Negative experience: Won't ever go back here. Went to get a tooth checked. They poked it caused pain and said I needed to pay 650$ for extraction. Much cheaper elsewhere scammers.

Negative experience: Paid and no treatment received so I asked for my money back, They haven’t refunded, would not recommend. Will be taking them to court.

Negative experience: Have tried calling most of this morning. Hours ago online state Saturday 9am-5pm. If you are not going to be open then change the hours on your website please. It’s not just your practice, some are only open half the day but state 9am-5pm. But it would be courteous, so patients don’t get their hopes up for an emergency appointment at the weekend. Thank you

Positive experience: Easy to get an appointment and the dentist was great. She explained everything including her decision making. I felt well informed around the decision making

Negative experience: Without doubt, 1 of THE most expensive dentists in Rotorua. I was quoted $1250 for a wisdom tooth extraction. (I got it done elsewhere for under $600 including a 3d x-ray.) They charged me nearly $600 for a simple wisdom filling! (Which they should never have done as it was this tooth that required extraction because of the pain) Also very difficult to secure an appointment for unknown reasons.Will not go back and do not recommend.

Negative experience: Horrible. I went there specifically for ACC treatment and requested and mentioned it on the phone when I made the appointment. Showed up, was told they might not be able to do that, luckily dentist decided to proceed. I completed the ACC form, had a filing and paid in full. Was told I'd get a refund (of whatever ACC contributed and I paid for) when the ACC was processed. 10 weeks later I am following up to receive the refund. Rung and was told to send through my bank account details. Sent that through and 5 days later, no response no refund, rung and no adequate answers 'maybe the office is processing'. Although I appreciate being seen as it was an emergency dental procedure, I do not appreciate the lack of processes and communication, me having to follow up when ACC and myself have contributed funds to the bill and the timeframe to get my refund. I would've preferred to have gone somewhere else, perhaps remove the ACC treatment off the roadside sign.

Negative experience: Refused to see my child. Didn't say no appointments, just literally said we don't see children. Rang other helpful dentists who said this is appalling practice.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental practice. Fully equipped with computer software and current technological tools. Dr Sharma is very knowledgeable and can explain things clearly.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended! My girlfriend and me went here to get our teeth cleaned professionally. Usually we are very picky when it comes to dentists. The friendly & handsome doctor plus her professionell staff treated us more than nice! The dentist is clean and modern. The procedure as painless as possible. If you are looking for a good dentist, this is the place to go !

They worked very hard to ensure my teeth were perfect. I definitely recommend them. The equipment was state of the art and super hygienic. I felt very safe.

Fantastic experience: After going for a clean and check up found i needed fillings (which they showed me on xrays) was quoted straight away on each filling and prices remained the same (or lower in one case), even after a complication on one of them. Would recommend

Fantastic experience: The staff were very professional with a personal touch. They listened to my concerns and offered options so I was very happy with the end results. Have made them my go to dentist for all my dental needs. They were flexible with times as my work can be demanfing unexpectedly. Totally recommend.

Fantastic experience: After not going to the dentist for almost 10 years I'd built up a real phobia about getting my teeth looked at. A sore tooth turned into a bit of an emergency and someone from work recommended Rotorua Dentists and I'm so glad they did! Since that initial visit I've had all my teeth fixed and I'm once again smiling the way I used to many years ago... and all without needing a second mortgage! Negative experience: Unempathetic, detached sociopaths. Will do procedures without discussing with patient about price, side effects etc. Got 5 injections in my face today with no heads up it was going to happen. I wouldn't recommend going to this place at all. I still don't know how much I got charged today.

Negative experience: Worst dental experience you could ever imagine. #donotgotorotoruadentists. Do not take their review list seriously either. I'm sure most of their reviews are posted in the last 6 months from friends and relatives. I had to have 11 procedures and endure months of pain because of a dentist whom I wont name and shame. An injury claim was laid with ACC and accepted. I now have to have a bridge permanently due to her negligence and I hate it! If you value your money, teeth and pain levels, do not go here!!

Fantastic experience: Having not been to a dentist for over 20 years I was a little apprehensive at first. Upon x raying, it was discovered I would require several fillings but once the procedure was outlined and a schedule created, my fears were allayed. I found the staff professional, courteous, informative and helpful. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: While I appreciated being seen on a Saturday with little notice (and was fully prepared to pay a weekend service charge), $385 is an extortionate price for an xray & single tooth extraction - what amounted to little more than 15 minutes total in the dentist chair. A friend had a tooth extracted at a downtown dentist for $175 last week. Thank you for your services, but I believe you took unfair advantage of my situation.
