Fantastic experience: Exceptional. Dr Hisham and Laser Lifecare has to be the pearl of dentists. Everything was impeccable, the team at Laser Lifecare, the welcoming environment, the technology they use, this all resulted in very high quality dental work.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hisham is an amazing dentist and the team here are all friendly and professional. I haven't had good dentist experiences so I neglected going to one for years until it was urgent. Dr. Hisham's detailed description of the work I needed, the process and next steps was so clear and solution-focused. He guided me through all the pictures and x-rays of my teeth, I felt well-informed for the first time. When I did the procedure, my comfort was catered for to a level I haven't received before. I even got a warm robe in case I got cold and a healthy smoothie after it was done seeing that I couldn't eat a few hours. It was very considerate. I highly recommend.

Think of this clinic as a spa for your mouth. Mariaka was fantastic, gentle, aware and thorough. You are reading this because you are looking for a new clinic and a professional to carry out a procedure. You need look no further. This is it, you have found the address and the Dr, Dr Hisham. Major work just completed; not a moment of pain, sure discomfort but no pain. The care and professionalism of Dr. Hisham is ground breaking and hopefully it heralds the future of dentistry. No one should go through what we went through in the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s........... If you have gum disease do not spend $1000s of dollars and YEARS! (yes years) trying to get the bacteria under control. Laser is definitely the way forward and beats the heck out of scraping, appointment after appointment. Has your Dr. cared enough to see you out the front door with a freshly made smoothie? Dr Hisham did just that for me on Monday night (Marta made the smoothie, and you could taste the love).................. and then Dr Hisham called me the next day (public holiday) to make sure I was alright! Maybe the abcesses killed me and this was a dream.......... (if it is a dream I can tell you we still work when we are dead because I have to go there now.) Trust me, you have found your new professional for your oral care.

Fantastic experience: If you’re reading this review, you’re on the right track in taking control of your dental health. It is vitally important to do your homework before jumping into the chair of a ‘professional’. I’ve learned this lesson the very hardest way. I’ve had the privilege of working with some of Canada’s foremost holistic/biological dentists over the years. The quality of service and resources offered by these clinics is extraordinary. I’ve also had work done by ‘butchers’, which is part of the reason i ended up at this spot, in order to repair damage from dental malpractice. Along with being a truly beautiful and warmest of souls, Dr. Hisham is utterly brilliant. One might even call the man a visionary, if you find time to sit with him and hear more about what makes this mind tick. He is funny, gentle, humble, and gives very generously of his time and incredibly rich knowledge base, allowing you to make comfortable, informed decisions about how to move forward with the options available. Also important to note is the health care products developed by Dr. Hisham and his team, that after nearly two months of use, i can say are nothing short of excellent. Adopting his sensible dental care protocols will be a very cost effective game changer for you and your family, guaranteed. Suffice to say it may not be possible to find more a more qualified and talented set of hands. The resources and equipment available at this clinic are world class. The atmosphere of the office very clean, warm and friendly. The staff there, without exception, are amazing. I consider myself very blessed to have walked through the doors of the Laser LifeCare clinic. I’d wish you luck on your dental journey, but if you stick with the exceptional quality of care he and his team provides, you certainly won’t need it.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough great things about this dental practice. They are always friendly and caring and gentle and as a person who can get anxious about dental work, being a patient of theirs over the last 10+ years has made me actually look forward to going to see them. Dr. Hisham’s dental work is of such a high standard that my London dentist commented on how good it is. I had some composite fillings and preventative work done ten years ago and it has lasted and is still excellent. Their hygiene program and focus on preventative dental care is the most advanced I have experienced. I can recommend them wholeheartedly.

