Negative experience: Got braces done but 3 years later teeth have moved worse than they originally were. No wires were put in place at the time but they're happy to put it in now for extra $1000

Fantastic experience: Brandon St Dentists has a wonderful receptionist who is friendly, bright and respectful. As the face of BSD, she is doing a fabulous job. Arti is warm, interested in those who appear before her and her eyes just sparkle. I was walking down Brandon St to get to the train station when I spotted the sign for BSD. I then found myself doing a right hand turn into the foyer of the building and up to the 6th floor. Arti was very welcoming and helpful. I am sure the rest of the services at BSD will be as easy to deal with as you'll find Arti to be. She has a wonderful memory for her customers. Well done, BDS and Arti.

Fantastic experience: This practice is really quite special in that it is not a large sterile enviroment. David is the sort of dentist we should all have, considerate, and competent with no hard sell.

Fantastic experience: A very positive experience. I had 2 fillings done by David and his assistant Karla and I have to say if your worried about going to the dentist you need not be with this team. They are very professional and friendly at the same time, David and his assistant were very interactive and I have to say it completely took my mind away from what was even going on inside my mouth also the fact that there’s a tv on the roof when you lay down showing you beautiful scenery from around the world and all at the same time nice calming music in the background I have to say this was the most enjoyable experience I have had at a dentist to this day. I also just want to personally thank David and Karla for making this experience feel so comfortable and positive, thank you.

Negative experience: Incredibly pushy and just felt untrustworthy. They called me to reschedule multiple times in the same day, even after I said "no I just want to keep my original appointment time" the first time they called... when I eventually got to the appointment it felt like they were trying to upsell me stuff that I didn't need. Then they made me fill out a customer testimonial as I was trying to leave. After this appointment continued to sporadically call me multiple times a day. Way too much. I changed dental clinics because of the pushiness.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this dental clinic for the past 15 plus years. I have had some excellent dentistry during this time and are grateful. Earle Kirton was my dentist for many years before he retired. The transition from Earle to David went smoothly. I admired Earle, he helped me and my family a lot over the years. David is great too. He is brilliant, professional and very approachable. I think Karla is a wonderful assistant she just knows how to work well with David and they both know how to put you at ease. I have seen Caroline (dental hygienist) on two occasions and found her treatment and advice really helpful. Which has helped me manage my dental health a lot better. Arti is very friendly and always helpful with appointments, queries and rescheduling etc. I enjoy coming to Brandon Street Dentists, especially since the staff make me feel welcome and comfortable. They are always improving their services. The environment is pleasant and modern. I would recommend this dental surgery to anyone needing professional dental treatment. Thank you Vickie Amor-Ponter

Fantastic experience: David Crowther is undoubtedly the best dentist I have ever been to. I have migraine with aura, a neurological disease, which affects nerves and pain levels. David deals with it with compassion and empathy and my experience is painless. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional bedside manner and extremely thorough, Peter Noh walks you through every step of his process from checking for things like facial and throat abnormalities and cancers to pure dental work. He is also very gentle when he works on you and does an extremely good job. As someone who usually hates going to the dentist I can confidently say this is the best and most pleasant dental treatment I have received.
