Fantastic experience: Best dental experience for tooth extraction highly recommended

Negative experience: Highly unprofessional Dr. Sherry and her team…I had visited with my partner, my partner had a cleaning appointment… not at all friendly, no one greeted us as we entered, we were the first appointment of the day… appoint was supposed to be at 10am, they got us in at 10:17am, no apologies for the late appointment, I asked whether I can accompany him inside they said yes… no seat provided to sit I was literally standing at the door… The appointment started saying ohhh the cleaning is $300 but you have booked through GrabOne for $119.. no findings given and she instantly stated with the clean, the clean was finished in 10 min and we were out after a little discussion which she did not seem interested by 10:31am Very unsatisfactory behaviour with patients… Will never recommend this to anyone

Fantastic experience: I recently had a great experience at Gardain Dentist. They helped me with my dental treament done in a timely manner, and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout the process.

Negative experience: **Exercise Caution with This Practice!** I invested over $2,000 in dental fillings with Dr. Sherry, only to discover that the quality of her work was inadequate and required correction by a different dental provider. Despite my numerous requests for a referral to another dentist, Dr. Sherry consistently assured me that she could address the issues herself. Regrettably, my new dentist uncovered that Dr. Sherry had left a substantial amount of decay in one tooth, merely placing a filling over it and charging me for two separate fillings for the same tooth. I strongly advise having your fillings evaluated by a competent professional to prevent potential complications. My experience was exceedingly disappointing and financially burdensome. I recommend seeking alternative dental care to avoid similar issues.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Guardian Dental. I was experiencing severe tooth pain, and they scheduled an appointment immediately after just one phone call. My experience with Dr. Sharry was wonderful. I had a root canal and a crown done, and the process was smooth and painless. Dr. Sharry is very professional and friendly. The entire staff is welcoming and efficient, and the clinic is clean and well-equipped. Guardian Dental made what could have been a stressful experience very pleasant. I will definitely return for future dental needs.

Negative experience: If I could rate this lower I would but 1’s the lowest. My daughter had her tooth pulled out from here on Sunday 11/09 and the dentist was so rough. Didn’t numb her gum properly she had to tell him twice that she was in pain. The assistant didn’t know what tools the dentist was asking for as well. The dentist didn’t get the X-rays right so kept taking it again and charged my daughter for his mistake. 1 tooth getting pulled cost $540. Ridiculously expensive and service was even worse.

Negative experience: Unskilled, Unprofessional, Misleading Staff

Negative experience: I had done filing in my tooth few months ago. I had filing before in my that tooth and it stays 7 years from another doctor. I explained them abt that. Dr Sherry told me we need to do filing. So I said ok do it while she was doing filing she said your next tooth need filing too I said ok that too. It costed me $500. And problem was stay the same even after filing. I want there after a week she put some past on my gums ..and give me tooth paste and said just wait couple weeks see how it goes, it creates no difference at all. Yesterday I went again she did examine and did x - ray and said there is some cracks their where she did filing before. ( how come that cracks stays their it means you have done filing properly that's why that problem didn't go away. She recommended me tooth cleaning.so get that done as well paid them $210 since that cleaning done my problem get 3 times worse then before. Dentist who did filing 7 years he told me even that time you need root cnaal but I insist him to do filing and it stays years .. After doing all above process and costed me $700 yesterday she recommended me root knaal .... I felt like rip off why couldn't you advise at first place..

Fantastic experience: I had 4-5 appointments with Dr Sherry over the past few months. She is not just a good dentist, she is also a fantastic human being. She is a young mother who choose to work sometimes on her day off so she could perform dental proceeders on patients who need urgent care! Her experience, knowledge and expertise is second to none, not to mention the very reasonable pricing.Her staff are extremely courteous too. Negative experience: I will NEVER recommend anybody to go to Guardian Dentals papatoetoe. Had the worst experience of my life. They don't have doctors to see patients. The receptionist and another female checks the patient...And makes a fool out of them. They worsened my situation and charged $200 without giving me any doctors notes.I went for a root canal the female charged me the money claiming she has done the first stage of taking the nerve out which never happened and made it more painful for me that I had to rush to another dentist. Also she recommended me to go to another clinic to complete the process as they don't have doctors...Learners are sitting there to experiment on patients....They also claimed that the Surgeons whose visiting cards are lying on the reception desk are retired and will not do treatments like root cannal.

Negative experience: Paid over $1000 8months ago to have fillings done on my teeth. Have just been back to the dentist and I now need to pay $250 for another tooth. Weird thing is the tooth next to the one needing filling was filled last time. I will be going back to Smile dental where I had xrays done to see what went wrong.

