Fantastic experience: New to Otahuhu dental care. Definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Bad experience with the dentist while tooth extraction procedure didn't even numed the gums and tried to do tooth extraction would definitely not recommend I haven't got the wrong dentist and the audacity you people have when we give true reviews calling me up from a private number and asking about the review I gave . Yes Doctor Rajeev was the one who got booked in for my tooth extraction would never recommend

Fantastic experience: I was in need of a tooth extraction, pain levels were on the rise. I rang Otahuhu Dental care,and within 2 hours, my tooth was extracted. The owner of the business ,a dentist of 20 years, was friendly and thorough. The cost was very reasonable. I am happy with the overall care and service I received.

Fantastic experience: After many refusals from other dentist who weren’t able to see my dad right away, Otahuhu dental took him in and treated him right away. The dentist and staff were every thorough and made sure we were aware of costs and treatment plans. They kept us informed and were sufficient in their delivery of service. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Poor service .. waste of my money . My wife was your patient and you told her for surgery for wisdom tooth but she done the wisdom extraction easily with other doctor without surgery. Not recommended to anyone. I wasted $100

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for quite a few years now. My husband has been coming for decades. Dr Nagpal is hardworking, very experienced, and compassionate. He will often call later to see how I am going after a procedure. The staff are friendly and kind. Patient comfort is a priority for this team. Prices are very reasonable and affordable compared to other dentists I've been to in the past.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE these guys!! Got dentures done here. No proper consultation everything was rushed. He advised a 4 tooth denture but it came back as a 3 teeth denture the teeth were too small and too short. He wanted to file down my real teeth to match the substandard denture. Hes an incompetent butcher! He was always in and out dealing with other patients leaving his assistant with limited English and no dental qualifications to answer my questions! Always speaking their own language even when gesturing towards me or my dentures. Worst dentist I've ever come across in all my 53 years!

Negative experience: My husband had a tooth extracted today and his mouth is swollen, and his jaw is still extremely sore, 8 hours later. (Despite pain relief he got from the chemist). My husband said they not only made him extremely uncomfortable while he was there, they also didn’t numb his mouth enough so he couldn’t feel the extraction (they had to give him more than 3 doses. A very costly procedure and very unprofessional practise we will not be recommending.

Negative experience: I ask if how they would sell case for Dench to keep in of night time and just because I got from some were and they not any cases in they will not give me a case

Negative experience: dentist away for about 10mins during 30mins treatment, had teeth cleaning there, not clean thoroughly. I asked the owner what the black thing between my teeth is, he said that was just gap between my teeth, bullsh*t, LOL, the dentist was nice tho he was away for that much time

Negative experience: Absolute waste of my time. No help at all. I sat on the chair for less than 5 minutes and the scheming dentist wanted $30.00 after refusing me treatment because the incompetent staff led me to believe a payment arrangement could be made. The dentist then said he would charge me nothing for a prescription only to change his mind 30 seconds later.

Negative experience: Dentist was answering his mobile talking to other people while working on my filling. His skills and professionalism was questionable I will never go back there. Poor job

Fantastic experience: Very experienced dentist! Rajeev knows the ins and outs of dentistry and can give you sound advice on what treatment is needed if any. He is also friendly and caring a must for any patient.

Negative experience: Inexcuseably incompetent. Dentist drilled the wrong tooth which had no decay on it, and when I asked him to do the correct tooth, he filled it without removing the decay first (which was found by another dentist). He also neglected to file it down so it was sticking out as an awkward lump. On redoing the tooth he left it in pain and possibly needing a root canal now. I've had several teeth done by him and they've all had issues where I've had to go back, and he's cancelled on me twice without notice and it's ended up very costly, and costly to get them redone by a professional. He also charged me to get a filling redone by him, when it broke a few weeks later. It is better to get your teeth done by a professional, because once someone just starts drilling willy nilly into your teeth, especially healthy teeth, they're not going to grow back.
