Fantastic experience: I have endured major dental work from a very young age and experienced dental care in multiple countries. I never like going to the dentist. But at Focus 32 I have found a dental team I can work with. Alastair is so gentle and caring while paying attention to the details. He is my favourite dentist. Kerry is patient and precise in providing an excellent clean and polish. Alastair, Jess, Kevin and Sally, do an amazing job creating such a caring and professional environment. It is always a pleasure to visit Focus 32.

Fantastic experience: Jono is an amazing dentist! He picks up on small things/issues that maybe a problem in the future, which I really appreciate so that one day you don’t suddenly have a massive issue that you were unaware of, or (depending on what it is) you can resolve the problem before it is one :) He’s awesome, he doesn’t make you feel rushed, is happy to answer any questions and has a lovely manner about him. The whole team at focus 32 very friendly and welcoming too :)

Fantastic experience: Was referred to this place by Mission Bay Dental and I am very happy we checked it out. My partner went in as a new client and they picked up on extra wisdom teeth that were causing issues that nobody else picked up on. Also my partner is not a fan of getting her teeth cleaned, but after getting them done here she is not afraid anymore they took really good care of her.

Fantastic experience: After having not gone to the dentist for quite sometime I decided that it was high time that I find a great dentist. I spent many an hour looking for dentists in Hamilton and looking at the reviews of all the practices. One thing that I was looking for was a place that provided excellent dental care but also cared about the patient by taking the time to get to know them. Focus 32 Dental has all of this. From the time you enter their practice you are greeted by Marischa who has a genuine smile on her face and makes you feel at home. After that you pop into one of their amazing Dentists (In my case this was Alastair). Who makes you feel at ease and takes the time to explain what is going to happen. All staff at this practice showcase exceptional professionalism and customer service. An example of this is just one day after I had a filling inserted I received a call from the receptionist, on behalf of Alastair, who wanted to make sure that the filling was okay. Great service team. Keep up the great work.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and caring. Dr. Jono Yeow spent a lot of time diagnosing my gum problems, cleaning my teeth and answering my endless questions. I followed his advice and my gums recovered fully after a few weeks. Very friendly staff!

Fantastic experience: Excellent Team . I have had loads of dental work over the years and have always been apprehensive. I had a significant amount of work done by Alastair at Focus 32 last year and am delighted with the results. This is the first dentist where I have actually fallen asleep in the dentist chair! Highly recommend, very gentle and thorough. Now I am back to regular checkups.

Fantastic experience: I do not like going to the dentist in general but Alastair at Focus 32 was excellent. He was very patient and explained clearly what he planned to do. He was also very meticulous and careful in his treatment. He sensed my apprehension and was careful to check that I was ok. It was a combination of excellent patient care and top-notch dental skills. I cannot imagine going to another dentist for treatment.

Fantastic experience: I have chronic dental problems and have had a significant amount of work done over the years. I have recently moved to the Focus 32 clinic and am impressed by the professionalism of Alastair and the team. Alastair provided the most thorough assessment I have received, and I am very happy with the dental work he has performed. The 'check-in' phone call the following day by the admin team was a lovely touch! Thoroughly recommend this service

Fantastic experience: Super lovely team. I never knew you could have practically painless injections until I went here! And when the dentist showed me photo of the finished product I couldn't barely work out which tooth he'd just filled the match was that good. On another occasion, when over 2 weeks after I'd had a filling done, I felt it needed adjusting slightly, the team got me in within 2 days and had the job done quick smart. Super service. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have found Focus 32 Dental to be extemely good. After not having been to a dentist for a number of years, I went to Focus 32 and had some urgent work done for a sore tooth/gum and followed that up with a very thorough clean. Alastair was very gentle, kind and friendly about the whole process and made me feel comfortable. Going to Focus 32 Dental has been a really positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Focus 32 is the best dental clinic I have ever been to. Alastair explains to me well about what it shows on the ex ray of my teeth and options I have to fix any issues. I never really got to know my teeth well until Alastair explained to me about them. He is very meticulous in what he does and now I enjoy smiling .
