I am extremely happy with service of Dr. Povai and assistant Sangeetha and other team member. Inspite of their busy schedule, Dr.Povai and her team responding to phone calls and emails quickly and positively. Their services are excellent including the cost of treatment. I had referred to one of my colleagues who also provided excellant feedback about their services. According to me, it is worth visiting Mount Roskill Family Dentist to take a treatment from smily team members as they are result oriented team. Best of luck team and keep continuing good work.

The office has a wonderful purple theme that adds a calming and modern touch to the atmosphere, which I absolutely loved! Fantastic experience: Decent dentists..extracted a wisdom tooth. Dentist took her time so didn't need any surgery. I also received a super urgent time on Saturday.. So i went to work next day. No pain in the process and not forced to take any medication unless needed with prescription

Fantastic experience: I very highly recommend this dental practice. I've had two wisdom tooth extractions which were were removed with exceptional professionalism. I've also had braces and Dr Pavai has been extremely patient and considerate and always listened to my concerns. Dr Pavai is an exceptionally patient, skillful and sincere dentist and the dental assistant is also very kind and accommodating to my schedule.

Negative experience: It was my first time visit to the clinic. The receptionist whitout checking appointment system she told me they fully booked till end of Jan. She not even try to have a look the booking what day I can come.. she looking so angry.. if you don't have time to checked your booking system then don't work.. I heard bad about this place but it's closed to my home that's why I went to try.. but never ever again .. I can't recommend it to anyone .

Negative experience: My wife recommended me to fix my teeth with this dentist, because they were very helpful and show professionalism. That is not the case with me. I was told that because of covid, there will be a delay of fixing my teeth of about 3 months plus backlog they have with other people. So this was from November of last year 2020 to February 2021. When February came, they told me that if I to go through with the root canals; they advised that it would have to be done in another couple of months. Otherwise, if I to pull my teeth off, they can do it straight away. So all the 3 months of waiting from November to February, this is the best they could come up with. They could have advised me somewhere in December instead of wasting my time.  A couple of things that I found very dodgy with this dentist. 1. When I first met with them, I had to fill in Work and Income subsidised forms. Why are they asking me and keep reminding me to send the completed signed form to Work and Income to subsidise the payment of my teeth, when I work full time and can afford it? 2. The receptionist is advising me via phone on what to do with my teeth when she is not the dentist. She talks about wisdom tooth that needs to be pulled. This obviously tells me she does not even know which of my teeth that needs fixing, and I don't have a wisdom tooth.  I don't recommend this dentist to anybody. Hopefully, I'm the only person who had an awful experience with them.

Fantastic experience: Had a pleasant and pain less experience while getting a molar tooth filled here. Initial assessment was for a root canal but after starting the procedure and cleaning up, Dr Pavai realised a filling would be a better solution. Appreciate her honest advice and care(saved me a lot of $$$). The assistant is super nice as well. Fairly priced and highly recommend.

They got me in within the hour, took an xray and gave me my options keeping me well informed, I would have no hesitation in recommending them for all your dental needs and they are very reasonably priced. Fantastic experience: Great service & highly professional. I have had 2 of my wisdom tooth removed on 2 different occasions by Dr. Pavai and things were very smooth. Clear instructions were given post removal of the tooth and I felt I was in good care. I was at work the next day doing a 12 hour shift. No issues.

Negative experience: I contacted them yesterday for Root canal treatment quote and finance option with Q card. Initially they said that usually accept Q card payment. I explained to them that I been approved for Q card today only so don’t have a card with me as it takes upto 10 days to receive it to which they reacted weird saying that generally people would pay with Q card directly as the Practise don’t deal with Q card themselves for clients. After this they had discussion among themselves and told me that I can just come for check up rather then treatment and they will give me antibiotics which I already have with me so had so no point going there just for check up when you require a actual treatment. Such a waste of time from their side just to make money without any care for patient.
