Fantastic experience: Amazing experience at Dentistry with a Smile yet again. Helen is amazing and incredibly professional. Dental Hygienist Allana was great with talking through the process including any sensory input to expect during the cleaning and was really helpful with discussing the best cleaning regime for my teeth!

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience getting my wisdom teeth out with Dr Imogen Scott. She was professional and explained everything making me feel at ease. I was really nervous because I have impacted teeth that I had been told were hard to get out but the procedure was a breeze. Thank you team

Positive experience: Great customer service! I think I’ve had maybe 3 fillings at dentistry with a smile and they were amazing, I’m had 2 in one day and 1 in another, was pretty much painless and super quick! I’m about to book another appointment because I think I have another cavity as my tooth feels a bit funny

Fantastic experience: I had my tooth extracted with Laura. She is so lovely and gentle, when she numbed my gum i barely felt it. I have seen another dentist there before that was also great and kind. :) it's what you want in a dentist.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would as soon as you miss a payment which you said you'd pay as soon as you could , they start messaging you and threatening you saying they'll send their boys out to uplift items from your house anyway I managed to pay what I owed and they still kept hassling me , would not go here stay away!!! To the reply below this was about 7 years ago but only had written review now as it was traumatic for me being a single mum and not knowing whether people were going to come through my house

Negative experience: They used to be good.Went for a winz quote for a bad toothache they make u pay $50 up front.waited a week for a cancellation to get tooth removed.pain was bad so went to another dentist who removed tooth straight away and for less money.Needless so say I have now changed dentists.

Fantastic experience: Very good dentist, I had a dental emergency during the COV19 lock-down, Dentistry with a smile were able to see me (following strict protocols) to apply treatment until the lock-down is lifted so additional work can be done. The work carried out was excellent, the staff very helpful and friendly. Normally I do not like dental work, but Dentistry with a smile is an exception. I really liked how the dentist kept asking me "if I was ok" during the procedure and the options for treatment as well as the followup work.

Fantastic experience: I had a severe toothache and made the decision to head to the closest dentist as it was unbearable. It happened to be Dentistry With A Smile, i arrived with no appointment and explained the situation to the lady at reception. They had me in the chair within 15 minutes! Without hesitation the dentist applied local anesthetic as soon as I sat down to curb the pain. After carrying out xrays and an inspection it was decided to remove the tooth and carry out a filling on another. This was completed pain free! Once i headed to pay I realized i had forgotten my wallet in my rush (yeah one of those customers) but no stress they let me bank transfer on the spot. I will be using Dentistry With A Smile in the future to keep ontop of it all. Thanks team 10/10

Fantastic experience: Nothing but positive things to say about this place.

Negative experience: Very disappointing: they arrange fake appointments and tell you they’ll charge you a fee if you miss the appointment. Which makes you call them, then of course, they try to get you to book another appointment. This happened to me three times by mail, sms and phone. Same thing happened to my partner and to friends of mine. When I went to another dentist yesterday they told me my teeth were perfectly fine and so was everything else. Which was not what Dentistry With A Smile told me the first time I saw them. Getting a second opinion would be a wise option.

Fantastic experience: Great staff. Reception were friendly. Leigh did a great job alongside with here nurse. I have booked in to see a Dental Hygienist as suggested from Leigh. My suggestion is if you are reading this. Don't Smoke and Drink and spend that money towards check ups. It's to late for me and highly recommend this place

Fantastic experience: After a long absence from visiting a dentist, I went to Dentistry With a Smile on my partner's reccomendation. What an awesome place. I had a tooth extraction and fillings with no pain at all. Thank you Helen for your professional and caring service. I will definitely be returning.

Negative experience: WARNING! Absolute pack of butchers.. WOULD NOT recommend sending anyone to go to this place.. they “lose” your X-rays months ago and don’t bother to tell their clients or have back ups and conveniently lost the hard copies too after telling them we are definitely not returning, charge you for work THEY HAD TO REDO TWICE because they did a half job and the fillings fell out a month later, leave your gums so raw you cannot eat for days afterwards then can’t give you a straight answer when you bail them up about their incompetence... USELESS!! Keep as far away from this company as possible.

Fantastic experience: Have seen both Tony and Leigh at this dentist over the years and both are great. Fantastic service made me feel totally at ease, and Tony can do the local anesthetic with incredibly minimal pain from the needle.

Negative experience: I only recommend this place if you’re on a budget, even then I’d suggest you look around first. Talk about service with arrogance!

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth and after a lack luster consultation at another dentist, was recommended to see Dawson at Dentistry with a Smile by a coworker. I was not disappointed. Dawson seemed to really be focusing on a realistic long term prognosis and not just a quick buck. He did one filling that has come out very well. Very impressed. Then referred me to an Oral Surgeon. Highly recommend Dawson and the team.
