Fantastic experience: Hadn't been to a dentist for many years. Team dental Greerton were just so helpful and made the process so easy and comfortable. Elizabeth was great explaining everything about my treatment. She told me during treatment what was happening and checking to see if I was ok. Both Elizabeth and assistant were really nice, I felt safe with them. Right from first contract, awesome reception staff, Elizabeth and assistant with two treatment visits, 3 all up I'm hundreds percent happy with everything and have already recommended them to others.

Fantastic experience: I am not fond of dentists, it had been over 20 years since I’ve been, I was told by a friend to go to this clinic and see the dentist Brylee. So I decided to go and wow, best experience ever! She did a few fillings and I am to return for a partial denture, this was all pain free and feels like she’s changed my life already! Not judgemental at all considering she had to deal with the mess of my mouth I felt at ease and my anxiety doesn’t exist with her! Not to mention she has been very punctual for all my appointments, the front desk and her nurse are also very warm and welcoming, just wow! 10x stars if I could can’t wait to go back

Fantastic experience: I don't usually write reviews or like going to the dentist (like majority of people) however when attending my appointment I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were really welcoming when I came in the front door. Then I had my appointment with Brylee and she was wonderful, so kind and caring and not to mention her non judgmental approach was amazing, I didnt feel judged/embarrassed at all considering I hadn't been to the dentist in a while. Happy to say Ive found my dentist for life will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Recently I had to have my lower teeth extracted to be replaced with a lower denture. I was not excited about this and very very nervous. As soon as I walked in the reception made me feel at ease. I then had the pleasure of having Brylee as my dentist, Brylee was very good I didn't feel a thing I was very impressed and even wondered why I was nervous in the first place, she even rang the next day to check I was okay !! - Brylee and her assistant Elena made this an almost fun experience, they make a great team. Fantastic experience: A chunk of a tooth came out as I was eating on Monday morning. That's not good I thought as I wondered why there was no pain to accompany the discovery. Anyway, my very popular dentist wasn't available until mid-December and 3 people were already on standby. So I rang around and Team Dental in Greerton said they could see me at 12pm. Brylee was absolutely lovely from the moment I met her and I felt I was in good hands. The x-ray showed the damage to a tooth that had had a root canal many years ago. Brylee offered me an injection but she didn't think it was needed as the nerve was dead - hence no pain. I went without the injection and she did a great job. I was very happy with my experience and if my regular dentist retires, I hope Brylee is still in Tauranga.

Fantastic experience: Awesome team at team dental Greerton everyone is always so friendly and helpful especially fiona and jess on the front desk they are always cheerful and bubbly every time I go in which makes going to the dentist seem not so bad. Last time I had some work done on my teeth I saw brylee and she did such a great job I was very impressed. I will definitely be back

Negative experience: Tooth extraction by Ian. $305.00 Small “club foot” on one of the roots, was either missed or just not discussed as to the difficulty it could present. This appointment was horrific and archaic. He struggled to get the tooth to move. As time went on and he tried multiple methods he became frantic, using way too much force on all parts of my jaw, had to stop him more than once to settle him down. Several times I had to stop him from using my front teeth, top and bottom, as leverage. Tooth broke multiple times. In the end he left the root with the club foot in. Had to stitch the socket. Told me he got most of it out, I asked for an X-ray, turns out most of that root is still in there. Asked for an extension on my antibiotics script as my mouth was such a mess, I didn’t get a response until two days later and after I put this review up. Do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have to say I was so happy with my experience at Team Dental in Greerton. I couldn't stop smiling the whole way home. My last dentist told me I needed to see periodontist and there was nothing that they could do for me and I felt pushed out and ignored but upon seeing Ian at Team Dental Greerton he reassured me that was not the case. He was so friendly and informative and took the time to make sure I understood everything and explained in detail what needed to be done. The receptionists are so warm and welcoming. I felt so comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. Thank you all so much. After visiting 3 other dental clinics in Tauranga I am happy to say I have found my forever clinic.

Negative experience: Had a tooth extracted and part of the root was left inside. Was told it’s fine it shouldn’t be a problem. Well it was went back 2 weeks in a row and nothing left it in got so bad to the point that Bruce the dentist wouldn’t touch it he sent me to a specialist at an extreme cost that I can’t afford. Currently the root is still in my jaw and I’ve had infections and everything including major weight loss. And yet it remains in my mouth. People be very aware of this company.

Fantastic experience: The team at greerton were very friendly and welcoming and I highly recommend Bruce to help with your dental needs. Bruce made it such a comforting experience for me and helped me feel calm and at ease through my whole experience. The procedure I sat through was nerve wracking and had me full of anxiety before attending my appointment and Bruce had me walking out happy with the least pain possible. The way he did the procedure of extraction of each of my teeth was so carefully and in such a way it wouldn't hurt so much for me. My healing was very fast as a result. Thank you Bruce, highly recommend your work.

