Dazzle family dental

Fantastic experience: I saw Sheena the dental hygienist at Dazzle family dentist today,I was so impressed.with my visit today i almost enjoyed it. Sheena is very gentle she worked around some area I have found particularly painful in the past. They also have a very cool camera so you can see the before and after and areas of concern on a TV screen.i am normally quite nervous at these appointments but would highly recommend Sheena if you don’t enjoy or have some fear seeing a dental hygienist.

Positive experience: The staff are polite, professional, and helpful. The dentists are very good and know what they're doing. They made my child feel comfortable - as we all know, a dentist visit can be somewhat traumatic for children. The receptionist is kind and very helpful. She sends a reminder of appointment times just in case you forget. The prices are... well, the prices are pretty much what you'd expect. It's not cheap but necessary, I guess. Overall, I'd give it a 6/10

Negative experience: Edit to RFO** I went back to my previous dentist to rectify this experience. After a thorough inspection, consultation and full mouth x-ray the results were that Dazzles Hygienist just wasn't up to par. Previous dentist advised me that they had been in contact with you to clear their name as your hygienist spoke poorly of them. 1 star remains. NOT a good experience. First time trying somewhere new for a recall hygienist clean as my usual dentist did not have any availability. The hygienist barely finished one arch in the hour long appointment - I typically go every 3 months and appts usually take 15 -20 mins for both arches. Had to go somewhere else to complete the job. Wouldn't personally recommend.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Dazzle Family Dentist! I hadn't been to the dentist for 10 years after a terrible experience as a teen… The team here have been so kind and gentle, I didn’t know that hygiene appointments and fillings could be so pain free (I’m not exaggerating, you could literally fall asleep). Dr Sim Sood THANK YOU! Will be singing your praises for a very long time.

Fantastic experience: One of the best dental practices I have ever been to. I appreciate their total professionalism. Sharing information and options in regards to the situation with the customer, putting patients actual dental needs over revenue and giving them a choice is what many dentists lack but Dr. Sim is excelling at. I also enjoyed a great, completely pain-free and pleasant treatment by Sheena. Shoutout to Gemma - who makes you instantly welcome when you walk into the practice. I don't want to go as far as saying I am looking forward to my next visit to the dentist, but now that I can visit the team at Dazzle with a sore tooth I am certainly not dreading it.

Fantastic experience: We’ve had a tough run on dentists in the last 18 months with our now 7 year old who I am trying to teach that dentists aren’t a bad thing. She had a tooth extracted today (and a clean and a fix on a damaged tooth) under sedation at Dazzle, and it was perfect. She got so much attention and great care from all involved. Thanks so much for all you did, we know where to come in future.

Fantastic experience: I was quickly aoogered an appointment by Dr Leilin after a filling in one of my front teeth fell out. She and her chair side assistant were brilliant. Calm and easy with a great bedside technique. Nothing hurt or was uncomfortable. She did a great job and it was reasonably priced too. Will definitely become my new dentist.

Fantastic experience: My near-5 daughter has been referred to Dr Sim Sood from the children’s community dental clinic because of her bad teeth, which may need an extraction. Fantastic experience: Amazing experience that I would never think to have at a dental clinic. Had a very sore wisdom tooth and while only in for a check up Sim offered to remove it right there and then. Was incredibly relaxing and stress free, did not notice a thing and was out of there before I knew it. The entire staff team were incredibly friendly and down to earth people. Will definitely come here again in the future and would recommend this dental clinic to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had a recent check up and clean and scale done at Dazzle Dentists with Dr Sim Sood. It was so easy to book on their online booking system and easy to get an appointment. The clinic is nice and welcoming lots easy parking and all the staff are so so friendly . I would highly recommend them. Their prices are excellent too will definitely be coming back and I don’t say that if then about going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: What a great experience. I was experiencing pain in my upper wisdom tooth and wanted it taken out immediately. As soon as I walked into the clinic it was so clean, staff were very friendly. The dentist Dr. Sim was able to see me straight away and she gave me the best advice and best treatment. She ended up taking out the wisdom tooth and it was done so quick and yet she was so gentle. Definitely will recommend Dazzle Family Dental to my friends and family. Thank you Dr.Sim :)
