Fantastic experience: I visited this clinic for the first time today to get X-rays and have a hygienist appointment. The staff here are absolutely divine. Made me feel really comfortable!!!!

The clinic maintains a very professional atmosphere; it's always clean, and the communication is clear and effective, making me feel completely at ease during my visits. My father is also a patient here and shares my high opinion of their service. Fantastic experience: Fantastic friendly experience. Use of topical anaesthetic prior to injections made it near painless. Highly recommend, really worked to fit me in quickly and sort out what was needed. Very appreciative.

Negative experience: Very Disappointed. I was referred to them for root canal treatment. I rung them and they booked me for consultation and they told me yes they will be able to give me quote for the treatment after the consultation appointment. I went to the clinic and they said we need to take Xtra because the one my dentist sent is not really visible. After the Xtra was done. They said we don't have any specialist here. They charged $75 for nothing. I already had my Xtra done with my dentist a week ago. They should have told me this when I rung them that they don't have any root canal specialist.

Negative experience: I rang for an appointment as my top teeth were infected. My face was swollen and I explained this to the receptionist. She said we can get you in if we have a cancellation and the next available appointment is in two days. Found another dentist in Napier who saw me the next morning and gave me a script for antibiotics. You need to have time set aside for emergencies. But it worked out well for me because I have a new dentist who is absolutely lovely.

Fantastic experience: My partner ismail Robin has been into this cleanic a few weeks ago to get his filling done and David did a fantastic job. He is really good at his job I would recommend everyone to bay dental. Thank you again David,Jane and the team We will be in touch

Negative experience: very dissapointed with the customer service, booked an appointment 2 weeks before for my wife for today, and i had to take a leave just to come with her, once we got there, we were advised she hasnt been booked, and said the next available slot is in another two weeks, my wife has been in pain for almost a month now, and by the look of it she may have to stay another 3 wewks with the pain. NOT RECOMENDED.

Fantastic experience: Best Dental Place In The Country hands down! friendly team,they know what they are doing and take real good care of you. I had not one single bit of pain right down to even putting the needle in for the anesthetic. he numbed my gums up real good first.couldnt feel a single thing! was amazing. I was dreading the dentist before my first visit and was happy to return to my second one.Thanks to the team At Bay Dental for a very satisfying and comfortable Experience .would highly recommend to anyone who wants a painless and comfortable experience 1000000/10 .

Fantastic experience: best dental service in the bay lovely reception staff Dave is highly recommended he completed about 12 fillings and even replaced an old filling all for a lovely cheap price and the best part its all pain free even receiving the anesthetic injection Dave always numbed the gums first. with all the treatment i received i honestly did not feel any pain and for that Im very thankful. thank you bay dental care .Mark

Fantastic experience: When you walk in to Bay Dental Care you're greeted by the staff with a smile. They make you feel comfortable from the out-set which definitely calms the nerves. Dr Nick Cutfield is professional and explains clearly what he's looking to do, to get the best outcome for you. He is now my go to Dentist and would recommend him to everyone. My family and I will only go to Bay Dental from now on.

Fantastic experience: I went to Bay Dental Care to look at options for a mouthguard to stop my snoring and sleep apnea. I had been using an off the shelf item and it kept failing within a month. Dr Cutfield made me a new mouthguard 6 months ago that works fantastically, I have had great sleep and a noticeable change to my energy levels during the day. I wish I had this done earlier.
