Fantastic experience: I had a scale and clean done today, and what a pleasure! Chelsea is very gentle, caring, and not intrusive. I liked that she explained what she was doing and I felt very well looked after. I had a fantastic experience, from the front desk to the treatment provider - thank you one and all.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my experience. Staff were lovely, dentist was so kind and helped me to feel comfortable. I can't recall a time that I've had a positive experience at a dentist. The whole ordeal is very hard for me and I avoid dentist appointments because I have such strong feelings of dislike and fear around dentists. Usually I cry because it can be so overwhelming for me and I didn't get that today which says alot about the care and treatment that everyone put in. Even reception was super helpful, welcoming and friendly. Thankyou for this positive experience, I will be back for future dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Best experience I have Ever had at a dentist before Hugo was amazing very polite , filled you in with every detail and step he was doing,and very gentle didn't feel the anesthesia needle at all on first go.. I would definitely highly recommend Kensington dental booked at 7am and got confirmation that same morning that I had an appointment.very friendly front desk staff greeted with a big smile.thanktou for making getting my wisdom tooth extracted today such a nice experience definitely will be continuing there 100% best Dentist in Northland

Fantastic experience: I required a complex Wisdom tooth removal which my prior dentist referred me to Auckland as it was ‘out of his expertise’ As I didn’t want to drive 2.5 hours both ways, I was hoping to find a local dentist/surgeon to complete the procedure. Dr Arnon Sharp was confidant in his ability to complete the complex extraction and I am very happy with the service provided.

Fantastic experience: Kensington Dental is fantastic. It starts with very, very friendly and helpful ladies at the reception desk. They always respond very quickly to emails and make you feel welcome. My doctor is Dr. Aron Sharp and he is so gentle, accommodating and competent. Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing, I have bad anxiety and arnon make sure I was calm and comfortable before he even started. he got my badly infected wisdom tooth out with no issues. The next day they gave me a call to make sure I was okay and everything was healing up fine. Now, that's a dentist that truly cares about their patients and isn't just in it for the money! I 100% recommend Kensington dental.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended especially if you are on warfarin as I found it hard to find a dentist that would extract my wisdom tooth. Aron my dentist was soo amazing to get the tooth out without any discomfort to me. Very well priced. Once again I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: It's said than nobody looks forward to going to the dentist. And that's probably true. But going to our dentist is always a pleasure because my wife and I always get a warm welcome. Our dentist, Johan Hugo, makes even complex issues simple because he explains everything clearly and makes sure we are comfortable and pain free throughout whatever needs to be done. And, that's not always been the case in the past with some dentists. We came to Kensignton Dental after our equally wonderful previous dentist retired. So we consider ourselves to be very fortunate. We've also been fortunate with dental emergencies when Johan wasn't available and we were taken care of by other dentists in the practice with the same high standard. So while going to the dentist isn't on the top of my wish list, the care and expertise of Kensignton Dental certainly puts it on the top of my Dental care list. Our thanks to everyone from the front desk to the surgery.

Positive experience: First time there Very friendly & was satisfied.

Negative experience: Always had an awesome experience with Grant, however Johan had to complete my implant and crown on front teeth... and what a difference!!! Things can go wrong, it's understandable, but instead of fixing what's gone wrong - Johan is luying his way out of it... Do not reccomend!

Fantastic experience: Best dental crew ever, been to quiet a few and the atmosphere they give here is outstanding. I hate the dentist but with these guys I can calm myself down a bit knowing they are all so nice and try there best to make you comfy in a nervous environment

Fantastic experience: I absolutely reccomend these dentists and hygenist... And the service at the desk was kind and freindly also thank you! However I really think the LOUD MUSIC is very difficult to cope with when you are already nervous and have instruments in your mouth..I love the music but not that loud in the dentist chair however if it has to be loud maybe something gentle not like a nightclub pop sound so that its relaxing Maybe others feel differently sorry not meant to say this to offend just a kind suggestion?

Gentle, professional and detailed dentists and hygienists etc. Always a smiling and helpful admin team that are so accommodating right from booking in, check ups, and even discounts to encourage return! Negative experience: The receptionist was so rude when I phoned I could not belive what she was saying. Telling me my pain can not be that bad and to go some where elce I'm highly annoyed an upset with Kensington dental and do not at all reccomend them

Fantastic experience: Great service! I am terrified of going to the dentist, but they were so lovely and kind and careful. Affordable service and really skilled dentists. I had a wisdom tooth out by a lady called Megan and she did a great job, I didn't feel a thing. Highly recommend these guys!