Fantastic experience: Like most people I am not one who races to the dentist until I have to! They are a valuable care profession (this is not a reason to put prices up) but the care taken of the patient. My experience at Team Dental Greerton would be right up there with a level of professionalism not experienced before. Bruce did a great job as the last time I needed an extraction I would have to say his methodology and my experience was angelic! His procedure/approach showed good training and experience.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the team @ Team Dental Greerton! Have been a patient for almost 2 years and I cannot recommend them enough. My first appointment was for emergency treatment and I was booked with Sue...I've not been to anyone else since. Prior to and during treatment, I am always well informed, given options and made to feel I am not just another patient in the chair. I have had alot of work done on my teeth to get them up to scratch and Sue is always careful, makes me feel at ease and ensures I have been comfortable and minimised pain as much as possible during the process. She has gone above and beyond and exceeds her role as a dentist, she is amazing at what she does. Fiona and Summer at the front desk are so friendly and helpful and do their absolute best to fit me in when I need urgent attention. Team Dental Greerton have changed my narrative about dentists and I can now say I absolutely love going to the dentist, not just for the excellent service and treatment but also to see the gorgeous gals that are so kind and make my appointment that much nicer!

Sue didn't rush me, was very compassionate, caring, non judgemental (which I believe is paramount in this profession). Sue's dental nurse was just as caring with me. Thankyou both for treating me like a human and with the utmost respect. It meant the world to me xx

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the service my husband had today he's been going to this practice for a few years now and spent thousands of dollars.Hes in so much pain and needs a tooth taken out they won't do the work to he's got the money he would of had the money in a couple hours just needed tooth out at his first appointment and then would of brought the money back in couple of hours there was no offer of any pain relief just that they wanted money no trust after he had given them thousands in the past. Now he's got to find another dentist. Not Happy Thanks for your reply to my concern there was a offer of appointment at 11.15am if the person with that appointment didn't want it anymore , you would ring back and let me know so not really a confirmed appointment. As for the same day payment he said he would have the payment to you in 2 hours. I found out it would of only taken 23 minutes and money would of been in your bank. No trust what so ever , been a patient a long time and all he needed was a few hours at the most and you could not offer any solutions to his pain except money first. Thats why I only give 1 star that's how you treated my husband.

Negative experience: Don't remember the lady's name but she was middle aged to 60s, I went to see her Feb 2022 and she was so horrible, I don't normally write these types of reviews but I left that building crying back to home. First of all she was extremely rude and actually gave me even more dentist trauma so bad that I was shaking in fear at my new dentist place. My head naturally moves along during these extractions and She was getting very angry at me but I literally couldn't stop my head from shaking. Then I felt the entire thing, she didn't do the anesthesia correctly because I felt deep aching pain and sharp pains which I've neverexperience before. Then afterwards I told her it really hurt and she said to me you were just uncomfortable but I know the difference.

Negative experience: Very irresponsible staff, make an appointment but when i go there and staff said sorry we missed that. Staff talking on their personal phone all the time when i was there before one time.

Negative experience: Won’t go here again. Had a chip fixed on my front tooth. Looked at it in the mirror that was given to me and I was looking at it from an angle and said it looked longer than my other front tooth. She ended up shaving it back down as well as the face of my tooth taking the enamel away I vividly remember. Looks very different to my other front tooth now a year has past

Fantastic experience: Looked like a witch knitting at the gullotine as my eye tooth snapped off. Very very fast I have a new moulded tooth and it’s stunning. No pain was felt. Fabulous staff kind and really efficient. Needed fast as I was planning a trip. I cannot rate the service highly enough.

Negative experience: Prices on website are not up to date. When I went there they told me prices for the fillings start from $180, anyways I was willing to pay for the cost but they also wanted to charge me for a consultation+ X-rays (even though I sent them my last consultation+ X-rays made 1 month ago ) . All they want is to take your money. I don’t recommend this place at all

Fantastic experience: I have not been to a dentist for a while due to a bad experience. One of my large fillings fell out and I went to Team Dental Greerton . Sue Davies advised that we couldn't save the tooth and it may be a difficult extraction due to the tooth being decayed and it may come out broken. I was nervous but she reassured me , she got the tooth out in one piece and I didn't feel a thing. Thank you Sue .

Fantastic experience: I've never enjoyed visits to the Dental Hygienist though have come across a 'gem' at Team Dental this week. Her manner was gentle and concise and she quickly made me feel at ease. She was always a step ahead at realising what might cause discomfort and quick to ensure that this didn't occur.
