Positive experience: It was my first experience tooth extraction here in nz and I rated 8 out of 10.i know it takes time to removed my cracked tooth but then again thank you to the indian dentist sorry I forgot his name and to his assistant.

Fantastic experience: I was very fortunate to have a kind dentist when i was very young and have never minded having to have dental work done since. However Dr Bhavi is exceptional in her deeply personal approach to her patients and also in her ability to communicate fully and clearly the options for treatment for any given situation. Very recently i broke a tooth that was one of the few remaining on my favoured chewing side of my mouth. She took the time to keep me fully inform as to the choices for treatment available after consulting with her husband and colleague. Under her gentle care I left the surgery with a fully transformed and a beautifully rebuilt tooth that is fully functional. Thank you very much Dr Bhavi and all your team for your kindness, your very professional care and your amazing skill!

Fantastic experience: Had two implants done and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Nath was thorough and well prepared and good at explaining what was going. Took many months as healing needs to take place between each step. I was impressed by his personal follow up at each stage to check there were no complications.

Fantastic experience: A few years back I had terrible tooth pain during COVID-19. They where the 3rd dentist that where willing to take me on as a walk in. And I don't really like going to the dentist one bit. But I still remember the sweet relief I got from them. And it took them no time at all to pull the rotten tooth out.

Fantastic experience: Kind, professional and empathetic- Dr Bharvi was very accommodating and personable with an extraction done for my dad who was on a wheelchair. From X-ray to procedure, everything was done smoothly and aftercare explanation was given for a diabetic patient. Thanks for being a lifesaver!

Fantastic experience: The friendliest dentist i have been to in my whole life.

Negative experience: Went there to re-cement a molar tooth crown (on the left side)but Dr. Bhavi Chilukuri cemented it at much higher position than it should be. First she denied it at too high position, then she polished and tried to adjust its height. But at the end she pushed me to accept it’s at right height by dental camera even I tried bite then kept telling her it’s still too high. I checked out from this dental clinic and went to another clinic in the same afternoon, the dentist in another clinic tested both sides by biting paper, my right side couldn’t bite at all and agreed that it was too high. I sent them email confirming my poor experience and hope they can improve in the future. Well her reply not mentioned it at all.

Fantastic experience: Like most I have had a traumatic experience with dental work in my youth (wisdom removal) that left me with severe anxiety and reluctance to go unless in pain. Making an appointment for what I believed was a toothache, Bhavi was gentle, friendly and professional. She made me feel at ease and explained everything as she went. Simply one of the best dentists I have been too and will have a lot less anxiety for my next visit.

Fantastic experience: Whilst in NZ on holiday I decided to go ahead with major dental work that spread over a 3 x day period. I have to say I was so impressed by the welcoming reception staff and the 2 x dentists who attended to me over the 3 days, that I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. They accommodated me at such short notice and I thank everyone involved for such smooth well performed appointments. I am definitely going back on return trips home for follow up appointments. Many thanks for happy healthy teeth again!

I was very impressed at how conscious she was of the user experience but also the level of precision and detail she put towards her work. Negative experience: I would not recommend this dentist at all, i went with an infection in my tooth and gum, no xray was taken just photos, i was told that i needed two fillings, two days later my tooth chipped, when i paid for the quote given to me on the 4th of May, i was told there where no further appointments til 3.5 weeks later, and wished i was told this before making payment to give me an option of going somewhere else, i found the first consultation the dentist to be a little rough, when i went back today with a raging infection to get treated with antibiotics at least, he was extremely unprofessional and said i could go somewhere else if i didnt like his work. I would not recommend this dentist at all, I found his approach gruff and unprofessional, he wanted to either pull the tooth out today or fill it, not even being a dentist i know for a fact that you have to treat the infection before either pulling out the tooth or filling it up, i now have a severely swollen face and wanted today a antibiotic prescription, use at your own peril this dentist.
