Fantastic experience: I first met Prakash , at Green Bay, many years ago for a 2nd opinion....a simple fix and I never went back to the rip off dentist!!. Prakash is a very honest, down to earth, friendly, experienced, reasonably priced man.....many of us have followed him to Massey - well worth the extra travel.

Negative experience: Very disappointed from Prakash Phula and Surbhi Patel! My husband seen them for a simple fillings on two teeth. The two fillings falls out after short time, and the one fall for second time. When my husband go to fixing it again Prakash told him that he can't do it and he is not giving guarantee for his work. Very poor work. Will not go there anymore! Do not recommend, don't waist your time and money and don't risk your health!

Fantastic experience: A+ dentist and hygienist. Dr Prakash Bhula is just amazing. He did my root canal and several fillings. He is honest and doesn't make something out of nothing. I've been to over five dentists and each one gave me a different story and a massive quotation bill. Went to Dr Prakash and he did what was required. The receptionist and hygienist here are all lovely too.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist ever! Prakash is one of the dentists doing it for the right reasons. He won’t over sell treatment and is genuinely in it for the right reasons. Michelle is such a great hygienist, so gentle with a lovely chairside manner. Then there is Nikki, the receptionist and practice manager! Such a smiling friendly face and goes above and beyond sometimes assisting too! Don’t go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Great Dentist here I normally see Mia she is a hygienist here and she is great! This time I had to see a Dentist her name was Surbhi, she was really good found out what the problem was and put me onto antibiotics and referred to an oral surgeon. I've been coming here since Pat kika owned it ever since I was a little girl. I've never had a bad experience they are usually very good and accommodating, price is not to bad either compared to other places.

The doctor gave me honest opinion based on my actual situaition. There was no misleading information, no extra charge, but helpful suggestions. Highly recommend for sure!

Fantastic experience: HIghly recommend Royal Road Dental, I have just had a filing done with Viva and she was amazing!! Viva and her lovely assistant Megan made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and Viva told me step by step what she was doing and asked how I was feeling throughout the procedure. If you get nervous about going to the dentist this is the place to go, they will take very good care of you and make it as comfortable and quick as possible.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for a long, long time. It's a great place. Just had a hygienist cleaning today with Zara and it was excellent! One of the most pain free experiences I have ever had. (I have sensitive gums) Thank you and highly recommended! And I was late to my appointment and the staff were very kind and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: Great service had two extractions while I was about five/six months pregnant they did a excellent I didn't feel any pain from the anaesthetic when administered and therefore after anaesthetic wore off no pain at all healed perfectly and I will recommend anyone looking at dental work. The dentist did say it is better in the earlier months of pregnancy to do this particular procedure but otherwise did ket me know this.
