Fantastic experience: This was my first time visiting this dental practice, the team were very polite and made this (scary) procedure very easy... the communication from staff during the procedure was amazing and made me feel super comfortable. I will definitely be travelling from Thames to Avalon Dental in Hamilton when I need anything done in the future and a big thanks to the receptionist Sheryl who was amazing I highly recommend coming here :)

Negative experience: Your receptionist is rude , the fact that I can hear her sighing over the phone and monotone disinterested voice. Very poor that you have that as your first point of contact for your clinic.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely nervous as I haven't been to the dentist in years, from the first point of contact making a appointment they were prompt and friendly and my appointment was excellent service and the dentist was friendly and instantly put any worries at ease, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Just had a check up and hygiene session. Both were excellent and the staff were very friendly and professional. The hygienist session was totally pain free, which is a first for me. The water was warm and their equipment is very modern and up to date. I highly recommend you get your pain free hygiene treatment with them.

Fantastic experience: I had a bad filling and horrible holes in my teeth that made me feel really insecure and I had actually stopped smiling because of them. Dr Wang-Chi Lee fixed them all and made them absolutely seamless. The colour matches my teeth exact and doesn’t look like I’ve had fillings at all. I can smile again!

Fantastic experience: My teeth have not been very good since I was a child. I often go to the dentist. I have been through many different clinics. I have also had great psychological trauma. I am extremely nervous every time I go to the dentist. But this dentist finally became my first choice because they have a very professional team, equipment, very friendly front desk and staff. The dentist is very warm and friendly to reduce my nervous. I am very grateful to Dr Wang. Teeth hygienist Meggon. Teeth hygienist (from Malaysia? Sorry I didn't remember the spelling of the name). I will strongly recommend this place to people who need help.

I have been to multiple practices for dental hygiene would definitely recommend here for the great service I received.

Fantastic experience: thank you so much avalon dental for looking after my daughter and taking the time to calm her and make sure she was at ease. shes been so scared since her first bad experience with a dentist at 5 and would never let anyone near her with a needle she was nervous and shaking and scared but sheryl ella and ada really took care if her and for the first time in ten years she finally had her tooth fixed without being under general anesthetic. so once again thank you and definitely will recommend you guys to everyone i know

Negative experience: Returned a call to enroll my son in there but didn't know because he had a check up at school they don't want to see him. Receptionist was rude on the phone and before she hung up I could hear her bad mouthing about what I rung for. If that's how they talk on the phone, I would hate to see them in person. Unprofessional

Fantastic experience: Exceptional dental work on my teeth by Doctor Wong. From my root canal to my front teeth fillings, which look cosmetically perfect. Sheryl is an absolute gem in the office/bookings space. I have been going to this clinic for the last couple of years and will continue to do so. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Really good place for Dental work. Whole squad is good . From receptionist to Doctor everyone was so professional and friendly. Dr wang and Brittany did amazing job made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Sheryl (Practice Manager) is great and she knows how to communicate and definitely know how to joke aswell hahaha. Overall I had great experience there. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Wow this dentist is amazing! The staff are exceptional, so friendly and bubbly. I used to dread going to the dentist but now look forward to going to this one with these beautiful people there. Sheryl the receptionist is one in a million, she goes out of her way to help in any way she can and is so informative, thanks Sheryl! I have had a root canal done and it was painless and stress-free as well as a hygiene clean which was top notch, so professional. I recommend Avalon Dental 100%

Fantastic experience: The staff are very friendly and supportive and the doctor was very professional. Went to remove my wisdom tooth which was IV sedation, the doctor did it so nicely that I did not got any swelling after removing my tooth, highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I needed the emergency dental treatment and the hospital put me on the waiting list I then got even more unwell and couldn't eat for 2 months i was in desperate need of help and not dentist wanted to touch my teeth due to the high risk of infection to my artificial joint . By the time I went to avalon Dental my body was extremely toxic from my teeth. I was a absolute mess in excruciating agony, I found the staff there absolutely amazing, so helpful and they were able to do pull my tooth as an emergency appointment and then a month later do a hygiene and clean this was 5 months ago now and I have not had a problem with my teeth since and my body is no longer toxic from my teeth. I am so impressed with the work that was done and the help and attitude from the hygienist, dentist and the receptionist that I have now taken my elderly disabled dad to see them and my daughter and recommend them to everybody I know. Thank you guys so much for all your help and support.

Negative experience: Very low quality work, charged $195 for gum hygine but it was just an ordinary scaling and not even done proper.. waste of money.. the staff is horrible and dont know how to talk to customers... Just money making clinic.

Negative experience: just make sure you guys double check with fees when you go there .. first receptionist told me it’s free to see doctor first time then charge me $50 . Poor transparency.

Fantastic experience: Really impressed with the service. Sheryl at reception is amazing. She was very helpful and knowledgeable preparing me for what to expect. Highly recommend anyone who gets anxious to call or go in and see Sheryl and talk about your concerns - she will walk you through it all. The dentist can be a scary place to go to, but with great staff it can be so much easier.
