Fantastic experience: Excellent communication and client care! I called during hours the clinic was closed, they called me back as soon as they opened. I got an appointment promptly. I had cracked a front tooth and was anxious, but was put at ease by the staff who ran through the most cost-effective & long-lasting options for me. The procedure was EXCELLENT. Painless and quick, ensuring my comfort the whole time. The facilities are lovely too with a nice screen playing calming nature shows to focus on. Everything is neat and tidy and comfortable. I’ve had an extraction here before & the staff was on the phone to me after-hours and via txt, just to ensure I was okay: as I was a mother of a baby at the time. I live in a different suburb but happily drive to Papatoetoe Family Dentist for the service and care & compassion shown. I’ve been going here for years and really recommend this business. They are a model example of delivering expert care with genuine compassion and concern for their clientele.

Negative experience: 0 star rating, if you have a school aged child, dont take them here, they are useless! Free dental care my a.. tried to pawn me off to someone else costing the earth, made multiple excuses - in the end I sorted it myself and I have no clue in dental work....

Every dentist has a specific contract with the Ministry of Health, outlining the age/school year criteria for the children they are able to treat and claim for. Negative experience: Worst Service, very disappointed with Dr Riddhi. My husband went to extract the wisdom tooth.They took out his wrong tooth just because its easy for them to remove. He was having high fever and was in pain after that.He called them and explained , he wants to come and see them in the morning next day. They said they will ring back but never did. We had to find another dentist as my husband was having so much pain. Such a poor and disgusting service. I will complain to Dentist council NZ, hopefully they will understand this. Never ever go here.I wish I could give them minus star in the review.

Negative experience: I urge people not to go to this place total rip off. $65 she charged my mother for doing the X ray and after 10 minutes she says nothing shows in X Ray we have to do it again and that would be another $65 bucks. Not happy very rude during lock down. My mother ask for extra protection during checkup. This dentist lady very rude says we follow our procedure. Not happy with your service I hope all these 5 star reviews are legit. Rubbish service never coming again. _1

Fantastic experience: After years of avoiding the dentist I had to go as I had massive tooth ache. The ladies here treated me with such respect and patience as I am terrified of the dentist. They took things slowly and at the end it wasnt as bad as my fear had made it. I have been back since and am going for my teeth clean this week! hough I will be nervous I know I am in good hands and they will make it as painless as possible.
