Fantastic experience: Had a really nice experience here today getting 3 fillings done, it was the most painless experience I have ever had at a dentist and I have been to quite a few. I was so nervous going as the injections are always so painful but not today! The dentist was also super friendly and totally put me at easy explaining the whole thing as she went. She also gave great advice for going forward. Even emailing me a great toothpaste for my specific needs. Thanks so much, I highly recommend Massey Dental.

Fantastic experience: I went in early in the morning hoping I could be seen straight away and they were fully booked. However, these lovely ladies managed to squeeze me in to help me with my painful tooth ache. I have been going to this dentist for a long time and the staff there are absolutely wonderful. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a team who will make sure you’re been well looked after.

Fantastic experience: The dentas david hong hez the best dentas has always been a fear of mine since i was a child but he made it so easy helped with the pain when he was inserting the niddle to numb me up by flicking doing something to my lip it took that pain away iv always remember as a kid he was gental and didn't take long at all to do a extractions and two filling recomend go see DAVID HONG.

Negative experience: Brought my young son here who had a terrible experience. Unfortunately the dentist she didn't let the numbing set in long enough before prodding around, and my son was in alot of pain. She seemed rushed and had no empathy when my son started showing signs of being anxious, her tonality was totally wrong. A little more patience with younger children would suffice. And if you have been a dentist that long surely you should know how to check if the mouth is numb enough before sending the patient into what I call a nightmare of an experience. Thanks to you he is now scared to go to any dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Massey Dental for nearly thirty years now, and have seen it go from good, to great, over the last couple. The upgrade in machines and technology, as well as their investment in great staff, has made going to the dentist an absolute pleasure, as opposed to the usual dreaded nightmare of "the murder house" Special thanks to Tori - she has been my hygienist for the last three or so visits and has been amazing!

Fantastic experience: I had to get a wisdom tooth out urgently and they were able to fit me in and do it that day! I was extremely scared to get a tooth pulled but all the staff were very caring and just excellent. They asked me if I was okay constantly to make sure I wasn't in pain, they made they experience not as bad as I had thought it would be. So pleased! Thanks so much

Negative experience: Terrible service, had a front tooth repaired and they didn't colour match the crown at all, I asked for it to be rectified and the told me I would have to pay again. Shocking!!!! Very expensive also!
