Fantastic experience: I've had a fantastic experience at Ponsonby Dental Boutique -- Dr Janith provided exceptional service throughout my Invisalign treatment, with results I’m extremely happy with. They made the whole process easy to understand and visualised the end results with their software. Great location too. Highly recommend to anyone who needs dental work, invisalign, teeth whitening!

Fantastic experience: Really friendly staff and wonderful service. They know you don't like dentists, the dentist even apologised during the anaesthetic as he knows it's the worst part. I went for a root canal and the procedure was painless, as was the recovery. They call you the next day to check how you are going and you do feel very well looked after. As a visit to the dentist goes, this was my best experience.

Fantastic experience: I’m so happy to have discovered Ponsonby Dental Clinic! No one loves going to the dentist, but since coming here (2+ years now) I always have a great experience. Fantastic experience: I want to profoundly thank Ponsonby Dental Boutique for the professionalism of their staff and commitment to the excellent care they gave me last Friday. I was greeted with a warm smile from the receptionist and then I was led into the surgery room and I was a little bit worried about getting my wisdom tooth extracted as I was having a lot of pain, but the friendly and gently spoken Dr Janith Gayan put me at ease immediately as he spoke through everything step by step and he was extremely warm, kind and efficient. I’m feeling much better now, Thank You to everyone. As with the previous appointments the same excellent service and hospitality and care of the highest standards. Fantastic experience: We're on a trip to New Zealand, and my partner had to have an emergency wisdom tooth removed, and this dental practice has been absolutely fantastic. The whole team is extremely kind, understanding, responsive and flexible. We had an appointment the same day, and the dentist was very attentive, very gentle and extremely caring. He is very talented and thorough. He explained everything to us from start to finish and we felt very comfortable. The practice is very clean, very modern and very well equipped. You can go there with your eyes closed. I'd love to have a dentist like that in France. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I had a very bad infection in my wisdom tooth - I couldn't get an appointment anywhere but here. The Ponsonby dental boutique attended to me and got me in within 2 hours. I had my wisdom tooth removed and was taken such good care of during the entire process and am so thankful because my recovery was so speedy and could get back to work so soon. Fantastic experience: Janith is the best Dentist I have ever been to, I'm close to 60 years old so I've seen a few of them over the years. Great communication and empathy. I had to have a root canal, I've had one before, the experience with Janith was far superior to what I had experienced previously with a well known dental franchise that I had been going to for over 20 years, (my prevoious Root Canal was also much more expensive). I will definitely be going back to Janith for any future dental work. Thank you for your great service, awesome

Fantastic experience: Went to Ponsonby Dental Boutique this week for an emergency toothache consultation. I was happy that they were able to squeeze me in.. considering my pain. They were so helpful and understanding. The dentist was lovely and super thorough to explain everything to me. The management and reception team were just so great to me ! Fantastic experience: great experience at the Ponsonby Dental Boutique. very welcoming atmosphere from the second you approach. Had a better experience here than I did on Harley Street in London. very clean front waiting lounge and the patient room I had was also very well set out and very clean. The Lady on the front counter was very nice, very informative making it such an easy and enjoyable visit, Credit to the company. The Hygienist who seen me was amazing, made me feel very comfortable. you'll leave feeling like you've made a friend! Looking Forward to coming back!

Fantastic experience: I have received the following treatment with Ponsonby Dental Boutique: general check-up, x-rays, a filling and wisdom tooth extraction. I am very happy with the results of all the above. Dr Nikita reassured me when I had slight anxious feelings about my wisdom tooth extraction, and she performed the procedure with such ease that it seemed very effortless. It was done so well, that one day after the procedure - I feel no pain whatsoever. Thank you so much for a beautiful service.

What impressed me the most was how she explained what she was doing during the procedure she stopped for small breaks as I was nervous. I would highly recommend Dr Nikita. Fantastic experience: Flawless. Grabbed a voucher off GrabOne and Beverley was professional, informative and easy to deal with. Knew I needed work and had two fillings which were painless in all senses of the word. Not to mention fixed an old issue with a sensitive tooth.

Fantastic experience: I normally have an avid fear of Dentist's but Dr Beverley Tam is so kind, patient and understanding that she completely puts me at ease. During my appt's she is constantly checking in that I'm ok, she always explains what she is doing and is always so kind and gentle. I can't recommend her enough......especially if going to the Dentist fills you with fear :)

Negative experience: great place, great service, great staff. would recommend this place. What i was disappointed about was that i was charged $50 for an invisiline consultation. I was not advised of any consultation fee beforehand during the bookings. Also I found that other dental practices are doing free invisiline consultation. I should not have to pay for the $50.
