Negative experience: Was getting my wisdom teeth removed by them couple months ago! Eveything was going well turned up on the day and they had canceled my appointment after a month of waiting saying they couldn’t bring up my scan! Was annoying but I said Allgood I rebooked and waited another month and they canceled again on the day was super annoyed after waiting months didn’t get a sorry and had to keep taking time off work they said they could book me in 2-3 months later even after my wisdom teeth were causing so much pain and stress I changed my dentist but had already paid 1000$ to them. I called up 3 times before they said they had sent the money back I waited 2 weeks for the money to come back and it never turned up so I called up again saying the money hadn’t turned up they said it hadn’t been sent but I had called up about 5 times at this point and they said they had sent it back this went on for about a month and a bit not really happy but swapped dentist and got them taken out 2 weeks later glad they are out finally!!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Stop, wait, don't do it! Had my teeth removed for dentures six months ago today . Still no dentures, I am waiting for them to arrive, and receptionist said don't ring back. No communication at all. Regarding aftercare or when dentures will be ready. My face has dropped like a pie. Very sad and disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Lauren the dentist was very nice & I would say, it was the most pleasant dental experience that I have ever had in my life. I asked for numbing gel for my gums & she was fine putting it on & she never hurt me or was rough in any way,. She clearly is experience & it showed. Thankyou

Negative experience: Take cash he will do it cheap but only for certain people on days he's there on his own.

Negative experience: Don't give money to these dentists please!It's not these owners anymore. Didn't see one face of the dentists you would expect if you look at the website. I had a big emergency turned out I needed a root canal treatment- first the receptionists are a disaster, thanks for not smiling and showing the customers disrespect , second my indian dentist was super impatient and rude to his assistant- and wow two months after my treatment i get heavy pain again and turns out i have to do it again because they hurried it and didn't clean it properly. Very angry and disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Just gad a new dental plate made - it's perfect. Now have a great smile.

Negative experience: I don’t really mind going to the dentist but the lady’s on reception make me absolutely hate going there, once I finish what I need to have done I’m definitely changing dentist for sure

Negative experience: Had tooth extraxtion, took hour to get tooth out was terrified and shaking, tears rolling down my face Hit in face twice today with tools, not gentle at all, ended up with stitches

THE YONG LADY DENTIST WAS VERY EFFICIENT NO PAIN, EXCELLENT JOB, I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING TO MAKE THIS MY DENTIST FROM NOW ON, I RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE WANTING A GOOD DENTIST IN MASTERTON. Negative experience: He doesn't listen to your request and does unnecessary work leaving you the same as when you started, then charges you for it!

Negative experience: If a "new" receptionist doesn't quite understand Reciprocal Communicative Courtesy and thinks it's normal to speak over a Consumer? Due to her judgements and impatience then maybe being "new" has nothing to do with that flaw. And if a Consumer points it out, sarcasm is not the best reply which just reinforces IMMATURITY. Then when speaking with the Manager and SHE doesn't listen either and shows complete ignorance and arrogance I'd say she would also normalise a lack of Communicative Courtesy at the front desk. Intelligence is free and I'm happy to teach. I suggest an actual Complaint Process of Accountability might be a good idea and learn how to.......listen to understand without Prejudice blinding. Fantastic experience: Wong is a legend ! He's been in the dentist business a long time he knows what he is doing and he is a honest and genuine fair dentist. I recently had a visit with gentle dentle on Dixon street Wellington who would have ripped me off $1600! Saying that i neeed 5 fillings, after visiting Wong's practice he saved me alot of money and uneseccary treatment as I only needed 1 filling! Very professional and gentle service too. won't go anywhere else In future
