She has a reassuring demeanor that immediately put me at ease during my recent procedure. Not only did she make the whole experience feel easy and stress-free, but she also went above and beyond to work around my schedule. Having a dentist in my area has been so convenient, and I am thrilled that Prebbleton Dental is now here. Parking is never an issue, and the entire staff is just lovely. Thank you, Dr. Elliot, for your exceptional care and for making my dental visits as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend Prebbleton Dental to anyone in need of a fantastic dentist.

Fantastic experience: Rob saw me as a non patient, it was a little oral emergency over a weekend. He was brilliant!! To fit me in when they were already so busy, to calm my dental anxiety and to proceed in the most gentle manner. Thank you so much! I 100% would recommend.

Negative experience: Didnt do a good job in professional clean. Only used half the appointment. Not cheap. Had to go back to my previous dental clinic who confirmed they didn't do a good job. Would never go back.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist in Christchurch especially Dr Chiu, Will never go anywhere else. The best staff who are super professional and friendly, great up to date knowledge with fantastic work and so genuinely caring. Dr Chiu talks through everything with photos. Cannot recommend enough for all people young and old. Thank you Chiu and preb dental.

Fantastic experience: I used to be uncomfortable going to dentists in the past but Elliot was very understanding and provided me a lot of comfort, she was very careful and she has done an exelent job, i now look foward to each appointment and very satasfied with the work done on my teeth, i have no problem going back in future. :) -Anton

Fantastic experience: Elliot did an amazing job restoring my teeth to there former glory. with 6 reconstructions. Her and her assistant were very efficient and effective in giving me gentle, pain free, excellent quality treatments. However i wish my experience with the hygienist was as considerate and as gentle, being offered a numbing agent at the start would have been nice, and given time to spit would've been nice also. But My experience with both Dr Rob and Dr Elliott are amazing and it would be nice if these guys would do the cleans at the same time

Fantastic experience: Prebbleton Dental is amazing! So amazing I had to come and write my first ever google review. I had the most pleasurable experience for someone who is very nervous in the chair. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. I could not recommend Elliot the dentist higher! She was so lovely, gentle, pain-free and just fantastic - I'll never see another dentist, she is truly top tier! Kelsey the hygienist was also very thorough, friendly and gentle. No discomfort and she made me feel at ease the whole time. Thank you ladies!

Fantastic experience: I have followed Dr Rob from previous practice is because he is very good at what he is doing. Today I got my wisdom teeth extracted, 2 of them. I was very scared from previous day but he performed so well that I didn't feel pain just bot of pressure. Highly recommend Rob

Fantastic experience: I had tooth extraction from dentist, Tony. Whole staff include receptionist are exceptional. My first thank you to all receptionists who got me into the dental without any issue, go beyond to help me get my issue sorted with no me feeling guilt or judged. And Tony, he is an amazing dentist. He explained to me everything include made me so comfortable through my visit and treatment. I don’t know much of dental surgical but what I can tell that there is no pain or discomfort after surgery so it means a lot. Thank you so much. I am highly recommend them to everyone in community and wider community of Christchurch.

Fantastic experience: Dr Tony Chiu performed a complex root canal and both Tony and his assistant were professional and did an amazing job. Dr Chiu took the time to ensure that I fully understood the procedure being performed and with the x-rays and 3D scans was able to show me the before and after condition of my tooth and surrounding gum with amazing precision. I thoroughly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I had a very painful toothache and was able to be seen the next day (thanks to a cancellation) after my original dentist said it would be a 3 week wait. Olivia the receptionist was sooooo lovely and Tony the dentist was exceptional. The treatment was well explained along with the cost breakdown. Tony even phoned me the next day to see how I was doing. Highly recommend - I've found my new dentist!

Fantastic experience: I have a huge phobia of the dentist and extremely nervous. I emailed firstly to explain my situation, then Rob gave me a call and we had a chat. I booked in and he made me feel extremely comfortable we took it one step at a time, even down to just taking my time to even get in the chair. I think he has magic powers I don't know how I got that far! It was all on my terms, extremely patient. I felt so at ease I am even going back to have the work done. Everyone is super kind and understanding, definitely the place to go if you are the same.

Fantastic experience: I have recently enrolled as a patient at Prebbleton Dental. I had an examination and x-rays with Tony and another appointment was booked for a replacement filling. Both appointments were great with full explanation as to what was being done. The premises are lovely, modern and parking at the door. Tony phoned a few days later to make sure all was well so I am very impressed and have already recommended Tony to friends in Prebbleton.

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency appointment while visiting the area. I cannot believe the friendly, helpful reception at this practice who managed to fit me in as a non patient. When I saw the dentist (Tony) he was professional, took the time to explain everything to me and offered good advice along with great treatment for my problem using the most up to date technology. Tony even followed up later with a call to check on how I was doing. Good old fashioned care. The clinic is clean, new and well appointed. Absolutely highly recommended. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Tony has seen my elderly Dad at least six times in 2023 as Dad’s 86 year old teeth are causing on going issues. Tony has been so kind and thoughtful. He has a knack of putting nerves at ease. And it is surely ‘next level’ service to wheel a wheel chair out to the car park and help a patient into a car. Totally recommend Tony @ Prebbleton Dentist and my husband and I are now also patients.

Fantastic experience: Rob is by far the best dentist I've seen. I called in with tooth pain per a recommendation from a close friend who has seen a couple dentists in Chch and said he was her favorite. They had me scheduled that day and by that afternoon I was one wisdom tooth short and pain free. It was nothing short of a miracle and the procedure was a breeze; I just couldn't believe it. I have been absolutely terrified of going to the dentist since i can remember and now I don't even think twice. He is so thorough and informative and develops a plan with you right then and there. He is extremely knowledgeable and very skilled at what he does. I cannot recommend this dentist enough. My mom jokes about flying over from the States to see him as her dentist after all my rave reviews and after seeing what a spectacular job he did repairing some wear and tear on my two front teeth. His office staff are such a pleasure to work with and couldn't be more friendly. They are organized and super efficient. I have recommended his practice to everyone I talk to regardless of where they live (we live in burnside). You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Kelly who I saw a few weeks ago. I’m usually terrified of going in to see a dentist/hygienist and I did let the team and Kelly know this in advance. She was absolutely wonderful, took breaks to check on me and explained everything so patiently. The appointment was so nice and easy, thanks Kelly for being so patient with me!

Fantastic experience: We have been visiting Rob for many years now in his previous practice, really stocked he recently opened his own practice in Prebbleton and glad to keep supporting him his new place. Everything is brand new and fresh, very modern, world class equipment including X Ray room and lab. Small reception and waiting room with few sits where you enter, you will be greeted with smile by very nice and friendly receptionist. Appointments are necessary, but there is some flexibility on times. Dr Rob is the most delicate and subtle dentist I have known, always putting first your comfort and having some magical approach to ensure that patients are comfortable. Another dentist is Dr Tony. Words cannot really describe the service they provide, as you will not find better dentist in this city and probably entire country.

With beautiful pictures on the wall also helps makes the appt relaxed. Would totally recommend this cool little practice in Prebbleton.
