Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Rush for over 20 years now, and I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough. It’s always a nerve-wracking experience going to the dentist, but Rush’s calm, gentle, relaxed, and fun manner totally puts you at ease. His assistants and hygienists are amazing, and the receptionists are equally fantastic — warm, welcoming, and efficient. The whole experience is one I would absolutely recommend, especially if you are nervous about dental visits. They make you feel more relaxed than you thought possible, and their pricing is very reasonable as well. My husband is also a patient of Rush’s and always feels at ease in their care. Rush even removed teeth for my son in preparation for braces, and my son felt really comfortable throughout the whole process. A wonderful, professional team who genuinely care. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient here for at least 26 years. I started with Bruce, then went to Rush when Bruce was away. They are seriously experienced and tell you what they are doing as it happens. My partner went to a woman dentist there who was very gentle with her as she suffered Multiple Myeloma. The hygienist is the best I've ever had and never hurts. Honestly, they are all amazing and, although dental prices in NZ are very expensive, this practice is not as bad as most others. I definately recommend them, especially if you're afraid of dental work like me.

Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough of the team at Green Bay Dental. I'm a nervous patient when it comes to dental appointments however I've been going to these guys for over 25 years now as they have always been friendly, highly skilled, informative and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Their rates are very reasonable and I know I'm in safe hands. Thank you very much to Rush for the removal of two tricky wisdom teeth that he performed with ease this morning. I'm extremely grateful!

Fantastic experience: Kathy Allsopp is the best hyginist I had in my life, I've been using her services for about 10 years now. At pne stage I decided that location was inconvinient, and shopped around trying 4 different hyginists. In the end I returned to Kathy because she is the best. She is very gentle and does not hurt your gums like many other hyginists do, at the same time the quality of cleaning is superb. You cannot go wrong with Kathy!

Fantastic experience: I have a lot of anxiety around dental procedures and have had negative experiences with dental staff at other clinics, but I recently had a hygienist appointment with Ziran/Casey and when I expressed to her that I was feeling anxious she worked very hard to understand and minimise those feelings for me. She talked me through the procedure before beginning and let me take regular, short breaks so that I could close my mouth and breathe. Casey supported me to feel calm and comfortable in a situation that is difficult for me and I am very grateful for that. I would highly recommend the staff at Green Bay Dental for people with dental anxiety or even sensory issues, I continually find them to be very helpful and willing to make accommodations.

Fantastic experience: Not long back from having another old filling replaced at Green Bay Dental as the amalgam was breaking down. As soon as Rush (Dr Rashid Bharuchi) started with talking me through the procedure my nervousness subsided. His professionalism and care for his patients is second to none. He’s got me through a lot over the years and I’m very grateful. Gian the Hygienist is very good too and I’ve found All the Staff to be friendly and professional at Green Bay Dental. Fantastic experience: I took my daughter at Green Bay Dental for a tooth extraction, and Adam has been amazing. She was quite nervous but he calmly explained her every single step, managed to calm her down and recommended the best way to proceed, that was also cheaper for me. She had her tooth removed in no time and she is happy to get back there when will be required. I can’t speak highly enough of the service. Massive thank you Adam!

Fantastic experience: Woah this place is a gem! Recommended by a friend as I am quite averse to going to the dentist. My experiences in the past have been cold, expensive and untrusting. Boy... has that changed for me. Greeted each time by warm inviting smiles at reception who are so helpful. Dentist Rush has been amazing for my teeth and over all well-being. He has a bright warm smile, goes out of his way to ensure you feel comfortable, explains everything simply and informs you on the prices and options that will support you! The prices by the way are far more affordable than the previous places I've been. I could't be more happy with this place and all the staff. Thank you Green Bay Dental. I wish I found you sooner! :)

Fantastic experience: Best dental clinic I've ever been to. A wonderful and efficient team that make you feel relaxed and looked after. I highly rate this place.

Negative experience: I've seen two dentists at this clinic and they were both atrocious. Most recently, I had some pain in one specific tooth. It felt like the filling had become dislodged and was causing me a lot of discomfort. I made an appointment and saw the dentist about it. He spent two seconds taking one bored glance at it, and then shrugged his shoulders and told me that the tooth is fine, nothing to worry about. Two days later, the whole thing came out while I was flossing. I've since found another dentist who actually knows what they're doing and could diagnose, explain, and fix it properly. Before that, I had a tooth extraction for a broken tooth, with another dentist at Green Bay Dental. He was sweating and shaking and stressing out over the job... it took nearly an hour for one tooth. About two or three hours afterwards, I came down with the worst fever of my life. I was shaking and sweating uncontrollably. My mum even called the emergency department, she was so scared. The clinic's receptionist's response was again to shrug their shoulders over it, and say that it's a normal response to the *anaesthetic*??? Jeeesus Christ; if you think that a 39C fever and an emergency call is "normal" after your treatments, you should really warn people beforehand. These guys are basically s*** mechanics.

Negative experience: Never pay their bills. Avoid if you're doing trade work with them.

From the friendly ladies at the reception to my kind, understanding dentist, who knows how to deliver news about my teeth without me turning into a blithering mess. This team of people make , what I find a very stress full situation, cope-able. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, there brilliant!

Fantastic experience: Great dental practice with very caring, patient staff and reasonable prices. I had a clean and polish with hygienist Kelly, who was very calm and gentle, and it was the nicest experience I've ever had getting my teeth professionally cleaned.

Negative experience: Was text the day before my appointment for both hygeinest and and exam, to be told they had cancelled my appointment. We rescheduled over text and when I turned up for my next appointment, I found that only the exam had been rescheduled and NOT the hygeinest. Live further away than I used to so having to come back during work time is hugely inconvenient. I've been going to this dentist for 20+ years and I can see they have made a lot of new changes, including staff which are just not up to standard. I will not be going back here again and will not be recommending to my friends who still live in the area.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I've been to. Bruce Perrett was happy to walk me through everything he was doing and described the X-rays to me in a non-condescending manner. Expert, not at all painful anaesthetic injections too! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I can thoroughly recommend Green Bay Dental - my family and I have been going along for a number of years and we go out of way across town to come to them. My wife and daughter used to have a fear of the dentist - but Dr Bharuchi has done such a brilliant job setting them at ease that they now actually look forward to going! Their hygienist services are excellent too - I saw Erin today and even with my teeth having some build up she was able to carefully clean them in a professional manner and without pain.
