Fantastic experience: Dr Da’ad Al-Falahi (Dee) is great. I really appreciate the way she talks you through multiple options for procedures, in an informative and impartial manner. There is no shame felt when asking about prices too, which I appreciate. All staff are professional and warm. No one likes going to the dentist, but this practice makes it tolerable!

Fantastic experience: The staff are very accommodating and friendly especially Kaps. I had my tooth extracted and the dentist was amazing. She took care of my sensitive gums. And I had my teeth cleaned too and the dentist was very informative of the things I need to know. Will definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: It was our constant struggle to bring our daughter to the dentist ever since she was little. We brought her to different dentists but no one could manage her fear and anxiety as she would always bawl and flail her hands. One even recommended to have her sedated which I was quite hesitant to do. Fortunately, Dr. Dee is exceptionally great in handling children. She is very patient in explaining the procedure and giving our daughter an assurance that she has control of the situation, taking her worries away. Our daughter was able to have six fillings done (multiple visits) - not even a single drama. The secretary is also approachable and very warm. Overall great service. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had to have a tooth extracted and was extremely anxious/nervous about this, to the point where I wasn't sure how anyone would get her to comply with having the procedure without some degree of sedation. Dr Dee worked her magic, and after the initial consultation my daughter said she only wanted Dr Dee to do the extraction, and was pestering me to make the appointment as soon as possible! On the day of the procedure my daughter was a bit scared/nervous again, but Dr Dee was incredibly patient with her and ultimately my daughter had the tooth extracted with no sedation and minimal drama (no tears). I would highly recommend Dr Dee to parents who want their child treated with care, and in a way that will not cause the child trauma or put the child off visiting dentists in the future.

Negative experience: Terrible Treatment. Went in to get my two top front teeth fix as they had chipped away from grinding.. Paid over 1600 to get them fixed and all she did was sand drilled them down to look like baby teeth. Sat in my car crying after seeing them done, wouldn't show me the work so had to use my car mirrors. She refused to fix the problem and said that is the work that you paid for, refused to refund so now I have to live with it.. I would not recommend this place to anyone. She takes shortcuts and won't be accountable for her actions. Should be shut down..! Responding by saying you don't have me in record. This incident was 5yrs ago not this year.

Fantastic experience: After many years of having the worst anxiety about visiting the dentist and receiving sub-par advice, I was feeling on edge visiting Ellerslie Dental. HOWEVER, this is the first time in over 10 years I have left the practice feeling calm, confident and with full trust in Dr Dee and her team. The explanation was fantastic, I totally understand what the procedure will entail and I feel confident and less nervous to return. Thank you so much, highly recommend this dentist!

Fantastic experience: My 8 year old son had an extreme fear of going to the dentist due to his past experience. However Dr Dee was absolutely amazing with him and I couldn't believe that he had his tooth extracted with no problem at all even without sedation, while another dentist believed a general anesthesia would be needed as sedation won't work with such high anxiety. Dr Dee talked to my son through every process, answered all his questions and reassured him. I can't recommend Dr Dee highly enough!

Fantastic experience: My 4 year old daughter wouldn’t comply at our community dentist for an X-ray, I was very nervous about having to get to the point that she would need to go under general at a hospital for dental work. We saw Dr Dee and she was incredible, she put my daughter at ease with her incredible methods, and my daughter got her fillings done over 3 visits with no pain relief required. My daughter looked forward to each visit and couldn’t wait to see Dr Dee! It completely put me at ease as a nervous mother. I 100% couldn’t recommend anyone better then Dr Dee.

Fantastic experience: Took a chance on this clinic which had no reviews but must say I was very pleased with the service. Hygienist Shaz was lovely and made me feel good about my teeth unlike many I've been to who berate you for not flossing enough. She was encouraging, honest and helpful. Had some trouble with the payment due to no receptionist on Sat but was not too much of an issue for me.
