Negative experience: rate at no stars if I could i had vouchers off grab one he didn't clean teeth properly very lazy and I paid for an Xtra filling to get done and now I have to go pay another dentist to redo that same filling save yourself a headache don't go to this dentist
Negative experience: I should have checked reviews before coming to this dentist. Went in for a check up and wanted two cavities filled in two molars at the back, instead they missed the cavities and said I needed fillings in my pre molars only, they completely missed identifying two holes in back molars.. Got fillings done as recommended for my pre molars only, fillings fell out a month later. $$$ wasted on fillings I did not need. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They now have the nerve to send me a message after 6 years to come and have a check up, surprised it is still in operation.
Fantastic experience: I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the dental care provided by Dr. Suri. After my consultation, this dentist saved me from prematurely extracting two teeth. I had some filling treatments done last week by Dr. Suri, which were done in a painless and efficient manner. The affordable price was clearly communicated to me, and there were no hidden fees or gimmicks. He was transparent, honest and caring throughout the entire process, answering all my questions and providing me with guidance on toothcare. The level of service provided by both the dentist and receptionist was exceptional. They were both polite, hospitable and patient throughout the entire procedure, and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The clinic's equipment and facilities were all kept clean and hygienic, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience. The electronic house music playing in the background was an unexpected but welcomed addition, as it helped to take my mind off the dental work being done. After the procedure, I was given explicit and sound guidance on how to take care of my teeth, which included recommendations on floss type and brand, as well as techniques. This level of attention to detail and care was greatly appreciated.
Negative experience: **WARNING** Not worth the money trying to save a few $$ buying grabone vouchers. Please go to another reputable dentist with good reviews. I only came in for a few fillings and immediately he said I needed another 2 xrays without checking the first ones, which I don't understand why the included ones weren't enough . As I had no option but to get the fillings done I paid for the extra ones just so it wasn't a wasted visit of my time. Place is so run down and old, you the clinic being in Epson you would be treated with something a little more presentable. Cracked equipment, dirt and dust on surfaces, cellotaped light fixtures, the stuff must be at least 15 years old. Seems like cleaning is not done often. Halfway through the treatment while my mouth was numb, he's asking me questions, saying I need this and that (like root canal and crowns). Pulls out a form to get me to sign - I told him no way I can afford that and then explains he offers finance options. I declined and he seemed to be offended because I said No. Yes the fillings on the grabone are cheap, but when it comes to health and dental do you really want to be chancing it when it may cost you more in the long run? My fillings broke not to long after having them done. Decided to go elsewhere and will not be returning.
Negative experience: DOES NOT DESERVE even one star as I only got to sit on the chair and was told by dentist Karan Suri, he could not perform any treatment for his and his staff’s safety mainly because I am a nurse working in ED during the second wave of covid. He pretended to reschedule me twice and he bailed out due to lack of staff etc and he basically ghosted me. Once I waited on the steps of his clinic for hours and when he turned up he insisted he left a voicemail message which I never received on my trusty iphone. It’s a waste of time, energy and I felt Humiliated, Discriminated and Scammed! What’s worse was that he was still selling vouchers on grabone. Negative experience: The equipments were old and the places were so dirty.Rachel is so gentle and nice to me. Rachel was doing good job. The polishing and cleaning of my teeth was not done properly. If i am paying money for the things i want to do. They need to do it properly. Before visiting please see the reviews. All the reviews are 200% correct for this dental cosmetic.
Negative experience: I don't usually write reviews, but my experience here was horrible. I purchased a grab one package for the scale and polish dental exam and fillings and x-rays. The equipment was old and not sanitary, there was no consistent dental assistant so when the dentist left the room mid treatment to take a phone call I was asked to bite down on the syphon in my mouth to stop it from falling out. The 'scale and polish' included was done in 5 seconds, it was essentially having some paste smeared on my teeth and was left feeling gritty and no polishing done after. As per the other reviews they charged for an additional 2 x-rays which is fine if they were necessary but did not show me the findings or explain to me anything about what was going on with my teeth just acted like i wasnt there. Whilst I got my fillings heavy electronic music was playing over the speaker and the experience was very uncomfortable. I should have known that you get what you pay for, however health care services should be held to some minimum standards. Wish I could leave a review on grab one so people could stop being fooled into purchasing it - ps the photos on the website do not reflect the location. I managed to obtain some photos but not of all things.
Negative experience: A few suggestion to the one and only dentist that works here: Turn on your air con, it's not nice for the patient to see medical professional soaked in sweat under their PPE. Before you try to up sell, give the patient a (health) reason to buy in. Sales is important, but focusing on the patient will naturally generate trusted spending. This dental practice needs a shaken up.
Positive experience: Paid for a polish/scale/exam and x-rays with some fillings. Fillings seem to work, but the 30 seconds in total he spent on the polish and scale was odd. The loud house music was a little weird too. I mean, its cheap so use it if you need

