Fantastic experience: I called in just 20 minutes before they close to check for my sons gum abscess, and they had no availability, but they asked me to walk-in after their closing hours and checked on my 7 year old and treated him so well. I was really impressed with their service and friendly staff. The receptionist and Dentist Nafiz. Thank you so much for your kind and caring service ❤️

Negative experience: Had never realised just how bad this place was until we moved to another Dentist. Absolutely terrible! Do not recommend Dr Ali and his team. Thank goodness we moved and found a dentist who listens and cares about his clients and not just about money money money. 0 stars for this clinic.

Negative experience: Total thief's, have nearly 2000.00 left there to get my teeth fixed, ignoring me, asking to put refund back. Staff are ignorant, place is filthy, stinks of curry, not the place I would want to go to get dental services from. It's not your money, return it or I'm going to the police!!! Been nearly 2 years!!!

Negative experience: Not happy abt the service here. I went to get my teeth cleaned and i was told i need 2 teeth filled. I got it all done with xrays on both side everything all up $550 and the filling came off after 6 months. I called and asked how come this happend the receptionist said she will book me again when the same dentist is on. But never called back. Not good. No good service. Not happy at all.. not recommended at all.

Fantastic experience: Had a really bad tooth ache but they were booked out and booked me in for a week later but than they had a cancellation 2 days after and called me to ask if I could come in for that slot. Little things like this goes a long way for me. Can not wait to get rid of this pain. Great service!

Negative experience: The dentist is very rude. It says free examination at the door，but ask me $50 for just a 5 minutes check. Rubbish！

Negative experience: If you love your life please don't get treatment from Dr. Aisha I had a wisdom tooth extraction in 2019 and she took 3.5 hrs to take it off and still couldn't take the teeth off. She had to transfer to a specialist. Today I'm suffering to chronic pain due to TMJ damage

Negative experience: Emailed this clinic for an appointment but didn't hear back. So rang them after couple of days. They advised that they will ring back soon after discussing with dentist. No call back at all. Ended up talking to Smile Dental in Manukau who have much much better service.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ali did amazing job. Very fast and efficient. I get nervous with dentists and he explained everything as he went and kept me very calm. Reasonable prices as well. 100% recommended!

Negative experience: We got email confirmation for booking. Once reached there receptionist told us she does not know any booking. Shown her email , she said thats us but she did not receive any notificatio. Never seen that much poor service.

Negative experience: Very misleading. They say free consultation and end up doing x ray which they eventually charge after 1.5 years. staff and their information is very dodgy.please don't go there. there are cheaper and better service available around.

Negative experience: They should disclose that xrays will cost $25 each instead of focusing on promoting "free consultations". Completely misleading. Are patients expected to ask at every step of the process whether step a or step b costs? Simple bit of improvemeny advice: add it to your signed consent/registration form...

Fantastic experience: Thank you Hillpark dental Manurewa i am so pleased with my new teeth. I went into to hillpark Manurewa to have a full mouth extraction and to get immediate dentures., Dr Ali Baker and team were wonderful he was very informative and really made sure i understood everything that he explained to me, i was also very happy with the appointment reminders that they would send me, over all very satisfied cutomer. ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU HILLPARK MANUREWA.

Negative experience: We had an appointment yesterday in morning at crazy traffic time and I called to make sure the are open no answer and when we arrived before the appointment 10 mins. They said we have power cut and we can't do anything. I was really disappointing about the service. They should have at least back up battery or generator for the phone and the computer to see who is coming for the day & let the customer know what happened.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic! Couldn't ask for a better service. Dr Aisha is one of the best dentist I have ever been too. She is calm, professional, always friendly and able to ease anxiety. I highly recommend for people who hate visiting dentist to see Dr aisha. She and her assistant will take very good care of you.

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed my experience with the hill park dental clinic. I had Ali as my dentist and knowing I was scared of the dentist he was very comforting and notified me what was happening each step of the way and now It doesn't terrify me one bit coming to the dentist. The receptionist was very friendly too and was very organized when it came to reminding me of an appointment :) Hill park dental clinic is definitely my go to from now on. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: I just got 4 composite crowns down with Neelu Chhabra at Hill Park Dental Manurewa. Neelu is a fantastic dentist. Very professional and caring. She continually assessed my pain and comfort level during the whole procedure. I was given a mirror so I could make suggestions on the colour and shape of my teeth though Neelu needed very little guidance. The outcome was beyond my expectations and the price is affordable. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new smile. I'm getting the remainder of my teeth done with Neelu and I cant wait to see you again. You have no idea what it means to be able to smile again. Fantastic experience: My son chipped his molar badly, they squeezed him in without an appointment for an extraction, treated him very very well and within 15 minutes he was out of there, and back to normal. Recommended to all.
