Fantastic experience: Such a friendly environment and the staff were really friendly and honest. Bryanna is such a lovely receptionist with a warm welcome. Upma is such a lovely dentist and was really quick but careful and gentle with my tooth extraction. I forgot the oral health lady's name there but she did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth! I had a spectacular visit, thank you so much 32 Gems Dental Care for your excellent service!! I would love to come back here again. 100/10

Fantastic experience: 32 Gems did an awesome job at helping me get the smile i always wanted after i had braces. they were really honest in what options were realistic for me, and in one session i left with the perfect porcelain crown! I was extremely nervous but Upma and the team really made it easy ! i already can’t stop smiling :)))

Positive experience: The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and I had a very good Hygienist appointment. It was different from various ones, with the overall result different also in how my teeth were left. I won't say in which way, as that's not the point of my decision to find an alternate practice. Unfortunately, after my discussion with the dentist, with my particular needs, I am requiring one that can meet these, so I am still awaiting to here from her, in respect to what she told me she would be doing for me. I look forward to this and wish them all the best.

Positive experience: I broke a tooth and needed it sorted quickly. I hadn’t been to 32 Gems before and upon googling local dentists, they had an appointment same day. The only ‘criticism’ would be the cost - dentists ARE expensive but I feel the $450 for a repair was steep. I needed it done so agreed.

Negative experience: Great service and facilities but extremely expensive compared to other dentists Makes their own crowns which break and require replacement after a year Shop around for better pricing

I have always been very happy with the advice I have been given regarding my teeth. My last visit I had a tooth extracted so wasn't looking forward to it, but they made me feel very comfortable and did a very professional job. I highly recommend 32 Gems Dental Care.

Negative experience: Contacted them by phone about a tooth that needed a filling. The person I talked to identified herself as the practice manager. As per request, I emailed the clinic photos and X-rays from a previous dentist who I had seen earlier but was not satisfied with result. No reply at all. Email was send early July. Poor customer service.

Fantastic experience: Big thumbs up to the team at 32 Gems, I had a cracked tooth and was mortified at the thought of a new crown, Upmar gave me the time and patience to chat through options and never rushed me, including payment plans to help with my budget. I just put the lot on my credit card as they accept credit card payments too. Such a professional caring team, very clean and hygienic and always call you to see how you are after the procedure. Thanks to Danni, Upmar and Jody for looking after me and being so patient with my shock at having to get my tooth repaired. i now have a new crown as part of my cheesy smile!

Fantastic experience: Had been in pain for just over 9 months with my wisdom teeth coming through. For the past month I haven't been able to eat properly on my left side due to the pain. They have been amazing to deal with, nothings a problem and we discussed and implemented a plan to address some of the issues i had when i first started seeing them. I was never pushed to do it all in one hit and they have been happy to work around when i can get the work done. The team is always friendly and helpful. Recommended to several people now as well.