Negative experience: I bought a grab one that included polish and cleaning, 2 x-ray and 3 filling. today 15/12 After the x-ray the dentist told me I needed 5 fillings. Made sense to me and he gave me a good price for the 2 extra fillings. I don't know if the work was done properly or not because I'm not a dentist, but I'm sure he did the fillings. About the polish and clean, he didn't do it. He tried to make it look like he did but 9 seconds won't take the plaque you have and I have many spots where it feels rough (like it needs to be polish). It feels like, with the drill he used to do the fillings, he touched other teeth and I can feel the roughness. I got a cleaning and polish in another place in Jan 2020 and the dentist spent 40 min just doing that, that is why I give just 2/5. Updated: today 22/12 after a week from my fillings, I'm having pain in two of teeth treated. I called and they are close until 12/01. I just hope they will take responsibility of the damage caused. I went without pain and now I can't chew without feeling pain.
Negative experience: Very very unprofessional. Grabone should stop promoting this clinic. I made an appointment 2 months ago. When I got there no one was at the clinic. The doors were shut and nobody answered.
Negative experience: Warning! This scumbag has an attitude and will try to create issues just to take your money, While on a chair getting my teeth cleaned, he says i'll need fillings done (i know I didn't as i had a previous checkup 6 months before), got the dental assistant to print out the form and and told me to sign. I told him i'm only here for a clean up as per my voucher. Tried to force me to sign while doing his work. After all this while i was walking out, the poor assistant apologised. how can this guy be still operating.
Negative experience: We already bought a Voucher from GrabOne. This rarely happens as we always check reviews before buying but after looking at the reviews it feels quite scary and we are not going to visit this place. Anyone has any idea if we can get a refund from GrabOne? (We hvn't visited the place, 1 star is given just to post the comment)

