Fantastic experience: These guys are just bloody awesome. Whether you're getting your teeth profesionales cleaned or getting a tooth extracted from Garnett or Ross, these guys are A1 at their craft. Reception ladies are always super friendly and all smiles, a sure sign of a happy working environment. The pricing isn't horrendous either, and this is coming from an englishman who used to pay peanuts back home. If you need a dentist that exudes confidence and knows their stuff then this is the place

Negative experience: They dont advertise their prices, which is fine, but after 4 emails and a text to try and get you to commit they still wont tell you the price ... my insurance would have covered it but it felt a bit used car salesman so i cancelled my appointment suggest you also look for a more upfront and honest provider. After leaving this review i had the rudest person ive ever spoken to call me to have a go. I have to wonder if shes used information given to them in the booking to contact me after ive cancelled. My understanding under the privacy act is that information given can only be used for its intended purpose , and if its not about a booking i should never have been contacted

He is known in the office as the singing dentist, yes he sings while he works on you. Maybe it’s his version of distraction therapy lol. Well whatever it is, it works. Fantastic experience: After two hellish nights of tooth pain (including one ER trip for pain relief) we were able to find an emergency appointment with Dr Ross Buchanan and Polly who accommodated us on the same day. They were such a professional team, so lovely, friendly (and funny!), explained everything so well and really made a stressful situation that much easier to deal with. Thanks for saving our holiday Ross & Polly!

Fantastic experience: I went to Lumino dentist 2 weeks ago to remove one wisdom tooth. Dentist Ross was amazing, he told me it will take him 10 sec to remove it and it actually took him 10 sec. No pain, he was very nice and explained me everything I needed about the whole process. Thanks again I’ll definitely come back !

Im petrified of needles so I was so nervous about going but he made calming conversation as well as providing excellent information for what was needed to be done. This place deserves 100 stars.

I had a problem with a metal wire behind my teeth, the reception staff was really kind and give me an appointment for the next week. They even call me to propose me an earlier appointment cause of cancelation ! The day of my appointment I just wait 5 minutes, the dentist and his alternate was very kind, already aware about the problem and make me feel very confortable ! That was really quick and serious ! Fantastic experience: I don't write a lot of reviews. Buy this Is practice is actually really good. I've had a lot to follow up on. And the staff Is professional in advising what steps is best to take and what expected price tag is on it. In my case they managed to help me breaking down in steps so I could afford the procedure what was definitely needed to be done. I found communication between dentist to front office very good. And both ladies behind the desk are very friendly and helpful. The dentist it self was great. He did what needed to be done. While genuinely chatting away. It's his every day job with every day matters. That low-key atmosphere taken away huge parts of neutral anxiety what everyone has for the dentist. When all my procedures were done. I went to the hygienic. And that is something I can really recommend. I've never seen a dental hygienic before and the results are immaculate. The girl in this practice is funny as. She cracked me up multiple times. She is as genuine as a person can be. But more importantly. She managed to clean my visual 'pack a day' smokers stains of my front teeth. Completely clearing the gap between my front teeth. How dirty it sounds. There were big brown spots in the gaps on my teeth. And now they are back to a neutral whitish. I've never been so happy with seeing someone for something dental related in my life before. I'm smiling

Fantastic experience: This was without a doubt the best dental practice I've been to. I have extreme dental anxiety and often have panic attacks or require sedation in dental rooms.Today was a different experience for me. Jessica was amazing at keeping me calm, understanding when I said the noise of the equipment bothers me, stopping for a break when I needed it and talking through each step of the process with me. Fantastic experience: Visited the clinic today and I am so happy to a found a practise to return to. Dr Garnett Ramsbottom was excellent, making the effort to get to know me before a thorough exam and making a treatment plan that he explained extremely well. The most important thing for me that there was no judgement and I felt completely at ease. The entire team, including the office team, completely exceeded my expectations for my visit and I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

Fantastic experience: Visited the clinic today, to see Jessica Mcleay for tooth pain. Was the best visit I have had at any dental clinic and felt so at ease and had brilliant treatment. Negative experience: Dentist was brilliant! However, one of the reception staff was very rude and came accross aggressive. I gave her an email address to send the bill to right away so it could be paid. and she wrote it down wrong so I didn't get the bill. She rang me and was very rude and angry about this. I told her i waited and waited for the bill to be sent as I cant pay an invoice if i havent got it. I then got an email in capitals regarding payment now or action will be taken... the way she went around this was un professional and has made me not go back. Maybe get staff that write down correct details and even better have people skills!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this practice, I’m so glad that it opened up in this location. They offer heaps of great treatment options including cosmetic dental options including, Invisalign, veneers and dental implants as well as the standard check-ups and fillings. The practice is so awesome, it’s nice and modern, with lots of space and in a really convenient spot. They also have free parking on site which is handy. The team at Kawarau Park is always so helpful, the support team & front desk staff are lovely, they’re friendly and supportive and it feels as though nothing is ever an issue for them. They genuinely care about their patients, and I feel like a really valued here. The dentists here are awesome too, Dr Holly Christmas is amazing. She’s so wonderful and kind and very knowledgeable. She’s really helped me out, you’re in great hands with Holly – that’s for sure. They also have a couple of other dentists who I’ve heard really good things about too. If you’re looking for a dentist in Queenstown, I definitely recommend you try the team here. They offer easy payment options to help you out too, including Q Card and Afterpay – which I always use and find so helpful that they have it available for dental treatment as it makes it much easier when you’re getting a more expensive procedure done. A massive thanks to the team here, I appreciate everything you’ve done to help me sort out my teeth and will see you for my check up in the new year. Have a lovely Christmas and a happy new year! Fantastic experience: AMAZING Ladies, Amanda and Jess 5 stars all round. I am having a horrible time at the moment with a root cannel needed. Only feedback I have is please can we except AMEX? I don't have the cash lying around for big payments, so I need to whip out the CC so my wife doesn't see ;). Otherwise, she will go out shopping for new eye lashes, wax's, fake tans and all that other stuff I hate paying for.. Thanks Team have a great day. Cant wait to see Hollys work. Negative experience: This is the most expensive dental practice I've come across so I was expecting a very high level of professionalism from the staff. I was disappointed. I requested not to receive texts or calls seeking confirmation if I would attend the appointments I made. I had already confirmed my appointment via e-mail anyway. They agreed not to text me but refused to refrain from calling me because they didn't trust their patients to keep their appointments. I asked them to make an exception for me because I ALWAYS keep my appointments and to just add a note to my file not to call me. They refused. Lumino Kawarau, what's the point of turning off texts if you're just going to badger me with calls instead? As someone who deals with customers daily, this experience was very bizarre to me. If a customer made a request like this, I wouldn't hesitate to comply. I wouldn't say 'Oh. This is how we do it so too bad.'. Unbelievable... At every other practice I've been to, they were quite happy to turn off all texts and calls seeking confirmation of appointments. This is the first time I have been denied this request. I wouldn't have made a big deal about this if they had just texted me once and left me alone, but no... They texted me a reminder, then kept texting me seeking confirmation if I would come to the appointment I made... Treating your patients like you don't trust them to attend their appointments is insulting. I will obtain better service elsewhere for lower fees.
