Fantastic experience: The preceding 5-star (and some who argue for more) reviews say it all. I had my wisdom tooth removed and on my first appointment, Dr. Prisca carefully explained the procedure via pen drawing on paper. On the surgery itself, the anesthetic process itself was shall we say...not dreadful so despite my initial trepidation, the oversall experienced was relaxing. Of course, I would be remiss not to mention the friendliness of the Doctor and the rest of her staff plus the relatively affordable rates. I highly recommend because God bless this practice.

Fantastic experience: I walked in off the street with some random question, nothing to do with teeth. The first thing that hit me was the smell, that really nice clean teeth smell, then I proceeded to ask my question. Both the reception and dentist were present and couldn't have been nicer. After leaving, I thought about the practice and decided it could be worthwhile driving from one side of town to the other, so I'm booking in. Great decision it would seem after having now read the reviews.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have used Prisca Dental for the past few years and all have had positive experiences. The staff are welcoming and Prisca is very knowledgeable and explains everything before starting putting you at ease. Professional and prices are very fair. Highly recommended. Negative experience: I recently took my little daughter to them and received the most unprofessional, rude dental service. The dentist didn't introduce herself or greet us and had no name badge. She started the procedure on my daughter with no explanation whatsoever. She was so rude to my beautiful princess. She left her mouth open even when she was doing something else. She had no regard for my daughter's feelings at all. To make make matters worse, she was constantly talking in her own language with her technician during the procedure. I do not recommend this service at all...especially for children. I would give you less than one star if I could.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dr. Prisca for a root canal, filling, and wisdom tooth removal, and I am beyond impressed! Dr. Prisca mentioned that the root canal might be painful for a few days, but to my amazement, I didn’t feel any pain at all. The wisdom tooth removal was incredibly smooth and easy. Dr. Prisca’s gentle touch, professionalism, and care turned what could have been a daunting experience into an absolute breeze. I highly recommend Dr. Prisca to anyone in need of dental care. The staff were also amazing—friendly, attentive, and supportive throughout my visit. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff here are amazing! I needed to see a dentist but they were fully booked, however the lovely receptionist noted my details down in case a spot became available. Luckily, I was able to see the dentist within a few days. The service was very professional, and Prisca listened to my concerns before talking through a plan with me. Very affordable pricing too! I was afraid to go to the dentist but will gladly come here often now. Keep up the good work guys!

With her 15+ years of experience as a dentist she really is the best. I have been a long time customer of Prisca's Dental I still get nervous every time I visit. At every visit I couldn't feel any pain at all, Prisca put on the numbing gel first and then once numb she injected the area and I couldn't feel a thing. She is well known for her professional, gentle, kind hearted and caring personality and nature. I highly recommend Prisca Dental she will take care of you. She accepts WINZ clients and is so affordable too. Prisca's staff are amazingly good too and so kind, and make you feel welcomed. Thank you so much for your ongoing service Prisca and team.

Fantastic experience: Prisca did my wisdom tooth extraction on 18.03.24. It had to be surgically removed. She was amazing!! I was so nervous as it was my very first wisdom tooth extraction. She was very gentle and thorough with her process. I did not feel any pain whatsoever when she took out my tooth. Now that is skills!! Thank you Prisca and team. You guys are awesome and your price is reasonable too Definitely a great Dentist. You won't be dossapointed~

Fantastic experience: Best team ever I am usually scared to go dentist because of my past experiences my gums were bleeding due to build up of tartar but thanks to dentist Prisca she took me in great confidence first time I didn’t feel her injecting my gums I didn’t even realise when the procedure of my deep cleaning was done her hands were so gentle and steady not rough like other dentist also I would also like to thank the dental assistant who held my hands throughout the procedure just to keep me calm I highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I went today and was very nervous.. Best experience ever. Scale and polish.. Asked and received injections.. Numbing cream meant I didn't feel the injections or the clean. I am so thankful to find a dentist as gentle and caring as Prisca.

Within an hour I had an initial consultation, was told the pricing and what was being done, had my X-ray and work completed and was out the door on my way again. Recently I had a dental issue along with I had a dental surgery.I was totally nervous but I did not feel anything throughout my procedure.Dr prisca always reassured me and explained each and everything.I felt so comfortable with her. Fantastic experience: For years, Dr Prisca Dental is our family Go-To Centre for any teeth related issue, such as general check-up, scaling/polishing, fillings, bridge fixing, missing teeth replacement (single and multiple) and most recently wisdom teeth extraction. The team is extremely professional and always provide outstanding customer service. With 21 years experience in dentistry you can be rest assured that you are in good hands. Fantastic experience: Dr Prisca is one of the best dentists I have ever met. I had a crack and sharp pain and could not sleep for many days. Dr Prisca did a very good job filling and sealing that crack with a white tooth-colored filling that looks like natural. Now I can eat and sleep and do not have pain. I highly recommend Dr Prisca.