Fantastic experience: After a long lapse in dental visits I was horrified to discover that I had advanced gum disease and receding gums. The dentist I visited in the South Island was very angry and aggressive when delivering this news and told me I had only 2 options...to wait until all my teeth fell out or to go for hygienist visits every 3 months to try and keep it at bay but that I would still probably lose all my teeth within 5-10 years! My gums were bleeding so badly that she had to clean half of my mouth and wait 2 weeks before trying to clean the other half. Growing up in the UK with free regular dentistry I had always been told I had really good teeth that would last my lifetime so this news was quite devastating. So I was about to book in for a hygienist visit when I decided to research if there could be a better solution, luckily for me I came across the Laser Lifecare website. I called and spoke to Marta and felt optimistic to go for an initial consultation. Since my first appointment at Laser Lifecare I can honestly say I've never felt so cared for, and trusted implicitly the information from Dr Hisham on a plan to get my mouth back into good shape. As a voracious reader I have gathered so much information over the years on health and after discovering that Dr Hisham also has a range of dental care products that make absolute sense to me I have now embraced those products and will only use those going forward. So 3 months on my gums are in great shape thanks to the laser treatment, my root canal was redone yesterday and I have one more tooth to fix up. Since the laser treatment I have felt better in my overall health than I have for probably 8 years. I was suffering with migraines almost 5 days a week and I have only had 2 in 3 months (and those were related to neck strain) I'm not sure if killing all the infection in my gums has cured the migraines but they stopped straight after the laser treatment. I've also had more energy, my eyes feel good and head feels clear. Again not sure if this is directly related but now my body is not constantly fighting infection it would make sense. The whole team at Laser Lifecare are just so warm, friendly and genuinely seem to care about all their customers. After visiting many dentists in New Zealand it's very reassuring to feel 100% trust in Dr Hisham and his team. Because as we all know dentistry is expensive so it's good to know that the dental treatment is first class. Every time I visit I just feel so lucky and grateful that I found Dr Hisham and that now I can smile again without feeling embarrassed. Also... The lovely Marta offered me a free session on the NovoThor yesterday... All I can say is wow!!! I felt intuitively, instantly that I was very lucky to experience this. I felt absolutely great afterwards. I have been struggling for weeks with a neck problem which was making it difficult to sleep or even sit comfortably...after my session all the pain and feeling that my neck was out of place went away and I slept really well last night, my eyes feel less strained than they have for months and generally I just feel better physically and mentally. Fantastic experience: I have always had great teeth, until the past 5 years or so, when the dentists started to say I had gum disease. To be honest I didn't really believe them. Until I started getting gum infections, and I was told I would have to go to a periodontist and would need gum surgery. When I researched what that involved, the number of visits, the invasive surgery, high costs and multiple visits I went looking for something else. I found out there was such a thing as laser surgery and found that Laser LifeCARE Institute was the best place to go. So, I booked in for a consultation. Dr Hisham made everything so clear to me, with his explanations and his hi-tech camera which showed me exactly what he was seeing I was finally able to understand the extent of the issue I had. My teeth were getting loose, and I had multiple gum infections, which were causing bone loss. My whole body was under stress from the infections, which returned after 2 separate courses of antibiotics, which I hate taking. I felt generally run down and unwell. I can't stress how helpful it was to see on the screen what my gums were like. The day of my treatment I was treated like a guest at a hotel more than a patient. I was sedated and it felt like a day of rest. Immediately after the laser work my infections were gone, and over the past 3 months my gums have become pink and healthy, and my teeth are no longer loose. The gaps in my teeth seem to be closing up and I have nice teeth again. Yesterday I had a follow up consultation and hygienist treatment and even that treatment is unlike any other I have had, very modern. Dr Hisham is an inspiration, he has a fun and warm personality and extremely talented and inspirational. He is passionate about what he does, and cares so much about his patients. I have spoken to a few friends who also have gum disease and are confused and scared about what is happening to their teeth and I recommend Dr Hisham and his amazing team to everyone. If you have been told that gum surgery is your only option you should go and see Dr Hisham, you could save yourself a lot of pain and money by getting laser gum surgery instead of having your gums cut and bone replaced, which I've heard often doesn't even work. I could go on and on, about how happy I am but my review is already too long!

Fantastic experience: I recently saw Dr Hisham to help with my 3 week old sons tongue and lip tie release. I actually had the tongue tie cut before seeing Dr Hisham but his feeding still wasn’t great. Dr Hisham provided a great consultation with us prior to the procedure, he’s knowledgeable patient and caring. He’s followed up with us via phone and in person to check healing. Very happy with the service and result. I struggled to find someone who would look at the lip tie in such a young baby and am so happy I did and that I got it released.

