Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Albany Dental highly enough! The dentist and her team are incredibly approachable and accommodating, making every visit a pleasant experience. I recently had a procedure done, and it was honestly one of the most painless experiences I’ve ever had at a dental office. Their professionalism and gentle approach truly set them apart. My two children feel exactly the same — they always leave with smiles on their faces, which speaks volumes about the level of care and comfort provided. If you’re looking for a family-friendly dental practice, I would highly recommend enrolling with Albany Dental as soon as you can. You won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: Like the majority of people, you only go to see a dentist when you need to.. my last check-up was a few years ago, so I was nervous. However, Tammy did an excellent job at calming my nerves. She explained everything about my dental issues and made me feel calm and relaxed during the filling process. Teresa, the oral hygienist, also did a superb job. She made me feel at ease and explained every step of the process. Both services were fast and painless compared to my previous experiences at other clinics. The receptionist was also welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be a returning customer. Well done Albany Dental team!

Fantastic experience: I've been here several times, my emergency filling from booking to was done in just two hours by Dr. Tammy. The hygienist Fiona helps with deep cleaning even without anesthesia was still comfortable. It's so nice to have a good dentist right around the corner.

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this dentist went there for check up some time ago now. While getting work done seen blood on there equipment and it wasn't mine. An they wonder why people don't like going to the dentist everyone knows its the worst place to go as meany people have picked up something from dirty dentist

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sophia is AMAZING!!! Would recommend to anyone - especially those with anxiety around the dentist. I have a massive fear of going to the dentist, so much that I had put off going for a very, very long time. After experiencing some tooth pain, I knew I couldn't put it off any longer. I did my research, read reviews, and decided that Albany Dental would be the place to go. The whole team is wonderful, from the receptionist, the dental assistants Tara and Amy, the hygienist Fiona, to the dentists themselves. I ended up needing a root canal and multiple fillings. Let me tell you, at that first appointment I thought there was absolutely no way I could get through all of that work - especially the root canal!!! However with Dr. Sophia's gentle support and kindness, I have made it through to the other side! Dr. Sophia is incredible, she explained everything super thoroughly - always giving me options and making sure I felt like I was in control of my treatment. When it came to my procedures, she was extremely patient and generous with her time. She followed my lead, let me have all the breaks I needed, and validated and soothed my anxieties. I have recommended her to anybody that will listen! With all my anxiety and tears, I'm probably not Dr. Sophia'a favourite patient... but she is definitely my favourite dentist!!

Fantastic experience: I just want to congratulate Tammy and her team for providing absolutely fantastic care! Prior to visiting Albany Dental (who were recommended to me) I was someone that had previously experienced horrific dental care from a number of dentists. This caused me huge anxiety which had made me reluctant to visit any dentist ever again – which then created a vicious cycle as I would only every when if it was an emergency! Since commencing my treatments with Albany Dental over three years ago I have overcome my fear of dental work and I am now in a great place with my teeth. Tammy has been absolutely amazing, she worked with me to come up with a the best treatment plan, which we implemented and I have had great results. She explained everything very clearly every step of the way, and she has always made me feel like I am in the best hands. I have no issues making the journey from the other side of town – I would honestly be happy to travel from a different city if I needed to! I cannot speak highly enough of Tammy and her team, and would have no hesitation in recommending Albany Dental to anyone looking for outstanding care.

Fantastic experience: Had an issue with a pesky wisdom tooth. The reception staff was lovely and accommodating and were able to fit me in right away, which was amazing. My dentist was Tammy who was not only warm and kind but extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to explain all my options, make sure I understood what treatment would entail and costs. I would highly recommend her. Dental surgery is clean and neat. 5 star treatment.

Fantastic experience: A dental practice you can trust. Had an appointment with the hygienist Fiona who was very professional and efficient, she also gave oral health education and tips in the end on how to look after my teeth. Easy online booking and checking in system, receptionist takes your temperature before you go in, clinical staff fully equipped with PPE, the clinic room was very clean and tidy. I felt very safe and satisfied with the service. Would recommend to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Went here cos of the Google reviews and I wasn't disappointed. They were able to fit me in their schedule immediately and I was well looked after. Dr Sophia took her time in explaining the situation. Even took an extra xray (for no added cost to me) to be absolutely sure she has all bases covered. She told me the possible scenarios, what symptoms I could expect, and treatments we can do. Very happy with my experience. Fantastic staff too. They definitely deserve more Google reviews :)

Fantastic experience: I dread going to the dentist; I always have since childhood. I also have extra sensitive teeth and, regardless anesthetic, I cannot tolerate drills and many of the tools dentists usually work with. I had my first visit at Albany Dental a few days ago. I was seen by Dr Tammy Lin. I explained my problem and my dread and rarely before have I felt so listened to, understood and considered. Dr Lin was extremely skillful in performing what was needed in a manner that kept me informed and eased my worry. I will undoubtedly remain a patient and I strongly recommend Dr Lin without reservations.
