Negative experience: Can't trust this doctors place. Not helpful at all. The Nurse at Fono Manurewa don't know how to speak properly with patience. You ask them some help & waiting for Nurse to call you whole day. End of the day they never contacted me. After trying many times Nurse answers & she will be acting like she don't know anything about it and advising unwanted things. Honestly feel very bad why I've Registered with them

Negative experience: I'm really frustrated with Fono Manurewa. I've been trying to get my medical records from them for ages, but they're not giving them to me. This is causing problems with my insurance claim, and I'm getting late fees. I've called and emailed them a bunch of times, but they're just ignoring me.

Negative experience: I hope google had negative stars or atleast zero star reviews I hate to even give it a 2 star Worst medical care of New Zealand To be seen by the doctors or to even get an appointment I some how In my imaginary world I have to predict atleast 2 weeks before I’m getting sick Every time I call in for an appointment if a have flu cough or fever they say the earliest appointment will be atleast 2 weeks later? But by then I’m all fit and fine honestly should just shut down the health care

Negative experience: Usually if I wanna see a doctor I have to predict a week before i get sick, called the other day just want a prescription for some cream to keep the skin from getting exma, they refuse to give the cream i have to book to see the doctor. I don't need to see a doctor ffs just check the records for my history on exma and give the damn cream. Pmo this doctor's I'll be Changing my doctor today.

Negative experience: Doctors are great but the reception team is HORRIBLE! They says they will put you on hold to follow up and check system to help and then hang up phone calls. This happened several times this morning. If there was an option for no stars, that is what would be given

Negative experience: Almost got a whole line worth of air bubbles put into my veins when getting an infusion. Luckily I’m a nurse and KNOW the protocols. Worst GP ever. Every time I go, without a doubt something goes wrong or the staff are horribly the moodiest grumpiest humans on planet earth. Every time. They don’t look happy and shouldn’t be working in healthCARE. I get attitudes, long waits, minimal communication and bad service. Feel like I’m being tossed and turned between staff. Negative experience: Ever since it because the Fiji it’s gone so useless In past many years tried to get appointments and it’s takes weeks few times they rescheduled my appointments and by the time I suffer and get better naturally I wouldn’t even give it 1 start Like god dayum next available appointment in the next 2 weeks ? Negative experience: Doctor's are good as always but the new staff at reception are useless rude to the patience, caught a reception girl roll her eyes at elderly person and being rude, disgusting. I used to like going to see the doctors here but now the reception staff put me off.

Negative experience: The system at Fono Manurewa is completely broken and the staff need to be re-educated. I provided full explanation about our scenario with all of the required documentation and I was given completely false information on government subsidies to charge me $70.00 for the consultation fee. The doctor who served us had no sense of care, was rude and wanted to sell un-subsidized drugs. Went back to get a refund and now I am told to come back tomorrow to see the coordinator. Well I did not have to see the coordinator when I was paying $70.00 then why now?

Negative experience: ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING rang them with a older lady with diagnosed LUNG DISEASE who has a bad chesty flue and was told would have to wait over a week to get antibiotics ,,then has a cheek to smart mouth me and say that wait is "NOT MY PROBLEM" ok do you say that to their loved ones when it's to late, then cancelled app and made to wait longer

Fantastic experience: Seen a Dentist here for first time emergency extraction (was originally booked for a months time but requested and recieved a call back for cancelled appointment to be seen earlier) and was treated by Dr Pulkit Kinra. Absolutely recommend him for anyone seeking dental treatment. Attentive, reassuring, very caring and gentle. Eased my nerves alot which made the procedure much more comfortable and easy. Thank you!

Negative experience: My grandma just came back from overseas and needed paperwork to get her benefit money going again. A lady at the reception said they would contact my mum, only for them to lose the form.. I understand that it’s busy there, but the problem was that no apology was ever said. You’re just another number in the system when everything is so rushed and there is no empathy toward struggling patients.

Negative experience: Don't recommend at all!! I booked 2 Dr's appointments within a 8 week window. Both appointments getting rescheduled, first appointment didn't happen and must've forgot. Second appointment was a phone appointment and I was needing medication but was told that I needed to a face to face consultation instead. (which I would be charged for the phone appointment wasting my time) Reception called to reschedule my appointment but I canceled because I deemed them unreliable because it's fustrating after waiting so long. Lastly I have to see the Doctor every 3 months to renew my prescription which is wasting time and resources. Never used to be like that until it changed hands. All about the money, lacking consistency on all levels.

Negative experience: Went there today to get my daughter immunized that was fine nurse was great! Dr Isake (however you spell it) at the Manurewa Fono RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! I had asked the nurse for a spare inhaler & spacer she gave the spacer & said to ask at reception for the inhaler. Asked at the reception & Dr Isake was there so I asked him could I get a inhaler or did I need to make an appointment to get a script he told me to ask the chemist, I asked again do I need a script to get one from the chemist then infront of the 3 receptionist and a patient he said to one of them "she's lazy, she's lazy" just shocking unprofessional & rude. Not even gonna go there with my thoughts on trying to get an appointment when myself or children are sick, if only it were that easy to predict you're going to get sick a week in advance. Something needs to change!

Negative experience: Their call back is hopeless. I have called them many times and have come across a recording to leave my name and number so they would call me back. 2 weeks later, I'm still waiting for the call back. Either their reception is on a long holiday or they just there to get paid to do nothing. Please sort it out Fono Manurewa

Negative experience: Stop accepting new patients or get more doctors! It's impossible to be seen within a reasonable time. Phoned twice this year, first for my 11yr old daughter and today for me. Was advised both times that you're fully booked for the next 7 days. The wait time to be seen is ridiculous.

Negative experience: Security man at front door told me i need a passport to join and thats it hands down cant see doctor untill i get one worst advice i suggest u tell him sharpen up thats not good enough he denied me cos no passport when who the heck has a passport aint nobody going anywhere especially maori its like he only cares for island people or hes tired to deal with people he didnt offer any advce i asked " so u need a passport before you can sign up "".he said yes i said oh what about the doctors down the rd he said thats where all the white people go smh will be going for a walk tommoro to sort him out real kwik and if hes got a problem we gotta problem ps i just found out u can use other forms of id birth cert etc from the website will be going down in am and will update his reply here .....

Negative experience: No phone number on the website to show so their patients can book a appointment this fono doctors is so useless with the phones! Please list the contact numbers for the doctors or else your own patients gets worse! This is been like this for over a year now and Im so sick of trying to help my mum get the help she needs cause none of these doctors don’t even bother to take care of her hand problem still sends my mum home with the same panadol relief for her hand problems.

Fantastic experience: I strongly recommend Dr.pulkit for dental treatment. I'm very scared to dentist but I can't believe that I was removed my wisdom tooth without any hesitation. Positive experience: Service on the day two weeks ago by the dentist was great. Regular reminders of prior to my appointment was great. Problem: as advised on the day, I would recieve contact as to the dental care payment plan for the work needed. I have yet to hear back even though messages (more than 3 have been sent), is this an admin issue??

Negative experience: I seem to always have problems trying to get the correct prescriptions. Three times i have phoned for prescriptions 2 didnt even arrive at the chemist. Today i got told that simvastatin is thr old name of the medication i am after and the 1 i need is called lipex. I am sick and tired of being told conflicting information.. in the end i had to go to the chemist who told me the right information but this time i got my medication. I dont need a nurse to tell me the right name of my medication when i am holding it in my hand. Just provide me with what i asked for dammit.
