Fantastic experience: My Family have been around with Dr Che’s clinic for years and generations , well recommended and reasonable price range, on the other hand the lovely cute receptionist is very approachable and bubbly I can see she’s handling very well on her own and acknowledging her surroundings. Fantastic experience: I can't believe it's taking me this long to write this review considering every day I put My teeth in I still can't get over it. About 3 months ago I had a accident which took out my 4 front top teeth. My mother recommended this dentist so of course I went there. I was lucky because ACC and WINZ paid for most of it and only certain dentists except these payments and lucky they are one of them. Not only did I get a perfectly fitted plate but she added 2 other missing teeth I had on it without me even knowing and as I was in shock when my accident happened as it also put me off work the people at this dentist were the best I've had with the support and communication and great price they got me through it and now my teeth look perfect and I can return to work. Thankyou all so much at manukau road dentist you truly care and do a fantastic job the service is 100 percent. Jackie shead

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience getting my two boys' braces done by Dr Mei Wang. From our initial discussion, Dr. Mei Wang developed a comprehensive plan that not only saves money but also ensures great results for both of my boys. It has been two months since they got their braces, and we have already noticed a significant difference in their teeth alignment. Every month, we visit Dr. Mei Wang for adjustments, and I appreciate how thorough and patient she is, especially considering one of my boy has more complicated dental issues. We feel fortunate to have Dr. Mei Wang caring for our oral health and highly recommend her to others!

Fantastic experience: Mr Che is so patient and friendly. He is into detail and professional. I had tooth implementation since beginning of this year and lasted few months. Every time I went here, he cared my feeling and gave some professional suggestion. The most important is that they are very effective and efficient. I don’t need to wait few months. (Before here? I went to see few dentists, and they all told me to wait for few months. Only this one I don’t need to wait so long, and I feel nice for all staff here.)My best recommendation!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Che, the Best Dentist Ever! My name is Sheldon Tian. I have been seeing Dr. Che for my dental needs for over a couple of years, and feel very lucky to have met him. I found Dr. Che while browsing websites online, where he had good reviews and ratings. My first experience was with a denture of mine that had kept falling off since it was fixed (glued). I thought it was normal until I met Dr. Che. He fixed it within a few minutes and, amazingly, it has never fallen off again, and has been stable for over a year now. I was deeply impressed by Dr. Che’s skill and service, so I asked him to do more work for me. He implanted a total of eight “teeth” for me. They not only look great but also function very well as if they are real. In addition to being professional and helpful, Dr. Che is always friendly and courteous. During each treatment and throughout the whole process, he always explains everything clearly and answers all my questions. He also gave me some tips on how to take better care of my teeth. All in all, Dr. Che is the best dentist I have ever had and I would recommend him to anyone who needs dental work.

Negative experience: I got recommended this place by a friend, and I couldn’t regret something more if I tried. I had 3 impacted wisdom teeth removed with no general anaesthetic (was never offered to me), only local, and there was not enough local anaesthetic to start with so I felt the beginning of the drilling procedure before they proceeded to then inject my gums with too much local and I couldn’t feel my mouth or throat for 12 hours afterwards. I was on the chair for 3 hours. I was also only given paracetamol to go home with, and no antibiotic cream, even though my gums were stitched due to the impacted teeth. Days later all 3 dry socketed and it was horrible, I went back for help and they still gave me no antibiotics only panadeine. A 3 week recovery turned into a 3 month recovery. Malpractice to the extreme. I would not recommend this place to anyone for wisdom teeth removal.

Negative experience: Only care for money. Failed root canal treatment and went to check the problems charged me $200 for 10 mins consolation and tell me I need to do implanted teeth

Fantastic experience: Recently I have got my teeth problem, went to a few dentist in new Zealand, even went to England few dentists, but im disappointed, so I went to Manuka road dental(somebody introduced to me) the dentist dr Che had been fix all the problems for me. His patients, caring and specialist skills and affordable price which makes me feel so good, I do appreciate all the job he has done for me, he is the most can trusted dentist for me ever. Fantastic experience: Very nice Dental

Negative experience: The worst dental place, after removed one wisdom teeth, the guy said because of his skills I don't need any antibiotic medicine. A few days later, the wound started to become inflamed, and I started to have a fever, but due to the weekend I have to resist pain and wait till coming Monday to go to Smile Dental for another sterilisation and anti-inflammatory. Horrible experience ever! Be careful!