Negative experience: Very very rude dentist i have ever seen. Doesn't know how to talk with paitents. Too much attitude, as if his the only dentists in the world.no greetings.no smile.Comes at the time of appointment and takes another 15 to 20mins to setup. Not fit for a dentist if you cant present and behave properly with the paitents.last time when i came for my tooth filling his said my other dentist didnt do any filling where i had done filling few months back.and when i said can you write it in written so i can talk to my other dentist , he said no its against our rule. Not coming back ever for this low grade place again and not even will recommend anyone.even the receptionist let us stand there and wait for 10 minsutes because miss genius was on the fone. If there was a option for 0 rating would be happy to give that. Grabone shouldn't even allow companies like this to advertise through them.
Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE!! Causes more problems for your teeth and a WASTE OF MONEY!! You pay for a 'dental exam' yet he won't give you a printed copy of the work he does, he doesn't discuss problems before the x-rays, he chooses the less problematic teeth to do. My BIGGEST MISTAKE was not reading the reviews from their previous 'customers'. Yes it was a Grabone special but I feel alot more corners were cut then the amount that was paid. He has caused more problems then remedies for me and now I will have to go to an actual professional to correct his lack of quality. How he is still operational, I have no idea!! The hygiene standards are sub par, as I lay in the dental chair admiring the dentist light and what looked like splash marks and dirty finger marks that had clearly been there longer than my 10am appointment, topped with being loosely covered in cling film held together by cello tape that had not been changed in sometime. I had regret going back for him to correct the bulbous filling he gave me which resulted in my bridge being unable to fit correctly and even now, it has caused the bridge to rub on my inner gums resulting in an ulcer. SO IF YOU WANT QUALITY FROM A PERSON WHO CARES ---- SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR MONEY and DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Negative experience: Worst experience I ever had. He was never on time and wouldn't even apologize for being late... almost arrogant. I caught him staring at me from the corridor (not a few seconds, but a minute or two) for reasons I wouldn't know, making me feel quite uncomfortable. Would have left without having the dental service done if I haven''t already paid for a checkup and a filling through Grab One voucher. Had a root-canal done and it came off within couple of months. While on the chair and halfway into a clean up, he would come up with all the fillings that needs to be done (later I found out that some were even unnecessary), write it down and make you sign without actually carefully going through with you about them, and charge you for it. Don't be fooled by the cheap Grab One vouchers. He plots and capture you to pay more than you ever bargained for, for a very poor service.
Negative experience: We need to get this guy shut down. My first ever filling, drilled so badly it fractured my tooth and 1st day of lockdown the whole side fell off. Was lumpy and sharp , the whole time from initially being done. Was told it would wear down. The worst clean and scale ever , 3 minutes and felt exactly the same as before. Horrendous dance music and a dentist who only wanted to talk about skiing. Interesting that a few good reviews and so obviously friends and family members. From excellent teeth for a 55 year old , to an issue not of my own making, for a tiny cavity...beware. I will be contacting the dental council.
Negative experience: Brought a voucher had 5 fillings done they all fell out, damaged one tooth so bad it needed a root conal and crown cost me $2500 just for that one tooth. DO NOT GO HERE!

After the exam the dentist just tried to sell other service that I do not really need to. I requested him i need only filling and he took two x'ray with extra cost and in the process of doing more . I have to stop him to take further more x'ray's. Then he did small surface filling and not even bother to check the filling i have requested him to do. As i have already paid, nothing much i can do. very very bad service and only looking for money. ***warning**.
Negative experience: Very poor quality. Surgery is old and run down, old equipment and doesn't care. Do not buy the voucher from Treatme. This guy just uses it to get you there and then up-sells you with everything he can think of while doing very poor quality work. Total rip-off. Should be removed from the profession. Totally unprofessional.
Negative experience: Worst dental experience I have ever had. This dentist did two fillings on my teeth around 6 months ago. Now I have an abscessed tooth which my new dentist tells me is a result of Dr Suri's filling. I now have to have a root canal on this tooth. If I had proper treatment to start with, I would have only needed a normal filling and now I have to spend over $2000 to get a root canal. I am formally complaining to the HDC about this dentist and I would encourage others who have had the same experience to do the same. We put our trust into medical practitioners and people like this hinder the reputation of health professionals.

Negative experience: Was going to buy a voucher, and then if he was good, get a crown. Read the reveiws and didn't. Loads of 1 star comments all over the web on this Karan fellow. Any good reveiws clearly done by his own friends or self! If it sounds too good to be true...its because the dentist should be a used car salesman. Nope!

Negative experience: Worst dental experience ever! Bought a voucher for scale & cleaning. After the exam the dentist just tried to sell other service that I do not really need to. Then he did very lousy cleaning & the polish part even worse. He just put the paste to my teeth less than 5 seconds then tell me to rinse off. It’s not even a polish at all!! He didn’t do the service I had paid for in the voucher. It’s just piss off. No wonder I went in here & realise why he had so bad review. Please do not waste money on this dentist.
Negative experience: What a horrible experience. Dentist pressured me into getting more fillings and they were so badly done. The shape looks like a blob on top of my tooth as they weren't shaped at all. The surface with the fillings was so uneven I can't get braces put on until the filling is redone. Now have to pay hundreds of dollars to fix them
Negative experience: OMG! I bought a voucher from Grabone, thinking these guys are in Epsom they must be good. Then I turned up outside early, and the whole place looked dodgy, but I though, o well. Then I had to wait for anyone to turn up, 9:15 rolls around and this shifty eyed person bowls up and starts acting really strange, eventually goes around the back of building and inside. Im watching him from the street. The whole thing just gave me the creeps. So I jump online to check out the reviews. Should have done that sooner, lesson learned the hard way. What concerns me most is the likes of Grabone still selling vouchers for companies like this years after people complain and it becomes obviouse that this guy is a shark. Come on Grabone - you guys are doing yourselves a disservice by being complicate in ripoffs like this.
Negative experience: This place was a absolute night mare my wife went here for a x ray and filling with grabone voucher. they listen to loud trance music dancing around while you are lying there vary uncomfortable then they pressured her into getting more x rays and fillings done witch was not needed. After paying a fortune she was in pain for weeks until we went to another dentist to get the dodgy work done. I talked to him many times on phone and he made times for me to meet to get a refund then would ring and say he was to busy after many emails to and from him via the dental Council he never gave us a refund. I told grab one and they contacted him and he didn’t reply to them so they refunded us the money for the voucher after this he emailed me saying that grabone had given us a refund becouse if him talking to them but I know that’s a lye really bad business can’t believe he can get away with this in New Zealand also dental Council weren’t any help eather something needs to be done!

