Positive experience: Got GrabOne voucher and had dental cleaning with the hygienist here. Claimed 30-45 mins clean was done within 20 mins. Apt was at 3pm and the business should finish at 5pm. Had the feeling the hygienist was rushing.

Fantastic experience: Best clinic in the area..Dr.Paras and the whole team is amazing...going to the dentist is always stressful but he made my visit a breeze...he explained everything and only proceeded when I was totally comfortable and relaxed and even checked in between the procedure. Fantastic experience: I presented to Trafalgar family clinic for badly decayed wisdom tooth and couple of other teeth and I was super nervous to seek dental services. But all my anxiety faded due to the support I received from Dr. Paras. He is such a great dentist who took time to explain everything to me in elaborative manner regarding my dental issues and the recommended procedures for appropriate management of it. He was gentle and continued to check on me while performing the procedure on me. Amazing services received from Dr. Paras and highly recommend contacting him for any dental problems.

Negative experience: During initial consultation was told that it will take 4 sessions. They quoted $950 which included $150 for scans. Finished cleaning in 2 X 45 mins sessions. Hygienist said it's completed. Problem persists. Rip off. Not recommended.

Fantastic experience: I am delighted with the care that has been given to me by Dr Sim and her team. I had not visited a dentist for a number of years (due to anxiety) and was very nervous but a broken tooth forced the visit. Once I explained my anxiety to the team they all took them time with me to explain the procedures they performed. I received a quote for the work to be done so there was no surprises on the cost. As a result of this care I will be visiting on a regular basis for check up's. I can highly recommend Trafalgar Family Dental.

Negative experience: Ever since my child had treatment from you we have had endless days and nights of chronic pain crying. What ever you did made his teeth worse. And all that money I paid my child suffers worst experience we have ever had.

Fantastic experience: My son has a strong fear of needles and needed to have a tooth extracted under sedation. The team at Trafalgar Dental explained everything about the procedure in a straightforward way that was easy to understand. They were supportive of my son and were happy to answer my questions. The dentist got everything done with expert efficiency and in such a way that my son didn't have a chance to see the tools and get scared. The procedure was done in less than 10 mins after the sedation kicked in. My son is quite happy and showing off his tooth gap.

Fantastic experience: Very lucky to find Sim for my 6-year-old son, who had been very anxious to all dental treatments. My son was suggested to receive a general anesthesia for filling and extracting some bad teeth, estimated cost of 4000-5000NZD by a private dental clinic. What’s more, I was so worried about the risk of general anesthesia for such young kid. These all come to a happy solution when my son was finally referred to Sim. With cost of sedation only, my son’s teeth were all settled well. Even a back tooth supposed to be extracted was saved to work longer, hopefully until a new adult tooth pops. This encouraged me to revisit Sim for my own dental treatment, which again proves to be a remarkable experience with pain free, thoughtful advice as well as best results. Many thanks to Sim and her team ladies.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely hands down the best dentist! I have been seeing Sim for a while now for all my dental work after a friend recommended her to me. Her and her team are very friendly, professional and caring. Always making sure I’m feeling alright during treatments and explain all treatments in detail before starting any procedures. They definitely go above and beyond to look after me.

Negative experience: After injecting local (roughly) she did not even give 10mins for it to numb! This is absolutely shocking and traumatic for a child to go through so much unnecessary pain. Thanks to you (doctor..?) SIM my child is traumatised for life. Sim she “believes” she is very qualified or even a doctor? She will show authority to parents and forces kids if parents are not there. She can be a hostile and will (threat) say take your kids away somewhere else if you try to comfort your child..!? This attitude of hers I hope changes in the future. All the best but this will catch up to you one day Sim.

Fantastic experience: Went to get a scale and polish. After meeting Dr. Sim and have such professional service, decided to get three fillings done there. They gave me a quote after the scale and polish which was very reasonable. Both times I was there Sim was very cautious and courteous. She would ask if there was any pain when performing work on my teeth. It was the least painful dentist I have been too. Thank you Sim.

Negative experience: I booked my first appointment because of location and special price for cleaning and check up. First time I go to a dentist who did not use a mirror to show me the before/after cleaning neither to show me the teeth that required filling. Charged more than the price advertised for cleaning and x-ray without asking for consent (that she would take an extra x-ray). No anaesthetic cream offered before start cleaning and polishing (I have had this treatment offered before by another dentist). Not friendly. Didn't smile, didn't shake hand, didn't call my name or surname. I will not come back. I am going to look for another dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had the worst wisdom pain last night, I managed to stumble across Trafalgar Family Dental amongst my walk and told the receptionist Heena about the pain, she was welcoming and accepts walk ins! The dentist Sim had done a marvellous job! She pulled my wisdom tooth out within 15 minutes, no pain at all she’s got a good hand at inserting the numbing injections and she’s got great humour to keep your nerves at ease....The consultation was free and $20 for the X-ray $300 for the tooth, Definitely going back to Sim for the rest of my tooth trouble.
