Fantastic experience: I saw Nathan and the team at Smile Design for an implant of a front tooth, following bone grafting to rebuild the jaw to implant it into. After 30+ years of dental appointments following an accident, I was very nervous but the entire team at Smile Design were absolutely wonderful. They explained everything so patiently - special shout out to Lynley for walking me through the processes and bookings, plus navigating extra logistics when I moved cities half way though the process! They were so gentle and kind, and I can honestly say it was the best dental experience I've ever had. They went far beyond what I expected, nothing was ever a problem, and the final result is so perfectly matched that it now seems like nothing ever happened. Fantastic experience: Nathan Lewis has recently given me a new tooth for my implant and also redone a crown which was initially done by my dentist (but not well) - these were my two front teeth after an accident about 9 years ago. Fantastic experience: I would like to give a huge thank you to Nathan and his team, Kat (CDA) and Lynley (Practice Manager) for their wonderful work and care. I had two Bridge Implants inserted (four top teeth and six bottom teeth), which I am extremely happy with. I decided to go ahead with this procedure after I approached Nathan, and he'd also had discussions with the Orthodontist there about the different options available. Nathan explained the whole procedure to me so well, and always had such a caring and professional manner. Nathan also offered good payment options if I needed this. My procedure was pretty difficult, as my mouth is very small which made it harder for Nathan and also for my Oral Surgeon Mr Begg; yet they both did an amazing job!! Both Nathan and Kat also made me feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible throughout the procedure; and at every stage during the process Nathan asked me if I was happy with what was being done, and would not give up until the job was achieved to his highest standards. Lynley was also very helpful and pleasant to talk to and always made me feel at ease with her warm and friendly nature. Thank you to you all very much!!

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much Nathan and Kat, what a pleasant experience, I simply love your work, what a team these two are, I had both my top front teeth re-crowned and they look amazing! Nathan would have to be the calmest most professional surgeon I have ever met, and I have been in a lot of surgeries, their is just something about how I was included in every decision, if something isn't quite rite, bam its altered to suit my desire. The surgery is impeccable set up with the latest equipment. You both have given me my confidence back thank you Nathan so much for doing that for me. I got a MSD quote done by Nathan and within 6 weeks I had my new grill all squared away ready for Xmas. Highly recommend Nathan and Kat, give them a call its so worth it! <3

Fantastic experience: Dr Nathan Lewis saw me for a custom teeth whitening appointment. In all honesty this was the most pleasant oral health appointment I have ever experienced. The relaxed environment, coupled with Nathan's poise and professional manner with a touch of classy humor made for an easy in and out appointment. Really excited to receive my custom whitening kit on the courier. We also discussed my smile (teeth health) goals and have some more to do on the horizon which I am actually excited about! Fantastic experience: I met with Nathan for the first time today and he thoroughly examined every single tooth . I went in with a suspected case of tooth implant failure & gum problems . I have spent a small fortune on my teeth over the years and have had many problems with work done in the past .It is refreshing to find someone kind, gentle and knowledgeable who is also patient and listens . I trusted him as I felt he isn’t just trying to make a lot of money off you . In fact he told me I didn’t need to do all the work that other dentists had recommended. He answered all my questions and explained everything clearly . What a relief to find him . His receptionist Lynley is also a good reflection of the standard of care you will receive . She got me an appointment very quickly and efficiently. He does charge a consult fee but he spent over 90 mins with me and in the end I feel he saved me a lot of money and time as well as painful operations . I highly recommend him. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I am a life long teeth grinder. Overtime I ground my teeth down to the point of being embarrassed about my appearance. I visited 3 different professionals seeking guidance about what to do. Nathan was the only one who said that if I wanted a mount full of crowns, then he would not take my money. The other 2 providers suggested a $40K spend with every tooth crowned. Nathan recommended I change my bite through orthodontics, and sent me to a recommended provider. Once done, he completed 5 crowns, and I now have a smile I love, and a bite that means I do not run the risk of destroying Nathan's handiwork. If you want a professional who is hugely competent, considered , gentle and a total pro then look no further. His integrity speaks volumes about him both professionally, and to his character. Cannot recommend Smile Design more highly

Fantastic experience: Nathan and his team from the moment we walked in the door treated my mother with respect and dignity in order to sort out some ongoing issues with her original implants. Aside from replacing a broken implant, the surface was recontoured to allow for easier cleaning which will be important for future gum health. This was all explained in an inclusive way which I witnessed being in the room at all times and there was a lovely level of care. Providing a guide to costs beforehand was very helpful and we are very grateful for the assistance with this.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with smile design. I got my teeth broken in an accident about 15 years ago and a dentist gave me new crowns but they were never that good and it made me really depressed. I looked into getting them re done and got recommended Nathan at smile design and he Re did them and now I have a perfect smile. I can’t believe what a good job he has done for me and it’s actually been life changing. Now I often get commented on how nice my teeth are. I am so grateful. Thankyou Nathan.
