Fantastic experience: I have two young children and find it hard to make time without them to do things like dental appointments. I reached out to Richmond Village Dental and was warmly welcomed to bring them along. They offered to keep an eye on them for me or I could have them with me. I ended up having my appointment with both of my kids sitting on me and the team made it feel like not a problem at all, chatting to my older child to help him feel comfortable. Amazingly family friendly. Thank you

I see Ella she is super nice, very welcoming and tak s really good care of me, her assistant is also lovely and Mya is really cool too, always been really nice to me and really good at her job. Fantastic experience: The dentist I saw had a wonderful manner, explained everything he was doing and did a fantastic job repairing a broken filling. He also provided information about damage to another tooth, and offered to fix that as well. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Negative experience: Victoria quoted me over $1000 for a route canal also a filling costing $300 plus.l thought this was wrong as l had no pain in my tooth but need antibiotics. I went to get a second opinion from another dentist yes l was right no cavities so please be careful before going ahead with anything here

Fantastic experience: Victoria is such a wonderful dentist, she is very kind, caring & really reassuring every time you sit in her chair. Her dental work was outstanding & I was so so pleased with the results too. Personally, I have always had a fear when going to the dentists, but honestly I have no hesitation in recommending this clinic. You are definitely in great hands, thank-you team

Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue but I had the absolute pleasure of scheduling a hygiene clean with Kamila and I can confidently say it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Kamila is exceptional! Very thorough, gentle, and incredibly professional. She made the entire process comfortable and left my teeth feeling cleaner than ever. The clinic itself is spotless with lots of indoor plants, modern, and has a welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The professionalism of the entire team is unmatched, and they truly go above and beyond to ensure you leave with a smile on your face. If you’re looking for top-notch dental care, I highly recommend Richmond Village Dental, especially Kamila for hygiene cleans. I will definitely be returning.

Negative experience: 1 of the receptionists here is rude as. Rang up to reschedule an appointment kos my son woke up sick and got told I should have given 24hrs notice then had my appointment canceled not rescheduled, she spoke over me and said I'd be put on the cancelation list then hung up on me. Receptionist needs to learn some manners and maybe a smile wouldn't hurt.

Fantastic experience: I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist and mya really helped with that. Talking me though what was happening and asking if I was okay when she could tell I was anxious. Can’t recommend enough. Thank you ☺️

Fantastic experience: All my experiences at Richmond Village Dental have been amazing primarily because of the geniality of the personnel. Dr Khan and Dr Du excel at the dentistry they perform and I have established a wonderful rapport simply because how comfortable they’ve made me feel on each visit. Super grateful

They phoned to check if my dental pain had subsided and as it hadn't they booked me in immediately. I am recommending them to everyone!

Fantastic experience: First time to the dentist in 8yrs to have my wisdom teeth extracted, a very stressful moment for me to say the least, Wei Ping preformed the extractions and she was very professional/friendly along side her assistant. Highly recommend this dental practice and the team also very fairly priced I was surprised I expected to pay more. Thanks team shall see you’s on the next visit.

Fantastic experience: Let me start out by saying that I am not a fan of having to visit the dentist. However, my visit today with Victoria was very professional and friendly. From the time I walked through the door and was greeted by the most lovely receptionist and had my procedure done, which was explained every step of the way, I was not worried at all. Thank you for giving me a good dentist visit. I have now found a new permanent dentist. Hope many others find them soon too.

The service is professional in every respect... This was my first visit to Richmond Dental, I found the experience satisfying in every respect. I recommend Richmond Dental. New clients will need to provide some personal information on the appt day just before your seen. An appointment is required. Demand for appointments varies so expect up to 7 days from when your calling to book.

Fantastic experience: Last minute appointment after I lost a filling. Dentist said that due to position it would be best to be pulled. Took less than 20 minutes, no pain (despite my shaking), and healing well. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Can,t eat food properly . After 7 or 8 appointment finally they could not fill my teeth properly. After filling my teeth and some of them are very sensetive on cold water i have already explain for them about my problem but they do not know how to resolve my problems. I do, nt recomond at all . Now i am looking and asking for dental to solve my problem .
