Fantastic experience: Dipak and the team are amazing. If you have ever thought of getting your teeth straightened even later in life talk to these guys. Invisiline is an incredible product and the results you will get are unbelievably good. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: The dental team here and very good and very experienced, I have quiet complex dentition due to not looking after my teeth well as a kid, and they have been fantastic and helping me look after my teeth, advise which teeth are safe to monitor and which need treatment due to the filling failing.

Negative experience: My partner had a toothache.....they told me on phone it will be $35 for extraction with community service card went in and they xrayed and said will cost $2085 because tooth is still good and wont look nice with a gap ( it was the back tooth and my partner is a dairy farmer) and they want to do a root canal. They said take quote to Winz for quote. One week later booked him into Putaruru and they pulled it straight out for 35 after xrays. Please try be considerate and not greedy next time i could tell straight away what they were up to, he suffered immensely and had to take time off because he couldnt work which results in more stress for me and my whanau disheartening and mamae.

Fantastic experience: Went to absolute to get a tooth extracted. Very professional, amazing and caring people. The caring part was the main thing for me. Negative experience: Booked in for teeth clean and check up. They rang half an hour early to say dentist is late and to come later rather than wait an extra 45 minutes. Then they do check up and charge $65 but no clean, because. Eit doesn't say in there booking book when that's what I booked for. Very unprofessional, and will never go back.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous service from two lovely ladies. You made my extraction a stressless experience. Receptionist was lovely too. I got a courtesy call the next day to check that I was ok. Price was incredibly reasonable. Can not recommend enough.

Negative experience: I went to this dentist because a piece of glue had come off my retainer. The dentist I saw took a quick look and told me she could not do it and that i had to go to an orthodontist to get it fixed. I was in the room for approx 3minutes. I was charged $30 for her to tell me that she couldn't help me. I waited until I got back to Auckland to see my normal dentist who after having a quick look said "oh this is easy to fix" and within 15minutes he had the wire back in place. There was no need for me to see an orthodontist like she suggested and my wire is exactly where it should be with no complications. I wish the dentist i saw had seeked a second opinion from her colleague.. or was honest with me and told me that she was not experienced or confident enough to perform the skill rather than tell me i had to see a specialist which would have cost even more. I do not recommend this practice.

They were able to book me in at short notice on a Saturday, I was seen on time, the work done was to a very high standard and the cost was considerably lower than I anticipated. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, professional and pleasant. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: Awesome prices, staff are vacant and don't really know how to do their job properly, they lack customer service, place is also small, feels like it's crowded, should open up another clinic with better staff

Negative experience: I am happy with the work and prices they do BUT a let down when making appointments and the wait time for appointments. I made 2 appointments and both times they said I didn't have an appointment and that I had the wrong day and time?

Negative experience: Very disappointing I waited 1 hour for appointment and they gave my son antibiotics didn't even look inside his mouth for assessment

Each time i have been to you,it has been a well informed, quick procedure. You explain everything,you make sure i understand. You do Emergency work for $35-00 with a Community services card. You do WINZ quotes for dentures & repairs. Absolute Dental, Old Taupo rd, you guys rock!!!

Fantastic experience: I have no quarrel with this dental clinic. As long as I can see Spencer I'm happy going to either this one or the one in Ngongotaha. My quarrel lies with the people who bought the practice in Ngongotaha from Bob Badrick. Prices went through the ceiling (and stopped only on reaching the stars). It's as though we are in America earning American wages. It's disgraceful, though I guess we have our Tory government to blame too for letting them charge as though they are putting gold fillings in our teeth. Bob was a wonderful caring man and we were very happy with his work. Spencer is also excellent, a credit to the quality of training he received in New Zealand. We just hope he stays put in Rotorua.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental team! I have just joined this practice and today I had quite a bit of work done. It is the first time I have had multiple injections that are pain free plus the bill was not too painful either. They are a gentle, caring, friendly professional team who appear to put excellent customer service before profit. All my family are now registered with them.
