Negative experience: Would be good if you included the other staff rather than just the clinicians on the ‘about us’ info on your website. Considering dental assistants and admin staff are an integral part of the team.

Positive experience: I finished my treatment about a month ago. I went in wanting a bottom plate and to fix loose bridge front tooth. My dentist suggested top plate to replace front tooth and 3 missing teeth, 1 left side and 2 on right side towards the back. They did advise metal might show with plate. At the time sounded good. Now I hate the top plate, I can still taste metal when I eat and drink so uncomfortable I now take the plate out , the metal parts of the clasp are so visible I hardly smile!!. Bottom plate is fine. I spent over $2k on top plate alone and I now wish I told her just to fix the front tooth. I'm now saving to just fix the front tooth only. My dentist was a nice lady but I won't be going back as I felt like a nuisance.

I have only just started my treatments and have a few to go but I'm definitely going back and keep going till they say I'm done. Fantastic experience: Last Friday I was very apprehensive to going to the dentist. My normal routine is to wait till I can’t bare the pain anymore and then extraction. From the time I rang the bell, administration, consultation and the thought of saving teeth was a reality, I was very pleased with the whole process. Very warm and caring presence from the team and would recommend there services to anyone and everyone.
