Negative experience: I have been going to this dentist for years.. I have always had a friendly receptionist and warm welcome. . ... until today . I was talked to like an idiot. And made feel upset and again terrified of getting dental work done. Six months ago I would of told my closest friend to go there.. today I will never recommend to anyone. Highly disappointed .

Fantastic experience: A big thank you to this amazing team at Papamoa Dental Centre. Gill and Maree provided outstanding customer service care for me from day one of my first visit. I was late and they managed to fit me in that same morning. Also a big thank you to Stephen for his professionalism and care throughout all four of my visits. Highly recommend!!!! The care from this team left me walking out the door with the biggest smile on my face on every appointment kindly booked for me. I personally recommend Papamoa dental care. And especially appreciate the phone calls I recieved the next day of dental care to see how i was feeling from after my extractions. They are truly the best!!! Will be back for future visits

Fantastic experience: I did price comparisons for teeth cleanings in papamoa area, and this was definitely the best. After a cleaning, an x-ray and a couple fillings, I can say I am very pleased with the service, affordability, cleanliness of the clinic and professionalism!

Fantastic experience: Really impressed with Stephen and his team's high quality care and service, thank you! I needed to have a wisdom tooth extracted which I was very nervous for, but Stephen did it so well it came out in under 10 seconds and I didn't feel any pain or discomfort. He talked me through what he was doing and reassured me so I felt more calm. Huge thank you to you and your team, really appreciate the care you took and I will definitely be coming back.

Negative experience: Bad experience, refused to see my yr 11 college student son with an infection as they believe he missed an earlier appointment (8 months earlier). Disappointing to say the least!

Fantastic experience: 5 stars - Stephen is an absolute professional, talks you through the whole process and is so soft I have barely felt a thing on multiple visits now. I really cannot recommend this dentist highly enough. The same can be said for both of the Hygienists and reception staff. Great to have such a fantastic owner operated local dentist.

The receptionists are so welcoming and stephen did a brillaint job, I made another appointment to have another filling done while I was in the area I was so impressed and it was really reasonably priced. Fantastic experience: Wow, what can I say! I would give them 1000 stars if I could. I had visited another Dentist and gotten a quote for quite a wee bit of work. My partner decided to try another dentist since we are new to the area, so he picked Papamoa Dental Centre. Well I am so glad he did! He received wonderful service, so I decided to show them my quote and see how much it would cost to get it done with them. They saved me $560!! Not only that, but Maree and Gill are absolutely wonderful. I have a huge phobia of needles and have had fillings without the injection before, they understood this and they were very patient and calm with me - explaining everything. I had fillings done with both Paul and Stephen - both were so professional, kind and understanding and I would highly recommend them both. I finally had my first injection with them yesterday with Stephen, and he was BRILL. He talked me through the whole process and even let me close my eyes and told me when to open them. They are also honest and if they do not feel you need the injection they will let you know. Also the injection was not that bad! The fear and wait is worse than it is, it didn't even hurt going in and Stephen throughout asked how I was doing. I could seriously write a novel about their service, but I will end it here saying that if you want good value for money (think: saving $560!!!), excellent service (from the whole team!), and dentists that truly care about you (thank you both Stephen and Paul) - then go to Papamoa Dental Centre. Fantastic experience: After going to Papamoa Dental Center for the first time I found the reception very friendly and efficient. The Dentist was great he understood my problem and went ahead and it was painless and i was out of there in no time.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff. Reception staff very friendly and helpful with filling out forms. They make you very comfortable and get to know you. Hygienist and dentist explains things as happenjng so as you are not surprised by any unusual sound or activity. My clean by the Hygienist was great, teeth felt so much better afterwards. She made sure I was okay the whole time. Luckily no fillings so I will be back for yearly checkups. The new building is fabulous , very accessible and lots of parking . You can even watch music chanel or movies while having treatment. Overall a great experience.
