Positive experience: Very good work done to a very difficult filling. The process took over an hour to complete. However, not once was I asked if I was ok. My previous dentist always talked me through what she was doing, and this helped to put me at ease. I only state this to help with your survey.

Fantastic experience: I visited the Kapiti clinic for an annual check up, and was given what appeared to me to be a thorough check-over including x rays. The x-rays were displayed (in colour!) on a large computer screen and the dentist provided a commentary on the state of my teeth with a couple of options on remedial work that was indicated. We discussed the options and arrived at a solution that I was happy with so I made a subsequent appointment accordingly. I felt the interaction with the dentist and his assistant was professional and friendly.

Positive experience: 21 Feb 25, Ash was asked to repair a broken tooth. He gave me an injection but when he put the metal band around the tooth something jabbed my inside cheek. The resulting ulcer took 3 days to disappear.

Exceptional bedside manner, I loved the constant communication. Really thorough and was able to lay out a plan of what to look out for in the future with my oral health too. Estimated Costs were all laid out for me as well, as examples of what to expect later and hypothetically. Great service all around, so glad I found this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and knowledgeable. Have been going there for years. When I broke a tooth, I was made aware of all the options available and their costs, plus the pros and cons. I've also had ACC treatment with them which was easy - and well documented in case of further issue down the road.

Negative experience: Waste my time and money and tell me I'm frustrated because of my teeth not cause the terrible process and miscommunications from them. Unorganised and don't seem to have in house staff. Agreed to reimburse me via acc but never followed through.. Offered me a refund but never followed through.
