You're teeth (if you have any left) will thank you for doing this regularly ;-) The Dentist I saw - Domonique, is very personable, and she knows her stuff! Who'd have thought you could get a better smile with orthodontics in 6 months when my daughter's treatment with other provider took 2+ years and a whole lot more $$$ I also bought the teeth whitening treatment, which as a person with already sensitive teeth, did create some more sensitivity, the instructions given helped on how to assist with getting whiter teeth and reducing the sensitivity issue as a barrier to trying the treatment and with good tips on how to use the treatment for an extended period of time and get your money's worth Obviously a very positive experience and well recommended !!!