Negative experience: This organization has breached the fair trades act on 3 accounts!!! They accepted my mother's payment of $623 on the 11th January 2019 promising that she will be recieving a service on the 12th January.. they called her today & cancelled her appointment due to being fully booked & they will see if they can squeeze her in on Monday 14th January!!! I was so upset I went to visit the office to express my opinion on their unprofessional behavior, turns out they were closed. My mother now has to wait a few days longer due to false advertising, breach of fair trades act, accepting payment with no assurance of a time frame, taking advantage of the elderly. I have put in a complaint to the Commerce Commission.

Fantastic experience: I went to Guardian Dental last week and I received a very gentle and professional care from dentists for root canal treatment, was such a great care for me.

Fantastic experience: I am too scared of dentist but my visit to Guardian Dental has totally changed my mind regarding dentist and dental treatment. Experienced and qualified dentist, friendly staff, excellent quality work. I was completely satisfied as they explained each and everything thoroughly and gave me all the options with cost effectiveness from which i can choose to go ahead. Feeling lucky to find a trustworthy people to take care of my teeth. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Check prices before you get work done! I learnt the hard way when I went for an appointment this morning which took 35 mins max and my bill came to $620! I had a filling which was described to me as small...$250 later... and then a chipped tooth which the dentist just asked me if I wanted it fixed while she did the other filling so again didn’t seem like a major. I am currently on maternity leave so would’ve made do with the chipped tooth if I had known that it was also going to cost $250. The clean I understand was $120 and that’s the norm these days but I just feel completely ripped of for paying $620 for a job that took 35mins.

Fantastic experience: I had incredible pain with my wisdom tooth, I booked an appointment here at guardian dental and they really looked after me. They briefed me through the entire process of what will be required to have it removed and throughout the surgery they looked after me. 5 stars and very friendly.

Fantastic experience: I am very, very scared of dentists. So when I came to guardian dental, they were aware of it and they made me feel comfortable and gave me options that would help me be comfortable during my appointment. They have Netflix and you can pick something to watch just to get your mind off, the procedure. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommending them, if you need a comfortable dental experience. Thank you so much!!!!

Negative experience: Made a booking to have my wisdom tooth looked at(bottom left) which is in a lot of pain. Had to pay $95 for an ex ray, fair enough as I was already there. It was all smooth as I had booked for Friday evening to have the bottom left removed. I get a phone call on the Friday,while I'm at work, being told I now need another scan from another dentist because the dentist wasn't confident about my bottom right wisdom? Last I checked I came in for the bottom left. All in all I am very disappointed as the pain is horrible an I had stated to the dentist at the time. So now I have to find elsewhere to get it removed. I'm not sure if this happened because I'm young or what, but whatever the reason I hope no one else has this experience at all.

Fantastic experience: I am currently travelling in NZ, and had a dental emergency at 8PM. I called Guardian Dental and they could see me half an hour later. Dr Naidoo made me feel at ease and was very calming. 20 minutes later everything was fixed! The procedure went very smoothly, and it was all inexpensive. Thank you team! I highly recommend Guardian Dental!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful service! A +++. I was really nervous about getting my wisdom teeth removed but the staff there were so amazing and made me feel so much better throughout the whole process. The receptionist is so lovely and will always greet you with the nicest smile on her face and the dentist which dealt with me was really comforting; aswell as very good at what he does! Overall, amazing service and truly wonderful staff. I would give more stars if I could :)

Fantastic experience: Kav, Jenny, Molgie & the team here at Guardian Dental are the most friendly helpful people that we have ever come across at a dental practice. My son had fastbraces put in last year February and has just got them taken out a couple of days ago, its been a year and a half now, throughout the whole process Kav has been very polite, knows his job and always kept my son and myself in the loop with his progress. My sons teeth look beautiful and straight now, we are so pleased with the result! My son cannot stop smiling! We highly recommend Kav & his team to everyone!!

Fantastic experience: Going to a dentist is a daunting experience , therefore I had to look for the best dentist to help with my dad's dental needs. We were thoroughly impressed by the caring and compassionate staff who were exemplary in their treatment. The place was very impressive and the dentist was very professional in the treatment plan , taking the fear away from dad and explaining every step of the way.The entire process was smoothe and dad left the place smiling. Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Guardian Angels more like it! - What I thought would be a "simple" consultation turned out to be an extraction of my wisdom tooth, with two roots. My fear kicked in, my knees gave out and I was a big baby crying but Dr Kiri Wakefield and her two lovely assistants were absolutely amazing, in fact amazing just doesn't do them justice!
