Fantastic experience: Had tooth extraction appointment with Dr Min-Seong Kim and the lovely dental assitants that work there. They were thorough and very caring and patient through the whole process. The environment was calm and they were very organised and gentle. I genuinely could not have asked for a better experience. Lovely team, good work.
Negative experience: i removed ome of my wisdome tooth on tuesday and emded up in hospital with a huge abscess infection in the hospital and went trough surgery. worst experience with the dentist. never recommend tui.

Fantastic experience: I had 1 wisdom tooth coming out therefore took an appointment on 2nd July but it started hurting me badly prior to the appointment, so I had to cancel and book an appointment at tui dental Bryant road. Got the appointment early which I didn't expected and the tooth was extracted by Dr Min within 2 minutes which me and my wife were surprised. Didn't had any pain and I got healed up very quickly. Strongly recommend.
Fantastic experience: Eunice did some dental work for me. She is an absolute pleasure and very professional. Her manners are amazing. A couple of other gentle ladies Viada and Cristina were there to assist Eunice. Such great teamwork. Eunice is always checking on to make sure you are doing ok. Very patient and gentle, and i guess that what dentist should be because it's not an easy job to work on someone's teeth. Heads off to you ladies. Thank you for your patience & doing an amazing but difficult job!!!
Fantastic experience: I've been going to see Dr Fiona Koshy at the Te Rapa branch for a number of years now (Fiona is there on Wednesdays) I find her extremely pleasant to talk to and puts me at ease straight away about any concerns I have. When cleaning my teeth and/or other fillings necessary I notice Fiona stops at certain intervals to ask me if I'm ok, and I really do appreciate this. I absolutely love the chit chat she has with her assistant and I find this a pleasant distraction. A TV is up on the celing if you aren't interested in the talking banter. On my visit this time I encountered Linda, the receptionist at the front desk, she is chatty and cheerful and checked to see if details on my health record form had changed. Therefore I highly recommend going to this branch, with this great service it will make your visit that much more pleasant.
Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Min at Bryant road in Te Rapa for a clean and a check up. I found him to be very professional, it was the best clean I’ve ever had and pain free with no sensitivity whatsoever afterwards. It was actually a very pleasant experience! I would highly recommend. See you next time Dr Min!
Negative experience: In urgent care waiting more than 2 and half hour. No cooperation. Rude receptionist.

Fantastic experience: I give this 5 stars purely because of the exceptional receptionist who not on greeted me in an incredibly polite and cheerful manner but also went out of her way to help me. Deborah or Debbie I think her name was, thank you for making my trip to the doctors so much more pleasant than normal.

Fantastic experience: Happy to have been able to follow my doctor from previous medical centre to here. Parking could be better, but that can’t be helped.
Negative experience: Complete scam they’re pulling here. Childcare for infants is supposed to be FREE - but they charge $20 per visit and get around things by calling it an “urgent fee”. If you want to book an appointment you can’t get in for over a week. Following that, if your infant child in young enough, chances are they can’t articulate what’s wrong. This leads to temperature check, weighing, and uncertainty of what’s wrong (totally understandable as it’s hard to tell at that age), but therefore often means follow up “urgent” visits as things progress. All of which is understandable apart from the bloody “urgent fee”! It’s supposed to be FREE! Not to mention hectic wait times for your “urgent” service (often up to or over 3 hours). If there aren’t enough doctors, this is something the govt needs to look into, don’t make us pay for it!
Positive experience: A shorter wait at this clinic. Cost of $85 as not a patient there. Dr was efficient, thorough and informative.
Negative experience: They don't issue any sequence number for walk-ins only provide payment invoice and later their receptionists keep on reshuffling the sequence. I witnessed her doing it twice. People walked in after us were given priority just because of things I would not like to mention. I don't think that management would be interested to dig further in but if they want they can see cctv.

Negative experience: It appears to be more of a business seeking to make profits than a health care provider. They charge for walk in urgent care appointments including under13s. They never have available GP appointments when you need them. Government fully subsidizes GP appointments for under 14s but Tui Medical has figured out how to use this against patients to make money and increase profits.
Negative experience: was happy with the service until they put a filling in a tooth that needed to be pulled two weeks later as they hadn't checked the xray beforehand. these things happen but no refund or recompense was offered, will not be back.

