Fantastic experience: Discovered Flash through my dad, who's been going to them for 10+ years. I got my first appointment with Nancy. She absolutely brilliant! She is so precise and very good at communicating what she's doing as she's doing it. The level of care is incredible. She did a root canal on my front tooth, which is difficult and risky, which made for me being a nervous patient, but with her quiet confidence and reassurance she put me at ease. It's so relieving to have a trusting and skilled dentist that doesn't cost the earth. Couldn't recommend Flash and Nancy enough!

Fantastic experience: I go as far to say this is the best dental surgery in NZ (or maybe the world!). I experience high anxiety when seeing dentists and Ray and Rhiannon knew exactly how to make me feel comfortable, informed and cared for. Ray took the time to assess what needed to be treated and we made a five year plan together. Ray tackled the most urgent things first and then as I had the funds we completed the plan. Flash have been very empathetic about my limited funds and treated me with dignity and respect. Ray always explained what treatment I needed and patiently explained what my options were. I always understood what was happening. I am very more thankful for the whole team and I would always choose Flash.

The team are all very friendly and professional, and although I was nervous (I haven't been to a dentist in a very long time) I was instantly put at ease by the Dentist and everything she did was thoroughly explained to me so I wouldn't freak out. Fantastic experience: I have been to Dr Raymond Joe twice now. He always checks to see what I want out of the visit, ie. is cost effectiveness more important to me than cosmetic effect? What level of pain relief do I want? and so on. I appreciated that he didn't just aim to "sell" me the most expensive level of treatment. Dr Joe gave me a filling which two other dentists had filled, only to break shortly afterward, and his is still sturdy after 10 months so I'm very pleased with his standard of work. I've also had a clean with the hygienist there, Debbie, and she's lovely.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jeff has been taking care of my dental health since about ten years ago. He promptly fixed pretty much all the problems I had with my teeth, including a molar which was ruined by a bad dentist long ago. The environment is nice, the treatments were pretty painless compared to other dentists I've seen before, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I received a reasonable quote for a tooth extraction and two weeks later Dr. Jeff gave me an honest opinion about what to do about my next sore tooth (root canal!). Dr. Jeff was understanding of my need for spread out procedures for financial reasons and Dr. Ray, who performed the root canal, was excellent at communicating what was going to happen and what was going on. Dr. Rays assistant, Rianan (sp?) was comforting as well. Ace team as far as dentistry goes, in my opinion.
