Fantastic experience: Few months back i called like so many clinics on a Saturday for my daughter suddenly was in soooooooo sooooo sooo much pain. All the dentist said to bring the schools referral. Some said we can see her but if only u had schools referral. BUT luckily a friend referred us to Admore dental. I called Ravin answered. He was not at the clinic but told us we can go he will inform the dentist there. They were near to closing time, we reached there just at 2pm i on saturday. I think its there closing time. But she waited, sorted my childs teeth. Extracted her teeth not rushed into things, no sign of dismay. I since than take my business to them. Despite this clinic comes after so many clinics from my place, i dont mind travelling. My husband had his teeth extracted there, things went well, now iam doing my gold teeth there, the options were explained, my questions were answered, i was late for my appointment but no fuss. The front girl was nice and even receptionist did not mind having to tap my card like 5 times cause something was wrong. These are my experience. I think they worth business if you want hassle free service. Just to imagine how come all dentist need referral and wont help a 10 year old with extreme pain. Hope this helps someone who needs dentist with explicit knowledge of procedures (the referral or other related) together with dental health.

Fantastic experience: I was skeptical at first but I took a chance because the pricing is affordable compared to every other dental clinic that I recieved quotes from in Auckland and I called quite a few. I'm happy to say that I definitely recommend this place. I am Cook Island. I had a deep clean and 3 teeth extracted and a denture put in place. All staff are wonderful and friendly. Very funny to, they make you feel so comfortable. Very beautiful clinic and land, a park for the kids and lovely scenery. Yes you have to wait for dentures to be ordered from overseas but you can opt for immediate dentures like I did and have teeth extracted when the dentures arrive so they can fit them straight after. I prefer this method and putting up with the pain I was experiencing then the alternative of paying thousands else where. They do explain everything and provide clear pricing. Don't be shy to ask questions if you are unsure. They're very helpful and honest. Recommend to all. Memory x

Negative experience: I went in for a tooth extraction, it was funded by an organization that I work alongside with, and I mentioned on my form that I was feeling anxious. The receptionist was lovely and explained everything clearly, which made me feel a little more at ease while I waited. Unfortunately, the experience with the dentist was the complete opposite. He didn’t acknowledge anything I had written on my form, didn’t introduce himself properly, and didn’t explain what he was doing at any point. I feel like because I was getting this done for free he did not care to treat me with the same level of respect he treats his paying patients with. I had no idea what was happening — he just injected the numbing agent without warning, which was really scary for someone who hasn’t been to the dentist in years. Then he tried to extract my tooth without even checking if I was numb. I could still feel the pain. I had to shut my mouth to stop him. Instead of showing any concern, he rushed me and said it was getting late in a joking kind of way but still made me feel stink. The whole experience left me feeling overwhelmed and honestly more anxious about seeing a dentist in the future. I really expected more care and communication, especially after being upfront about my anxiety. It's also such a shame as I am Polynesian and would love to be able to support other Polynesian owned businesses, but this experience left me thinking otherwise. Would not recommend this place to anyone who needs a gentle or patient-centred approach.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment with Admore about 3 weeks ago. I went in today(12/12/24).I walked in to ask reception, the Island lady casually told me my appointment has been canceled. Thoroughly disappointed as I didn't receive any call or message from them. Traveled from Royal Oak and wasted my husband's time . Not happy

Negative experience: Very unhappy customer the process was meant to take 3 months instead it took 6 months wasn’t explained that they send dentures to Thailand to be made so beaware, I work during the week doing 12 hour days so have to wait for Saturday appointments never ending finally got dentures and under a month later my face starts swelling up and pain in top part of mouth which is dentures only, went for a consult somewhere else dentist there said u need to go back to where dentures were fitted as it’s not aligned properly and dentures are rough rubbing on gums causing infected gums can’t see me till November Omg TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

Negative experience: Don’t waste your time or money here. I paid over $7,000 for work done. To have the work fall apart on the trip home, a rude dentist and very rude customer service when talking with the front desk and offered a measly $200 that was never paid out. Left saving up to fix the mess they made. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr ravin chandar;a well experienced enthusiastoc dental Guru.after an 8 year battle with my wisdom tooth in and out a couple of destist with no sucess;which afgected me emotionally and making me feel like i will never find a good dentist to help me out.Dr chandar made it happen.as i arrived at his surgery with lots of doubts,i explained my experiences to him and he chose to be confident and said to me that he can help me out while i was about to leave his surgery.truly so dr chandar did what he said within 30 minutes.i am now healing and i just wanted to say to all tje kiwis out there thag please reach out to this men with any dental issues;i find dr chandar to be 1 of the best in the market.his assistants are passionate and driven.thanks ardmore dental.
