Fantastic experience: Totally professional and pleasant, transparent about cost

Negative experience: Disappointing Experience with Invisalign Treatment I'm extremely dissatisfied with the Invisalign treatment I received. Initially, I was persuaded into paying in lump sums with promises of discounts. However, after payment, the follow-up care was severely lacking. I hardly saw the dentist who started my treatment and was instead booked with different hygienist without being informed with little to no check ups. The treatment required refinements, and without my consent, I was transferred to a different dentist for the remainder of my treatment. Upon completion, I requested to fix a chipped tooth during my final check-up. Despite phone confirmation, the dentist seemed irritated commented on the amount of time I was there for and rushed me out. My last tray had been filed to fit the new filling while I waited for my retainer but he did not check if it fit and left ragged edges on the tray that I had to wear for the next week. Two weeks later, the filling fell off. When I returned to have it fixed, I explicitly stated that I didn't want my natural tooth filed down further as it fit my permanent retainer. However, the dentist disregarded my concerns and attempted to file it down again. I had to intervene and stop him. When I refused he said it was due to bite issues but I find that hard to believe because he did it the first time and was happy with the length. What's even more disappointing is the lack of respect and care I received after spending a significant amount of money on my treatment. My retainer does not fit properly after the changes, and I expected a higher level of service, especially considering the investment I made. Instead, I felt rushed, dismissed, and disrespected. The entire experience was stressful, frustrating, and disappointing. The lack of communication, poor follow-up care, and disregard for my concerns have left a bad taste in my mouth. Be cautious when dealing with this clinic, and carefully review their payment and treatment policies. Ensure you understand who will be handling your care throughout the treatment. Also, consider the level of respect and care you'll receive after making a significant investment in your dental health.

I fear dentists and avoid them at all costs, but I had to attend for a much-needed couple of sessions that were long overdue. Every member of the staff made the experience a lot better than I have ever experienced before. While they couldn't take away all my nerves, they made me comfortable, reassured me all the way along, ensured I was as comfortable as possible, and dealt with me being a nervous wreck like true pros. While I would never be in a hurry to go back to a dentist, I can honestly say I am happier knowing the team at The Dental Suite are the ones going to be looking after me.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting service. Dentist was extremely rude and went against my wishes. I would not recommend to anyone and am planning on making a formal complaint.

Fantastic experience: A bit pricey compared to my old dentists but great facilities and staff. Was given a care package with trial cleaning tools for free, alongside a bottle of mouthwash after hearing I had my birthday recently. Got suggestions on where to buy everything recommended for the cheapest price, very friendly and not predatory compared to some other places. Hygiene appointment felt much higher quality than at any other place, and mouth still feels great after several days of following advice.

Fantastic experience: Great staff, very caring and helpful. Happily recommend them, they've ensured my visits have been comfortable, pain free and effective and my teeth and mouth are kept healthy. Dusan did a great job when I needed some fillings done and the checkup was excellent. Have also seen the dental hygienist 3 times over the last 18 months or so and really recommend the Dental Suite. Worth having a professional give your teeth a good cleaning!

Pricing is reasonable and the standard of care is particularly high with a friendly and professional support staff.