Fantastic experience: I had my veneers done here almost 15 years ago now!! I was so insecure about my teeth and since getting my veneers can not stop smiling! The biggest compliment I receive is “wow you have amazing teeth, did you have braces”haha!!! Nope just an amazing dentist with an amazing skill to make the unnatural look like natural perfection! Have always felt such warm and positive energy every time I have walked through the doors! Fantastic experience: How about this.....Andrea Bocelli music, chaise longue, lavender scalp massage, big cosy robe & slippers - Spa Day? - almost! Actually a day of dentistry with Dr Hisham & his beautiful assistant Gimeena. I had 5 crowns & 2 fillings all expertly done on the same day. All the stress & anxiety completely taken away. No return visit required. I can't recommend Dr Hisham & his amazing team enough - for me & my dental phobia there is no other option. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Hisham is a true artist - his work is incredible and amazingly for a dentist mostly pain free! Using lasers any remedial work heals very quickly. He also gives you the option of being knocked out so you don't feel a thing should you require something like a crown. The whole team are great, super friendly and professional. Not your usual dentist or practise this is something else!

Fantastic experience: I struggled with gum disease for many years as I was afraid to go to a periodontist to get them treated. Early last year, I realised that I needed to get them sorted or risks losing some of my teeth. I found Laser LifeCare online and booked an appointment for a consult. From the first visit, Dr Hisham and his team made me feel at ease knowing how nervous I was about dental visits/consults/treatments. I was recommended to get my gum laser treated and my wisdom teeth removed over 2 treatment sessions (6 months apart). It was the best decision and investment I ever made as today I can smile confidently and say my gums are the best they have ever been. I highly recommend Dr Hisham and his amazing team at Laser LifeCare is you need your gums treated and want the best care and outcome for it.

Negative experience: Two Interns do not show professional standards when Dr Alfonso and the other dentists leave the room. Talking is fine but seeing them laughing uncontrollably and messing about while cleaning my teeth doesnt seem quite appropriate.

Fantastic experience: My very loud snoring was a huge problem for my partner who couldn’t get a good night’s sleep and it was taking its toll on our relationship. On my first visit to Dr Hisham he promised to stick with me until my snoring was sorted, and he kept his word. Snoring is now a thing of the past and my partner and I both enjoy uninterrupted sleep every night. I absolutely recommend this treatment for anyone who wants to address their snoring problem. Extremely friendly people, very nice and modern facilities, and the best outcome possible.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Hisham for many years - even before Laser Lifecare. I recently went in to get some advice on grinding - my biggest concern being that I'd had a continuous headache for over a year because of overworking the muscles. Dr Hisham recommended Botox treatment in the affected jaw muscles, among other longer term solutions. It was painless and the results were almost immediate. Within 3 days my headache disappeared! And it apparently lasts 6-9 months! I am extremely thankful for this suggestion as I had tried everything - osteopathy, acupuncture, high dose pain killers, night splint etc and this is the first real result I've had - and it was so simple!! Always the best service from Dr Hisham and his team. Highly recommended.

He has amazing vision and persistence that he held on to for nearly 2 decades, while raising the bar and teaching dentists globally on Lasers. Fantastic experience: I had one snorelase session with Dr Hisham and I can say that i do not snore anymore. It took about 20 minutes and was not painful at all. I can sleep more now and I felt the difference right away. I was told that I might need another session but I actually dont need it anymore as fortunately all it took was one session and am snore free now. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: With a newborn that was not feeding well, always hungry, latches on and drinks for a short time only, constantly crying and resulting in me being restless and in pain, I took my boy to Laser LifeCare where Dr Hisham released his lip and tongue ties. It was a quick procedure, we were given care instructions and time to get baby settled after the procedure was done. We were contacted the next day to check how things went that night and if we had any questions. We were also booked for a follow up a week later to check how the healing is going. Here I am a month on, my baby feeds so much better and for a lot longer, as a result he is fuller and sleeps longer, i am no longer in agonizing pain and my supply has caught up to the demand. We are thankful to Dr Hisham and the team for their gentle approach, professionalism and support, it made a stressful time go a lot smoother. We highly recommend the practice.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a laser peridontal treatment. The staff were very friendly and my treatment went smoothly. Would definitely recommend this place for top quality workmanship and best advice.

Negative experience: My partner was quoted over $40k for work that ended up being just over $8k at another dentist. Included many unnecessary extractions and other superfluous work. Approach with caution.

Fantastic experience: Hisham did my tongue tie when I underwent training with him for laser dental treatments. He expertly performed the revision under topical anaesthetic and my tongue no longer gets caught between my front teeth. As a colleague I feel that Hisham is the best laser practitioner that I know and he always has the latest equipment, including a very unique laser for the treatment of snoring. His practice is ultra modern yet comforting. He is an excellent practitioner and human being and I would not hesitate recommending his practice to anyone.
