Fantastic experience: After many years of unsatisfactory, catchup, dental work by my usual dentist, Debbie at Mint dental was recommended by a friend. I can't say enough about the HONEST evaluation of the state of my teeth ( something l suspected for a while). Once we had decided to save the best, but remove a lot of teeth , l was introduced to Jason . The many extractions were done ( by Jason) so well, l didn't even notice the teeth were out. Jason explained what was happening, and considered my comfort all the way through the process. A wonderful young asset to your business. Debbie then completed my denture work until l am now back to a full set of teeth. Debbie was at all times, helpful in scheduling my appointments ( as l was traveling from Titirangi) and always explained exactly what was going to happen, how and when work was to be done. I truely appreciate Debbies considerate and honest approach to my dental health and the care in the denture work now completed. Also l must mention Mel and her lovely smiling, efficient welcome at reception THANK YOU to you all

Fantastic experience: I went in to have my wisdom teeth removed and saw Jason. I felt a bit anxious about it prior to going in however Jason talked me through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable. I would happily return to the clinic for future dental work and high recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: First time here. I was friendly welcomed by Mel the receptionist. And had a bit of a chat with her when I was waiting. Then I had x-rays and a dental check by Jason. Amazing and honest service. The check up was pleasant and relaxing. All was very clean and professional! I've booked in for my next 6 month checkup & cleaning appointment before I left. Hands down!

The first thing you notice about Mint Dental is the amazing and unique exterior of their building it's so perfect for this modern dental surgery, the interior is equally as impressive! They have state of the art and up to date equipment. The receptionist is always professional and helpful no matter how busy they are. I go to see Jason Berger, he's a dentist that doesnt just do his job well, he understands teeth like no one I've seen before. He's incredibly fast and the work he does is faultless, and pain free. The pricing was great! I highly recommend them,if you need a filling, extraction, or anything dental related go and see them!

Negative experience: People, beware! Based on the glowing 20+ reviews I booked an appointment with Mint Dental. One star for the friendly receptionist and the premises - clean and modern, also plenty of parking. Dentist Jason was expensive. For example, Lumino runs frequent promotions. Their current one is $69 for a check up +X-Rays, for new patients! I paid $145 for one X-Ray and "consultation", which didn't give me any indication of the treatment options, denture options and cost. The dentist said that he will design a treatment plan and will email it to me before my next appointment , which didn't happen. A week later I was supposed to have my second appointment for taking impression for my upper denture. As a paying customer, I felt that I wasn't treated with care and respect. Jason obviously thought that a treatment plan and the associated cost isn't important. Mint Dental don't have a price list. But these are important issues for me. I believe that every reputable business should display their prices. If they don't, they are unprofessional and unethical! So, I decided to take my business somewhere else. And after reading the recent review of a customer Jarryd Stoneman who hates his new denture, I am glad I did! P.S. Thank you for your reply Mint Dental. I still think that you should inform your patients of the cost of your services BEFORE you perform any procedure, not after. Your way of conducting business is unethical and your excuse that you waited for someone to give you a price for the denture is not serious. I also wish you well.

Negative experience: Spent thousands there getting my teeth fixed and a denture plate made, the teeth removal was fine but the denture plate was far from it. I wasn’t happy with the plate from the first day with the size of it and the size of the individual teeth in the plate and pretty much got told that’s what I’m getting. Just over 18 months has passed and the plate has pushed up in to my gums to the point it’s not even visible when I smile and when I do smile I now look like a vampire, I was told that it would push up a little due to swelling at the time but the amount the plate has disappeared is ridiculous . As someone who has spent a substantial amount of money to end up hating the way my teeth are is quite sad. Strongly recommend going else where for denture plates.

Fantastic experience: What an experience thus far! Mega friendly and thorough professionalism displayed throughout. From the front desk, to the cleanliness of the facility, to the dentist I saw. Originally came here for a filling replacement. Managed to squeeze me in around commitments the very next day! Jason was mega helpful with answering the many and varied questions and even asked the folks to check in on me (as my filling was a deep one) to ensure no further problems were apparent the very next day. Back on Monday for a thorough clean and to ask more questions . The bill was equally as kind as the team are here... I'm just hoping we can move our kids and wife across too

Negative experience: Need sort out your desk lady she rude and try rush me on the phone like let me think u rude as old hag gosh don't hurry people up that's your job is to listen and if ur rude tell them to come in talk to the dentist clown

Fantastic experience: Always feared the dentist, especially as a little kid. Dentistry and medicine have advanced a lot in the past 20 years though. Subsequently, Debbie does an excellent job. Painless, done before you know it, and without all the anxieties that come with seeing the school nurse. The rates are more than reasonable, and if you leave worse than when you went in, you’re doin something wrong. Special thanks to Ngaire and Carmen who put up with me in the chair.

Negative experience: You guys need to sort out your front desk staff - so rude!! And I am not the only one with bad experience at the front desk. I said to the lady today that I need 1 hr appointment. She asked how do I know that I need 1 hr? (In a very rude tone) ...and then she tells me that they need to book me for a consultation EVEN though i told her I have my exrays and notes. And that I have already done a consultation at my previous dentist... she said no, thats how they do things, as they need to make a treatment plan. Are you kidding me?? You want me to pay another $100+ to find out the exact same thing that I have been told before?? Verry disappointed. I booked with another dentist that doesn't need me to do another consultation because I have my xrays and notes from previous dentist.

Fantastic experience: I dont usually go to Mint Dental but they were the only ones open on Saturday. Im glad I did. Jason is great, hes very calm and eases your general nervousness about being at the dentist. He is also gentle and not rough like alot of others. I was impressed by the follow up call to see how Im doing from the receptionist too. The prices are really reasonable. I will be definitely going to Mint Dental from now on. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: I am not the biggest fan of going to the dentist but my trip to Mint Dental was memorable. Dr Berger was extremely professional and the level of patient care was amazing. Dr Berger regularly stopped to ask if I was experiencing any discomfort. I didnt feel a thing, and best of all the recovery was a breeze, the sign of a great surgeon. The staff were great, the waiting room was a warm welcoming environment and I even got a cup of tea. Fantastic experience: From a young age I have been scared of the dentist through into my adult life I have taken a sedative to relax during check ups. I required a bit of work this year which has meant frequent visits with Dr Berger who has alleviated my oldest fear of a visit to dentist. I no longer require any sedatives to visit Dr Berger I just request he play some of my favourite tunes and he accommodates that request without a quarrel sometimes even playing a banger himself. Best dentist ever.

Fantastic experience: I have always had superb experiences at mint dental. The team are always so welcoming as soon as I walk through the door. All my check up’s and treatment plans have been explained thoroughly by Jason. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth- would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I popped in to ask about changing to this practice and was provided with a warm and helpful welcome. I ended up staying for a checkup! The dentist (Jason) had a great chair-side manner, didn't ask questions when he was grovelling round my mouth and is easy to talk with. I am normally tense during dental visits but found myself relaxing. The practice appeared clean and tidy. $235 for a check up, x-rays and a clean. I'm definitely going back.