Negative experience: Now they charge $15 for toddlers too bcoz its so called URGENT care in their dictionary. Wondering why govt. is doing nothing. There was a time NZ has good health service. But now it seems a business well established business.
Negative experience: So bad organized, they don’t deserve even one star! I took a blood test and they told me to wait to hours for the results, after the two hours they told me that I have to come back in the next morning, the next morning they told me in the afternoon, in the afternoon that told me come the next day!
Negative experience: VERY BAD AND RUDE RECEPTION SERVICE, there are ways to explain things to the patients nicely...including new costs. It's very hard to understand them and their information is really misleading, - 5 stars :(
Negative experience: I rang tui medical and asked for an appointment, they said have no appointment for a week but u can walk in and wait, i came to tui saint andrews clinic and receptionist said u need to pay $40 even though u are registered i asked why? She said it’s an urgent care, i said have fever and cold only meanwhile doctor arrived and asked who is next patient she was like no one. So there was 2 GP available and she asked me to pay $40 if i wana see GP OTHERWISE come after a week. So all they doing is Ripping off patients even if u are registered. My whole family is registered with them but now it’s time to change GP. Worst service. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

Negative experience: Very bad experience twice when I went with my wife to see gp ..had to wait 4 hrs to see some one ...they said there will be walk in doctor but actually seen by NP ..
Negative experience: Absolutely useless !! My wife recently had major surgery. After she was released from hospital she went to Tui for a blood test. They said they would be in contact if there was anything of concern. A week and a half later she hadn't heard anything and she wasn't feeling to good so she rang for her results. She was told that she needed to see her Dr as soon as possible. Then they said there weren't any appointments for 2 weeks!! 2 WEEKS! that is ridiculous. What kind of infection or virus could take hold in that amount of time and why hadn't they rung before then. Tui seems to be trying to cater for more patients than they can handle. Whether or not government subsidies per patient has anything to do with that i dont know but if they are serious about being a good health provider they need to concentrate more on following up on patients needs.

Negative experience: We went to Tui medical centre on 28th Wednesday 2017 around 1.35pm. They told me waiting time is 2hr & 30 minutes. We said ok we will wait for doctor. We wait nearly 3hr & finally nurse called me & she checked temperature & weight after that she said unfortunately there is no doctor here because now closing time & She suggested us go to another centre waiting time minimum 90 minutes. we waited 3hr with my 4 year daughter in Tui medical centre for nothing. They didn't tell before waiting 3hr in clinic. This is one of the worst medical centre. If any one want to go this clinic think twice.
Negative experience: I have never been so disappointed with a health care provider. I have been there numerous times and been let down every single time. To name a few when I mentioned endo pain one doctor said No I have it and it doesn't sound like it. Went private and well what do you know I have it. Also never get back to me with bloods. Went to a new doctor today who saw my thyroids inflammed went through my notes and tui medical had picked this up in my bloods but done nothing about it. I am now waiting for an ultrasound for it..If you want results do not go here.
Negative experience: It's a very bad sign when your doctor's reception is continuously too busy to answer the phone and when you finally get through he's not available. Drop-ins are supposedly fine for unemployed and elderly patients - although you don't get a choice of your own doctor - but doesn't really work if you can't get specified off-work times or when the drop-in is put on hold mid-morning due to overloading. Very impersonal, despite all the pretty assurances by letter and phone.
Fantastic experience: I was totally amazed by the impeccable standard of care my family received from one of your doctors. First time we had seen this doctor and he really went above and beyond to support my family members. One of our children have ADHD and he recognized this and was so patient with him even though he was into everything at the clinic, he recognized the stress his mother was under and instead of just pushing her through the motions and sending her on her way, he listened to concerns and asked questions and made the call to make changes to medications and offered some really valuable advice. Life has been a struggle for her for several years and the stress of dealing with such a high needs child with no support at all has taken its toll on her and created health issues for her aswell. This Dr (Stanley Koshy) actually gave my sister the feeling of hope and enabled her to be optimistic that things may not always be so grueling and painstakingly hard. We are so thankful that we met you and just wanted to express our gratitude . Thank you so much for taking a personal approach and really using your knowledge and experience to do the best you can do for your patients.
Negative experience: I m having viral with very bad sore throat, asked my manager to finish early from work to see doc . I reached 4.45 at tui terapa n they told me as they close 5 they cant see me until it's emergency case . Requested them as I needed to c doctor because of pain in my throat but answer was no . Thanks for not seeing a patient who required medication for his sickness.
Positive experience: Good Doctors here but can get very busy
