Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this dental practice 10000% !!! I came here to get 2 extractions plus gum treatment and a filling, and both Dr Vishu and Dr Vivian did exceptional work on my teeth! Minimal pain afterwards, no complications, just all around amazing service. The atmosphere was so relaxing as well that I literally could have fallen asleep. This place is 10/10!

Fantastic experience: I have only just started going to The Dental Bach, so can't give much feedback yet, but my initial assessment is very positive. The three people I've dealt with - Vivian, Na and Jeevee (apologies if spellings are incorrect) have been friendly and helpful. Their reminder system is very efficient. I had the new patients check up and clean special deal and all went smoothly with a professional service given. I will be returning for further treatment.

Positive experience: Some time back- I had toothache-not pleasant. So I called “the Dental Bach” (After hours) The dentist said come NOW to the clinic. relief at last. Recently I had to return with yet another issue. On arrival I was greeted by a warm and friendly receptionist. With the sound of the lapping sea- all my senses were settled. I was then greeted by the dentist beckoning me to come through. The clinic is clean After inspection and discussion- she started work. So gentle so calm and so professional. Guess What!! No pain at all!! The team at the Bach truely have your interests. And guess what! I received follow up call the following day- checking all was OK. If you have oral problems-go check them. Paul

Fantastic experience: The oral hygienist (”Das”) excuse spelling- was very efficient, friendly provided some good tips to keep my teeth healthy.

Negative experience: Went in with severe tooth pain, they did a root canal and perforated (broke through the tooth) and allowed an infection the develop and spread. The tooth had to be removed by a dentist in in Albany then I needed an implant. ACC paid part of the cost but most fell on me - ACC because it was an accident. They never offered to help in any way.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service. Friendly staff. I had chipped front teeth repaired and am so anxious about going to the dentist. I wish I could remember her name but she made sure I was comfortable, checked in on me during the process and put me at ease. And so gentle that i didnt even need anesthetic. Negative experience: They don't seem to want new customers. Was charged for a xray and consultation then they said they'll get back to me on Monday and still haven't heard from them. If this is there initial service I wouldn't want to keep going there. Hope I can get my xray money back as going go to a dentist that wants to give me service

The warm welcome by the lovely receptionist and her communication before and after my treatment was amazing. I cannot thank Dr Vishu and her assistant enough for how comfortable and relaxed they made me feel. You guys need a trophy, I didn't even feel the injections! Fantastic experience: Visited in October ‘23 and the team were fantastic from the receptionist to the Dentist (Vishu). If you get anxious this is the place to go as there’s a tv screen for calm and distraction and as I was getting my tooth extracted, the kind assistant stroked my brow. It’s great when professionals don’t forget that these procedures can be daunting. Kind, considerate & affordable - thank you.

Fantastic experience: This is hands down the best dental clinic I've ever been to. The team is the warmest, friendly and helpful bunch. They actually care about there patients and dont just make you take the most expensive option they do what will be the best for you. Everything they do is good value. I have recently just finished having 3/4 of my teeth replaced with fake crown and from start to finish they have made the entire process so easy and have made time if their have been any emergencies along the way. If you are looking for a new dentist don't think twice about giving them a ring will be the best thing you do for yourself. I can't thank you girls enough for what you have done for me.

Positive experience: People there is friendly, the clinic is clean, however I am not too sure they are helpful with my tooth issue. Been there twice, the last time I spent $95 dollars for an 8 mins appointment only , which the given advice is taking antibiotics and referring me to specialists . Sorry I have to give 3 stars.

I was suffering from wisdom tooth pain and needed an emergency extraction. She had to stay out of her usual working hour for my appointment. It was my first experience with the dentist here in NZ and it was super easy with dr vishu and her team. Special thanks to the admin Loryanna. Amazing work.

Fantastic experience: Due to my lack of oral care, my teeth got into pretty poor condition over the years, but due to my fear of dentists, I never did anything about it. Finally admitted I needed some work done, so off to Dental Bach I went. Vishu and her team were top notch, let me know what they were doing each step of the extractions I required and did what they could to keep my anxiety levels to a minimum. While I wont say I'm looking forward to my next visit, I know my anxiety levels will be better thanks to the great work.

Fantastic experience: Visited the Dental Bach with my wife to get her checkup done. We found the clinic really nice and clean which made the experience great. Dr. Vishu is a thorough professional and yet very warm and cheerful which relives any anxiety which one may have.

Fantastic experience: I think they are very good. I choose dental bach for my dad after i went to another dentist near by and end up with a painful teeth that can no longer bite food. At the beginning, my dad's teeth become even more painful after repairing, as doctor warn us before if the pain is still there, He will need root canal, but after several days, surprisingly the pain has completely gone! the doctor is very patient and delicate at her work, i wish i came to dental bach previously, so i could have my teeth done properly..

Negative experience: Useless. First time I went there they said my mouth was too 'small' and I needed to see this particular orthodontist, which end costing me thousands and thousands. I have NEVER been told this before... During level 3 lockdown I needed a dentist urgently for a quick fix, so tried them again, against my better judgement, because they claimed to have a dentist available. It took some time for the receptionist (who did not know who I was) to admit that NO dentist was there at all.... Don't bother. I also agree with Shazza - I don't Thi k some of these reviews are honest.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Vishu is absolutely amazing! I have been seeing her since Feb 2019 when I first got my braces put on and since day one has been amazing! I am terrified of dentists usually but she made feel at ease and alway's tells me what she is doing before she does it. I recently got my braces taken off and am super happy with my teeth and how straight they are! Highly recommend The Dental Bach!!!

Negative experience: Update from response: That's not true, I had two filllings done with Vishu, one cracked and the other has left visible discolouration on front tooth that was there before the filling. I also waited about 30 minutes each visit.

Fantastic experience: Dr Vishu was really helpful to both my Grandmother and I. Working on Veneers and other dental work. She was friendly and professional, as was Mel in reception. You can’t often say you enjoyed going to the dentist, but I’ve never been to a dental practice as nice as that one. Vishu listened and understood what I wanted and made multiple changes to make sure I was happy with the finished product. She was also really kind and good with my grandma who is 81 and a bit hard of hearing. Highly recommended, thanks.

Fantastic experience: My 7 year old daughter complained of some mild discomfort in a tooth on a saturday afternoon. After a quick internet search I found the dental bach and gave them a call. They saw my daughter straight away. The dentist was kind and took time to explain everything to my daughter in order to minimise any anxiety. The dentist then gave my daughter a thorough check up and recommended we contact the school dentist on monday as no urgent treatment was required. They could have easily recommended we have the treatment carried out straight away, but they chose to put their patient ahead of profit. Thank you Dental Bach for taking care of my daughter with compassion and honesty. I would recommend this dentist to anyone.

Negative experience: The experience was standard fare. However, the main reason for reviewing only 1 star is that I they're actually incentivising people to leave positive Google reviews by offering prizes and didn't seem fussed! Many people like myself rely on reviews to make informed decisions and I find it really annoying when people try and cheat to improve their reputation.

Positive experience: Fantastic service although I did have to wait for almost an hour. It was my first time so may have been an unexpected dental emergency as I have not been to the Dental Bach before. Answered all my questions thoroughly and eased any discomfort I may have felt. Great job guys.