Fantastic experience: I came, I saw, I got two wisdom teeth out. So impressed. Felt hopeless before I came. Was a bit anxious about the potential for complications. But the dentist talked me through it all. Was a great listener. Very focussed. But also very friendly. The receptionist looks and talks a bit like the Chinese actress Liu Yifei in my humble opinion. Maybe not everyone will agree. But this is about what I think. And, as an added bonus, maybe I'm a bit rusty in maths, because I thought I'd have to pay $1100 for a very complicated root canal surgery or whatever, but, turned out, it was only $1010. Saved $90! Makes a very big difference during COVID and typhoon Gabriella! They also took the time to text confirm with me a few nights before the appointment. And they went the extra mile to phone me the very morning before the appointment to inform me that they were still open. Furthermore, there was a rule about needing to put on facemasks, but they were happy to provide me with a free one. Basically, I felt very well taken care of. They have my wholehearted blessings! The end.

Negative experience: Most careless Dentist ( Mike Che ) ever, mistakenly grinded the enamel of my healthy molar 1 while preparing the crown for the molar 2 - when I felt the pain he stopped but did not commit that it was his fault!!!

Fantastic experience: 准备迎接2023新年了，特别㊗️车牙医和团队的医生护士们新年快乐！以及我和全家诚挚的感谢。幸亏2022年4月的一次普通门诊，敏锐的车牙医发现我母亲（91岁）的牙龈上有一块菜花样溃疡，马上建议去专科牙医，专科牙医看资料后立刻建议去私人医院的头颈科专家，原本以为要花几千元在哪里做检查，专家见到我母亲只简单看了一下，就决定把我母亲转到奥克兰医院的头颈科。在那里我们也受到快速和全方位医生团队的接待，一系列检查后及时给我母亲做了一个复杂的大手术，切除鳞状细胞癌变部分。这期间，车牙医一直耐心及时地解答我们的问询并给予心理建设接受现实、积极治疗。果真，我母亲的康复很顺利。这期间一直不断见专科牙医，准备装异形假牙，11月，专科医生发现我母亲的舌头有一些异样物长出来，三周后，奥克兰医院头颈科医生再次给我母亲做了手术。医生说这种情况很罕见，但很幸运都已经被切除了。 非常感谢车牙医的精准判断，启动了我母亲的一系列有效治疗。使我们全家可以过一个安心愉快的新年。同时也特别想提醒大家定期约见好的牙医非常非常有必要，预防疾病、及时救治，即使癌症也不可怕。 给新西兰优秀的医疗系统点赞，特别是第一道防线的基础牙医们，及时的反应，让医生团队的工作和病人的健康得以充分有效的治疗保障！再次感谢你们！

Negative experience: The worst dentist in Auckland, the female dentist is very unprofessional, the male dentist is very rude, and they charge very expensive, especially not recommended, will not go there again!!!

Fantastic experience: So grateful for their professional service to be able to squeeze me into this peak season slot before x’mas holiday gathering! Was super embarrassed with my terrible teeth before & after as you can see what an amazing job the team have done with simply hygiene polish cleaning for just $160 (25mins voilà!) Very satisfied & able to smile with confidence again!

Fantastic experience: Found this dental clinic on GrabOne and decided to give it a try and it turned out to be the best decision ever! I was seeing by Dr. Faustina. She was super professional and very patient explaining each detail to me. With the voucher I got two digital x ray and clean plus polish of my teeth. It was done well without any pain during the whole procedure. They even have a TV on the ceiling to distract your attention if you ever feel afraid on that chair haha. Very impressed with the service and everything. The receptionist was also super friendly;) glad I chose this place to have my teeth done.

Fantastic experience: I received my orthodontic treatment in Manukau Road Dental for my braces! In regards to Dr Mike and his lovely team, I appreciate everything they have done to ensure I was satisfied with how my teeth looked. The end result was fantastic and throughout the process, I was extremely happy with their care. Negative experience: Only one Chinese male dentist named Mike Che, he shouted at a Chinese lady and a kid in front of another kid with loud voice in Chinese and poor English , rude and bad attitude. Horrified and scary experiences there. Without permission to give injection to kid firstly, not informed mum, so anxious and frustrated mum had no choice. He forced mum to choose his offer. When Mum changed mind, he was angry and drove Mum and kid out on the half way of treatment shouted: it is his private property. Using government subsidy of free dental care for children to attract customers to come, in fact, it is another story.