Negative experience: Avoid this place at all cost. Went for a scale and polish. The “dentist” spent all of 3 minutes scaling my teeth and then found 4 fillings needing doing. He almost started on the unquoted work without my consent and when i stopped him he spent another 20 seconds on the final polish. Everything is old and dirty and just an awful experience all up. After reading the other reviews I wonder how he is still open for business.
Fantastic experience: i have recently had 2 crowns fitted from Dr Karan Suri. He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during the process. Dental cosmetic team are very professional and friendly. Now I can enjoy my food better . I am very happy with the outcome.

He is a very caring dentist, he listens to my needs contemplates treatments . He is very gentle and careful and I am most satisfied with all the treatments. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Negative experience: **** DO NOT USE HIM*** Same experience, bought voucher and he conned me into more X-rays plus told me I need 3 extracts when another dentist said absolutely NOT!!!!! and did a really bad job with the fillings ... how has he not been shut down by now!!!
Negative experience: I would never recommend this place to anyone. I got the voucher for 3 fillings and a clean. He checked my teeth finding a very sensitive tooth and then decide to go through with the clean knowing that this was sensitive to the cold which was very painful for me. He then went on to talking about the fillings which I needed an extra 3 so gave me a "discounted price" for these and also informed me that I would need a crown. I asked the price and was told that he would write it down. On his Estimate sheet he had the crown price and the price for the extra fillings. Being a student I asked if it was only the fillings that I would need to pay for at the time since it could barely afford the voucher I purchased in the first place. He agreed. 3 hours later when I got a break to rinse I asked if it was okay to pay the crown off after a few weeks since he said it would take at least 2 weeks to make. He looked at me surprised and said that I need to pay the entire bill since he had already started the crown procedure and made me call my mother whilst under anaesthetic to get at least half of the funds to cover the bill. On top of this the temporary crown that he made was done so poorly that I had to call in sick for work the next few days since it was so rough on my tongue I couldn't talk. When we confronted him about the confusion the next day he was extremely rude and unprofessional and not at all willing to compromise or better the situation. It has taken me 5 weeks and over $1000 to get his worked fixed since I would not be able to trust him to finish this procedure.
Negative experience: Avoid. This guy should be stripped of his licence. Terrible experience. I had two fillings done. The work was done badly, with equipment that looked circa 1980's. The dentist carried out his work to pounding house music (I'm not even joking). I started getting pain afterward and sought a second opinion at another dental surgery. Both fillings were removed and re-done. I was told that the fillings were the worst work they had seen in years and the drilling to my tooth was excessively deep. The tooth is literally a hollow shell that will likely crack prematurely. Save yourself pain and money, and do not go to Dental Cosmetic

Negative experience: Every time I visit them, they are causing more damage to my teeth instead of saving them. The filling they did just keeps falling out. Fouth time now. From a very tiny small hole to a very big one. Went somewhere else to do the filling for my other two teeth , and never had the same problem.
Positive experience: Walked past a few times after seeing the specials on 'spreets' etc... Very sceptical after seeing the state of the place
