Fantastic experience: I have been attending QE2 dental now for 2-3 years. My teeth as many of my generation ruined by school dental programs. I have had great experiences at this practice, all the staff, receptionist, assistants and dentists all extremely professional. Put you at ease, explain procedures and came up with dental plan to remedy some of my teeth issues. Highly recommend, Louisa, Barb her assistant and Alicia

Fantastic experience: Had two wisdom teeth removed by Alicia and her team this morning, and it went so much better than I could have imagined. I was straight to sleep with my IV sedation and felt really comforted and well informed beforehand. Healing is going well so far and I know I can trust them to help me out again if need be. Fantastic experience: Went in there expecting the worse after experiencing pretty bad toothache, thinking I'd get the usual response of dentists who charge lots of money before actually doing anything but I couldn't be more wrong. I came in, they solved the issue within an hour, and I'm more than happy with the whole experience. Very happy:)

Fantastic experience: My acquaintance with QE2 Dental occurred after browsing through the website for the most efficacious Dental care in New Brighton. I was not wrong! Dr. Amanda the gentlest dentist assisted me right from the start with my problems. Often, I went back to with feedback and she rechecked the problem without hesitation. Dr. Amandas charisma and personality motivate a client to continue going back. The other Dental Clinics could be way too expensive as well. I can assure you if you are looking for a good Dental Clinic that is reasonable and maintains good hygiene and pleasant staff do make it a point to visit.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. I had really bad tooth ache and was seen by Alicia promptly. I required a root canal and Alicia and her assistant were amazing, Alicia's kind, caring nature, her professionalism and gentleness were very calming and the end result no pain throughout the process and after the numbness wore off. Alicia obviously keeps up to date with all new technology and has it at her fingertips. Thank you to everyone at QE2 Dental from the friendly ladies at the front desk, the hygienist and of course Alicia and her assistant, you are the best.

Fantastic experience: walked in with bad toothache and earliest appointment was 3 days later. Somehow they fitted me in and tooth was gone 20 minutes later. Relief. Painless. Great job

Fantastic experience: I had IV sedation this morning to have 2 teeth removed. Aleisha and her assistant were amazing. I had told them I was incredibly anxious and they were so kind and understanding of my situation. Everything seemed to go smoothly although I don’t remember anything once they sedated me. They have changed my anxious thoughts on dentists that have haunted me my whole life. They are caring and also well priced. I would fully recommend to anyone who has anxiety to get in touch. Hopefully my healing goes well as long as I follow their very clear guidelines for recovery.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service from a great team of people.I needed unexpected urgent treatment as was flying to the states in a couple of days. Louisa squeezed in an appointment the same day for me and took care of the problem. Certainly recommend .

Negative experience: I was referred here to have a tooth extracted under IV sedation. At my initial consultation, the staff all seemed knowledgeable and professional. This also seemed to be the case before the IV sedation was administered. However, when it was done, I was confused and disoriented, and they seemed to be in a massive hurry to get me out the door even though I genuinely couldn't walk. They also seemed stressed and rather annoyed at me even though I was doing the best I could to walk. I remember asking a question at the end, and being grumbled at for having asked that question already, multiple times (I couldn't remember at all having done this - the staff should know though that IV sedation affects memory ability, and been a little kinder about it...). I found out afterward that my appointment hadn't gone so well. Apparently, I'd reacted strangely to the IV sedation and was agitated, confused, and upset whenever they tried to do anything to the tooth (I can't remember it at all). They had gotten annoyed at me a lot and told me off, and had threatened that they wouldn't remove the tooth. To make matters worse, another patient had made a few remarks about me to my partner, and yet another patient had come into the room while I was still leaving as he was impatient for me to leave so he could start his own appointment. From the sounds of it, the QEII dental care staff had made no effort to protect me from humiliation from other patients. I had followed all instructions before the appointment, and the only medications I had taken were the ones prescribed to me, and were written on my patient history form. I am a non-drinker, and I do not consume any illicit drugs, either. I had had IV sedation for a tooth extraction a couple of years earlier, with no issues at all. And my partner and I were not informed beforehand that this was a possible complication of IV sedation. It seems that the staff might not have known what to do in the event of a patient reacting unusually to the IV sedation drugs, and it is quite concerning that they were considering giving up partway through because of it. It is also quite concerning to me that they didn't think to keep their other patients away. And it felt like they considered it to be my fault, despite me having done everything I was supposed to. So, if you are referred here for IV sedation, I'd recommend being very cautious. I'm sure that the vast majority of patients respond as intended to the IV sedation drugs they use, but there's really no way of knowing if you'll be one of the few who does not. And if you are in that unlucky group, the staff do not seem to be particularly well trained in handling the situation professionally. They did at least get the tooth out eventually.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with dentist Alicia Seo. She extracted four teeth from my son’s mouth prior to his braces getting fitted. There was very little soreness or swelling after the procedure, and we found Alicia to be an excellent communicator, friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend Alicia.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr Joseph Foster for my wisdom teeth removal couldn’t have gone smoother! The team were incredibly friendly and helpful with the whole process. It’s also miles more affordable than other places out there, so I couldn’t have asked for more as a student and patient! Thank you all

Negative experience: Absolutely useless! I had a cyst under my front tooth and they insisted I needed to get my two front teeth pulled to fix it... I got a second opinion from an amazing dentist elsewhere and he fixed it without pulling any teeth. I would not recommend this place at all!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Louisa at qe11 dental, she is amazing at what she does. Not only that but she has such a great friendly personality and makes you really feel at ease. I won't be going anywhere else.

Negative experience: Very rude unhelpful receptionist who chatted away to another client instead of seeing to me who was waiting to be seen. Way overpriced the most expensive dentist I've ever been too would not go back again.

Negative experience: I was a patient there from May to September and I couldn't be more disappointed. Last time I had an appointment with a dentist there, they told me the pain I was feeling was related to my ethnicity and ageing and there was nothing that could be done to solve my issue. Luckily, one week later, I went to see an orthodontist who immediately noticed what my problem was and how to solve it. I might have lost my teeth permanently otherwise. I had to have periodontal treatment for having developed a serious problem on my gum that could have had devastating consequences . How come this serious matter was overlooked by two of the staff at QE2? I wrote to the people in charge of the clinic informing them what happened and they agreed to give me a refund for the cleaning done, without any apologies.

Negative experience: Rude receptionist. Not helpful at all. Have decided to go elsewhere because of her bad customer service. Maybe your in the wrong job!

Fantastic experience: Lester removed a molar last week. Didn't hurt during or after the extraction and gim hadvhelped very well. Great team at QE2 dental. Would highly recommend to anyone requiring a check up or invasive dental work. Cheers Jimmy C

Fantastic experience: Fantastic work! Fantastic team. I had work done at two other dentists (in the area) in the last 18 months and they werent as caring or helpful. If you have a phobia of dentists (as most do) This is the team to see!! I had not seen a hygenist in nearly 20 years and the work that Michelle de Thiery did was amazing! Janet Chou is my dentist who is technically brilliant and has excellent consultancy skills. Janet is a true proffesional who understands the stresses some people have when trying to overcome there fears with regards to dental work. In conclusion, my family and I will be using this dental team from now on and will never have to worry about getting work done again.
