Fantastic experience: The best dental practice around! I really, really like Sonia and Amandeep, they both go the extra mile for their patients, and truly look after them. I'm so thankful to have Sonia as my regular dentist and Amandeep as my regular oral hygiene therapist.

Fantastic experience: I wish I can give more than 5 star for the care I have recieved. I had pain and build up in my teeth thought need a clean went to Amandeep, but after doing examination she spot out I do need a clean but for pain she advised me either needing root canal or some other procedures. She was very empatheticand Professional. she talked to her other colleague and they both tailored my treatment plan together. She took the time to explain procedures, answer questions, and provide tailored advice on maintaining oral hygiene.

Negative experience: I went in to check on some fillings and had X-rays done. I was told I needed five fillings and couldn’t get it done before a proper cleaning. Went to do cleaning appointment they ask to split into two $250 sessions. I asked to do one session, and during the cleaning the hygienist dropped a tool part and didn’t replace it. The cleaning was extremely painful, and two weeks later my gums were infected. I went to another dentist who was much more caring and confirmed only two fillings were needed. Very disappointing experience. The one star is for the receptionist with really good manners.

Fantastic experience: I went to lumino dentist manurewa for my dental treatment and I was treated and guided very well by Jasman Madam and Dr Rupa did my treatment in a very good manner without any pain my extraction was done. THANKS Jasman madam for your reference.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and proficient team but the five stars is for Sue on reception specifically, she is so pleasant, helpful and understanding; her demeanor makes trips to the dentist a pleasure not a pain.

Fantastic experience: My partner went for hygiene couple of days back, v professional service by hygienist. Very gentle and caring service. Never knew before why need 6 months hygiene, explained very well. Definitely recommended. Reception staff were welcoming as well.

Fantastic experience: Finally back at lumimo again after 2 years .. needing fillings.. went in today to see dr Rupa talathi and she had done a wonderful job her and her assistant today 27/03/24 very kind warm and professional. Love lumino all staff are excellent.

Negative experience: If you don't mind paying $189 for a 15-20 minutes hygiene appointment, hygienist taking multiple personal calls during your treatment, getting your complaint ignored and feeling upset after your dental appointment, then this is the perfect clinic for you. I submitted a formal complaint after my treatment in early March twice, but there hasn't been any communication whatsoever nor acknowledge. As a person who worked for dental practice for a number of years, I am very disappointed about the clinician and practice management. I won't be returning to this practice, and wouldn't recommend to family and friends either.

Fantastic experience: I called and booked an appointment for my husband, he was having his gold crown fixed. I spoke with their receptionist Dipa who very helpful and prompt to find us the best suitable day and time, even though I had to reschedule the appointment twice she was very understanding and caring. On arrival for my husband’s appointment this afternoon, place was very tidy. There was enough sitting for myself, my husband and our 5 children, we were greeted by receptionist who seemed busy but still able to assist us and get my husband seen within 5mins of being there. We were accommodating with paper and colouring pencils to keep our children busy. Pleased with receptions help and making our first visit here a breeze. Great service!

Negative experience: Went here today 5/03/2024 at 2:30pm to make appointment, as I herd so many great things about this clinic. No one at reception rang bell no one came out. Waited 10mins still no one came out, left and call from outside no answer. A simple ‘wont be long’ or some kind of acknowledgment would’ve been nice. I would not recommend this place unless you want to be ignored and time wasted.

Fantastic experience: Amandeep was friendly, relatable and caring. I definitely felt valued and heard as a patient. Very knowledgeable and helpful with how to care for my teeth. I would definitely recommend seeing the team for your dental health

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to two other dentist before I come here and I already feel nervous going into it but Dr Sonia made me feel very comfortable and did a n excellent job on my teeth! The lady’s at the front Sue and Nav are very nice and professional, to me those things matter when choosing a dental practice as well as the quality of work

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Huda and Elsa enough. From start to finish they where so calming, reassuring and thorough. As someone who’s avoided the dentist for 8+ years they have removed the fear and dread I held surrounding a dentist. Huda provided an accurate quote after the initial assessment and outlined what work was urgent and what was less urgent. These quotes where incredibly reasonable, particularly for wisdom teeth removal. Throughout the treatments Huda and Elsa were constantly ensuring I was not in pain and offering breaks. To relieve my anxiety they explained what they were doing and why (my personal preference) which made the time pass quickly and painlessly. They also have a wide range of payment options which many places do not offer and have weekend and late night appointments. Thank you for relieving the pain and pressure!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience even in level 3! .The dentist spoke to me over the phone and made me feel better. He emailed a script for antibiotics to my local chemist. I am no longer in pain and very thankful. He was very professional . I am booking in when we get to level 2. God bless for the kind service.

Negative experience: If i could give ZERO stars i would. I once came here to get my wisdom tooth pulled the dentist pulled it out like it was a tool and he was a carpenter. This then resulted in a Huge swelling in my mouth. I am absolutely disgusted & wouldnt recommend anyone come here

Fantastic experience: Im so glad I found this dentist. After being on meds for a prolonged period of time it has effected my teeth and gums. Fantastic experience: What a fantastic service my wife received this morning. She had a filling fail yesterday and telephoned this morning to find they had a cancellation and was able to have the filling repaired immediately. Price was very reasonable and both the Receptionist and Dentist were very friendly and highly professional. The best service received in years.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Service-Highly Recommend. I rang around dentist in the Manurewa area just to get rude attitudes and stuck up remarks. When I rung this dentist I was greeted with a beautiful welcome and helpful advice. Receptionist Sue is just a breath of fresh air, not only making me as a mother feel welcomed but also my daughter. And then the female dentist we had was just awesome, sound advice and no bias approach. Thank you for making people feel like it's not about the money but you genuinely care. I feel this is important as most children including adults do not like dentists, it makes a difference when the approach is about the person you are dealing with and not just your paycheck. First impressions do count. Thank you for making our visit a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I visited Lumino Manurewa for an extensive period of dental work spanning ~6 months in total. Exceptional dentistry, exceptional service, lovely & kind people who go above & beyond. By far the best dental service I have had in NZ. Could not recommend more. Thank you all so much - particularly Dr. Huda & Sue.

Negative experience: This company is a RIP OFFF!!! Charging $100 only to look at the tooth for less than 10 minutes and then discharged the patient. As a Trained health professional I'm sure they can work more professionally.

Fantastic experience: Experienced and very accommodating Dr Kalra and his staff! The hygienists are good too. If you pay in advance and forget. They call you to remind you of your treatment :-). Sue is very nice and greet you with a smile every time you go there. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: The service and follow up I have received from Catherine at Lumino Manurewa has been exceptional, I had a few problems and was referred to Manurewa branch from Lumino Botany and had both Mohammed and Catherine look after me. Catherine went as far as ringing me and emailing me with follow up calls to see if I am okay over a few weeks. She is an asset to your establishment and gives all the care you could want, especially when going to the Dentist which is daunting enough already lol. So thank you very much!
