Fantastic experience: THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!! I have been going to Spencer for 2 years and every single time, without a doubt, is the most professional, kind and ensuring dentist i have ever come across. He walks through the process as he doing it, always ensuring i am never in pain, gives the best professional advise and recommendations. I have had 2 extractions and 1 root canal, plus normal check ups. I also need to highly acknowledge the staff, Jane, Charlie and the rest of the team for always being accomodating and understanding.

Fantastic experience: My partner doesn't have good teeth so we have gone to many dentist in Auckland and I can confidently say that this practice is the best in terms of service, honesty and efficiency. Very soft hands that ensures the treatment is as painless as possible and when he tells you something, you feel like he has your best interest in mind. Fantastic experience: I went to Spencer for dental treatment. I am the biggest chicken when it comes to dental care but Spencer put me at ease immediately. I had IV sedation due to my nerves! I had a much better experience with this compared to other times I have had sedation. Spencer talked me through everything he would be doing and had a very caring manner. The clinic is very warm and welcoming on entering, not cold and clinical at all, and the receptionists and nurses were also very friendly. I would recommend Spencer and his team over and over!

Spencer and his team are polite and friendly and always make you feel welcome, Spencer goes out of his way to listen without judgement and explain what he will do for the best outcome and makes it as painless as possible. 5 stars are not enough.

Fantastic experience: I can truly say that Dr Spencer is one of the best dentists I have ever seen. As someone with crippling dental phobia I put off going to the dentist for as long as I possibly could and last week I could not put it off any longer. I went to another dentist and they were nice enough but recommended I go somewhere that offers sedation due to my anxiety. Luckily for us we found Hibiscus Care Dental. To my trepidation they called me on Sunday to book a pre-op/treatment consultation for Monday and the procedure for Tuesday. On Monday they gave me a courtesy call to let me know they would be running 10min late (how good!!!) I arrived and was seen almost immediately, Dr Spencer put me so at ease so quickly that I didn't require sedation and even suggested we do the procedure right then despite it being after hours. It was painless and throughout the procedure he was fantastic, checking in on me and giving me updates. In the following days I had concerns and each time I reached out to Dr Spencer he recommended I come in for my own peace of mind. Both times he did a quick check in and let me know all was as it should be. His patience, care and skill has made the whole experience so positive and I won't say my anxiety is completely gone but I have a lot less fear as a direct result of his care. I cannot thank you enough Dr Spencer!

Fantastic experience: I came here for a second opinion after being told my original dentist couldn’t save my tooth as too complex. Spencer was very knowledgeable and was confident that he would be able to treat my tooth with a root canal and he did! He was very professional, explaining to me all the steps involved, keeping me informed during the process as well. Treatment has been done so well that the next day I even forgot that I ever had tooth problems. Would highly recommend to any of my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Awesome service, both the dentist and receptionist were both very friendly, the dentist is very helpful and ensures you know all options before he will go through with treatment, ive had an extraction before and the experience was the worst! I have really sensitive teeth and put off cleaning my teeth at a dentist for as long as I can, but Dr Spencer was so gentle, I hardly felt a thing, no where near as bad as previous dentist appts. I also have a major fear of dentists, but I feel after today, my fear has gone.

Fantastic experience: I went here for the first time today , I had thought I had broken my tooth. After a consultation with Dr. Spencer lee he felt that no treatment was required as I had only chipped part of an old filling.,and was best left. He proceeded to give my teeth mouth and jaws a thorough examination. He took x rays and photos, and included a cancer check. I felt relaxed about the whole procedure and he kept me informed at all times. After he gave health advice .The clinic was modern and we'll kept. The charges were reasonable and I will return in six months for my check up.

Fantastic experience: We choose Hibiscus Care Dental without knowing much about it and it was a great choice. Dr Spencer Lee has listened what we want to achieve and was really focused on finding the best solution for my wife and I. He presented and explained multiple options and went above and beyond to find option best suited for us and worked hard to accommodate our tight schedule. Fantastic experience: Hibiscus Care Dental and Dr. Spencer are amazing. Went to see them with a bad toothache in need of a root canal. Dr. Spencer was amazing. Everything was about minimizing the pain and making sure I knew exactly what was happening at all times. Was able to eat again 30 mins after my visit and have been pain free since, Very friendly and professional & Very clean and modern facility. Highly recommend them if you need dental work.
